Exactly. -.- Besides that.. The human anatomy is completely off, the torso is to big compared to the rest of his body.. The wep's misshapen.. The left arm's muscles are overdone,, and the heads to small.. The legs are a bit toothpivky, you need to flesh them out.. Overall, I'd say this was only TWO microsoft points out of FIVE..

Well, for one thing never save in JPEG, it screws up the colors... With paint, it's best to just do pixel sigs...

SIX kittens out of ten.. Um.. the render isn't blended at all, and the text really doesn't suit the theme... Try using soe brushing techiques to blend the render in with the background.. Also, you could've added some effects and colors here and there.. The background's boring me and looks too plain..
