There is no way to avoid an eventual war with Iran. The US isn't creating enemies. The enemies are already there. All I can really say to this is that I agree with Jonanananas, obfuscator, and ItsASpork. War is evitable (there's a word we should use more often) and should not be discussed as a valid course of action unless there is no other option left. We have avoided enough wars in the past, and standoffs have ended many times before (The Cuban Missile Crisis comes to mind) with little to no bloodshed. Come to think of it, the Cuban Missile Crisis did happen because a certain country decided they didn't like their neighbour's leader... guess what that country pulled out of their buddy's pocket? He's asking how the adrenaline bar replaces specials. As for ability usage in the current live game, I can't argue there. Here in F2Pland, the most abilities I've ever had to use at one time was when I ate lobsters continuously when getting piled by a clan. Not the most exciting thing ever, but it kept me playing for more than a year.

You can't spam ultimates and threshhold abilities. Those abilities require that adrenaline bar.

And Runescape gets a bad rap from World of Warcraft players :P .

I think I'd prefer Obama to Harper. It will be bad enough for an overhaul when the people rise up and seize power by force, because that is probably the only way it will ever happen. I am going to guess that since the founding fathers went out of their way to create a democratic system without the power of an actual democracy, that they probably installed some kind of legal barrier to government reform, though I'm not sure about electoral reform. Besides, you can have as many parties as you want (that isn't something that needs changing), you just don't vote for them. You can't exactly legislate that (at least not if you want to be democratic about it). If you ask me, you need to change your system to acknowledge air travel. There is no reason it still needs to take 6 months, because the candidates no longer visit every state by horse. I actually quite like Harper...gets a lot more done with a lot less power compared to obama. Anyway, that's for another topic... The two leaders are in two different positions power-wise. I can't see how you can argue that Harper "gets a lot more done" when what he had proposed in the past required less reforms than what Obama wanted to do. You forget that he was a minority government leader in a type of democracy where the leader has much less power than in the Unites States. Not to mention that Obama chose to try to push things that required a lot of work. He used to have much less power. Now he's got a majority government to back him up which allowed him to pass some controversial bills (e.g. scrapping the gun registry). Off-topic for the win.

I can confirm the 100% drops for imps and giant spiders (including level 2 ones). Cockroaches do not drop carapaces on F2P worlds, and giant bats can't be tested for obvious reasons. EDIT: Oh yeah, I can also confirm that the guy that made the inventory icons for the hides was lazy.

Now that I'm thinking about it, with this major overhaul of the combat system, could they also be developing a skill that finally allows us to heal a group or heal ourselves without having to eat? (I seriously hope I'm not the only one here that was hopelessly addicted to WoW) While agree with your view on emergent gameplay, I want to mention my opinion the future of Dungeoneering. This kind of reminds me of the days when Dungeon Finder was first implemented within World of Warcraft. For people that don't know, Dungeon Finder was an option to place yourself within a queue with other people of your realm within your battlegroup (multiple servers linked together). This tremendously increased the speed of finding a PUG (Pick Up Group) because it is automatically done for you instead of waiting around for a group to fill up with people, while also making end-game more accessable for casual players. The downside to this is that the people that just started doing dungeons don't want to bother with learning their role, making a DF PUG a pain in the ass occassionally when someone doesn't know that they're supposed to do something. It doesn't help the fact that kicking options are limited. So what does this mean, in terms of Runescape? When you increase DG xp for solo players without touching large groups, it will increase the amount of people that will be able to do high level DG's and therefore will probably enjoy it because of the increased option, rewards, and xp, however the hardcore DGer will suffer because the new wave of DGers will still be underdeveloped skill-wise, therefore lessening their enjoyability of DG. People will also be more willing to casually DG, therefore DG clans will be less prominent. I wanted to type this out as my opinion of what will happen in the future, encompassing as many other explanations as possible. You're talking about Runescape here. If you don't enjoy grinding and solo skilling you would have quit this game the moment one of your skills reached level 30. There's a big difference between "enjoying" grinding and merely tolerating it. I think most players belong to the latter category. It's called "grinding" for a reason, after all :P Fair enough ;) . I don't think it is really that feasible to restart the CC looking at the state of this subforum. When there have only been 4 posts in the past month, I don't think will be a large enough audience to support just as many articles. As for submitting an article, I remember beng an author a few years ago, but then I quit the clan world and RS before I could write my first article (sorry for having to hunt me down there!). If I have the time, I might send in a guest article if the chronicle starts up again, although I don't think I'd be of much use seeing that I haven't followed the clan world since DI closed.

In what way are the French and German servers better quality? I always thought they were more stable because they get less activity on them.
