Lesser demons f2p
Did jagex make blue D'hide f2p? Yes. Everything Kaida mentioned is now F2P.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Think gold chains and dollar sign necklaces. It's the exact opposite of class. Or "Stuff We All Get". Or "Secretly We Are Gay".

20-Nov-2012 - Evolution of Combat: Now Live!
Let me get something clarified: when using abilities, a staff does more damage than DW when casting magic spells, correct? What about momentum auto-attacking?

Abilties don't cost arrows. If you use abilities constantly, you should only lose your arrows once every 5 lessers or so (attacking without pre-targetting makes you shoot an arrow before your abilities are used).

Jagex; as reviewed by employees.
I find the disparity between the likeability of senior management and normal employees a bit worrisome. Also, the complaints the employees have can definitely be seen in the game itself.

NBA - 2011-2012 Season Discussion
Looks like the Knicks cooled down quite a bit. Memphis, on the other hand, is looking pretty deadly. Z-Bo and Gasol were tearing the Raptor's youngs bigs apart. Conley's been doing pretty good on the perimeter, while Gay's been the team's backbones on the offensive side. Tony Allen deserves a special mention for his effort on defense (when does he not give some effort there?), while Speights deserves a mention for having a great game overall. All in all, a very frustrating game. At times, it felt like I was watching a sluggish game of pick-up basketball. Then again, Memphis has always been the type of team that would grind games out for wins.

Don't melee lessers. It takes way too long. Try red spiders or something else with a melee weakness. Also, you have no reason whatsoever not to switch to a shield when you're at 50% health so that you can use rejuvenate. Which is why I don't recommend a shield bow for training, just have a shield in your inventory. Agree with that setup (just remember to use a shortbow with a shieldbow/shield in inv). Also, you could gain def xp before, you just had to use the Long Range style.

New items - imps
I find it strange how carapace armour (level 30 ranged armour) requires you to kill higher levelled creatures than batwing armour (level 50 magic). I also find it strange how carapaces are a member's item.

G.E. Slots and R.S. Economy
I get by with two slots. A few more slots would be decent, but the only way Jagex would give us that is through Solomon's.

Warning, do NOT stake- New Glitch for stat boost.
There's also always a small chance that the account being named is actually a hacked account. Not exactly fair for the guy to get his account back while everyone is messaging him that they were scammed by him.

The F2P General Discussion Thread
Of these three, which would you say is the best to train on overall and why? For lessers/ghosts, which specific location(s) do you recommend? Also, I currently have 30k mith arrows. Since I'm nearly done spending my money on skills (aside from range, the only "spending skill" I have left is Magic, and since I plan to alch green d'hide bodies, it's actually profitable at the moment), I have a good amount of cash left to blow on random stuff. I was thinking about swapping the miths for 30k rune arrows. Is that a wise move? Would it make my training go by significantly faster? So after all these years, r scim is no longer the king. Interesting turn of events. Would love to hear other opinions on this weapon choice. Lessers require the least amount of input tbh. The ones in Karamja resource are especially fun to kill seeing that random ricochets will insta-kill imps for an extra 35 xp once in a while. I'd like to hear the advantages for corpse spiders and ghosts. Rune arrows will make your training go by faster. If you got cash to burn and don't mind losing a few, use them, especially if you will use abilities that don't consume ammo. Finally, I agree with R2H. It's the only 2Hander we got, which means it enjoys the extra damage bonus. I still like to keep a shield and rscim in inventory for some rejuvenation once in a while.

What I do is train at lessers (which are weak to bolts), using rune arrows (as long as you're not auto-attacking, you should only lose one arrow every 5 lessers or so). As for abilities, I use piercing shot on cooldown, only breaking this to use my ultimate. In between piercing shots (it's on a 3 second cd), I use snap shot/whatever other abilities I have. Of course, if you Momentum train, you're training will look a bit different :P .

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread
1: Don't know. Bethesda's own site? UESP? 2: You can start with a longbow and scavenge better bows as you go along, there's a pair of towers with a bridge over a river southeast of Whiterun that has a leveled bow, for example. If that's too slow, try smithing. Your main problem will be arrows unless you have Dawnguard or are on the PC, because then you can either smith them or get a mod that lets you. If that's not possible, there's a fletcher in Solitude. 3: Sneak is very good with archery, at higher levels you can more or less one hit everything that isn't boss-level. It's not exactly easy to get to that point, though. Light armor, another weapon skill for when they get within melee range, enchantment, and smithing? I might be giving bad advice here, I don't know for sure. 1. I don't use any Skyrim forums, so I can't answer this. 2. I made a wood elf archer assassin as my third character. The moment I got into Riverwood, I pickpocketed Delphine for her orcish bow. Just get ready to save a lot. After that, work on your smithing for better bows. 3. Work on your six thief skills if you want to be a stealthy archer. I also recommend working on illusion a bit so that you get access to invisibility and muffle for those moments when you are too lazy to sneak. Also, if you get a few perks in Enchanting, Alchemy, and Smithing and max those skills out, the daedric bows you can create are powerful enough to one shot dragons. I definitely recommended looking up how to make extremely OP bows, they're fun to play around with.

Tip.It Times - 25th November 2012
Should we even expect "RS2 servers"? I was under the impression that Jagex didn't like the idea of throwback servers. Sure, people will enjoy them, but they won't stay on those servers for too long and then the servers will die.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Discussion Thread
Nords are the only ones that are looked up to by most people in big cities (except minorities). Imperials are looked up to in Western Skyrim (which is Imperial-controlled). Argonians, Dark Elves and High Elves are looked down upon, especially in Windhelm. Best race for archery is Wood Elves, which start with a +10 bonus in archery.

F2P Dungeoneering Rewards Post-EOC
That's something I didn't know, thanks! I'm still wondering if mith plates with SoE is better than AW armour using iron I. Also, I bought a sight, and it seems that they fixed the magic sighted longbow so that you can't make it in F2P (before, you could make it, but it would remain a member's item).

What are you listening to right now!?

F2P Dungeoneering Rewards Post-EOC
Thanks. I'm looking into getting the sight first seeing that I'm ranging right now. Defence and accuracy isn't really needed, however, seeing that there's nearly no missing or eating done at lessers with 71 ranged. Is SoE mith plate smithing cheaper than AW? I don't have the levels for addy plates yet.
