Yes, but despite their claims Jagex treats their community as a whole like we're a bunch of children. It's probably because it mostly is. I'd still give anything to be treated like an adult for once. I really, really, really, really, really wished that from the outset that they gave the date and time for the Runescape Content team Q&A and said that they wouldn't be answering any question on future content and just ignored them. I got seriously annoyed reading through 7 pages of answers and having 6 1/2 of them being about stuff that he couldn't talk about and was happening "soon." They're idea is to "inform" people about the dangers of merchanting clans, but apparently they're stopping short of actually doing anything to stop them. It appears akin to your friend telling you that the person driving the car you're riding in is drunk, but they aren't going to actually stop you from getting in the car. Meanwhile, we, the people not in the clans, are the people driving our cars normally on the other side of the road and get hit by the out of control people and find our godsword worth 12 million less than we paid for it a week ago.

If that is their mindset then they do. They pay to play the new updates. Not to mention when you upgrade in their graphic they list their regular updates as a bullet point. Maybe next week a double update week? They did it back when they released one of the Dorgush quests along with another one, I forget which one though. Oh wait, that was back when they didn't suck and weren't always trying to swerve and manipulate us.

When I asked about FT3 and it's length in the QA stage, Emilee made note of the specialness of FT3. I think it's going to be a very interesting quest to say the least.

Why does that not surprise me :P Well, I like anything clever. I think that line would be great for anything you'd want to make fun of. Doesn't have to apply to Runescape. Could apply to Runescape 2009 though. :-P

You know what has all been lost in the God Wars stuff? Lord Drakan assisted Zamorak in his attempt to overthrow Zaros. Sliske is believed to exist in an area occupied by Drakan's forces. Maybe at some point the Zarosian allies might want to show him a little bit of retribution? That could tie the Myreque quest line into the MOTM quest chain.

Best line I heard on the RSOF, mind you I didn't say it: "Calm down guys. Trying to force this out is like trying to force out a dump. It's going to be painful and cause a lot of problems and after all, it's still just going to be crap anyways." lol

It's entirely up to them if they make FT3 a rubbish quest or not. Nomad's Requiem was a rubbish quest. That's not my fault. If they wanna trump up some Tarn Razorlor thing and call it a quest again I'll call them on it. That being said FT3 should be pretty good considering the time spent on it.

It doesn't surprise me tbh, JaGEx always do updates on Tuesdays if there ain't some holiday crap/delay in the way. Two hours earlie she gave the likelihood of update today as 8/10, but when she learned they were testing come "capatability" she dropped it to 6/10, then an hour after that she said it won't happen today. That's why some people were unhappy. :-P

Interesting point. Tomorrows update could very well have nothing to do with the strange power. Perhaps that won't be revealed until a much later date. Well, when I made that point to Mod Emilee, she said that my idea was very cold, but as my avatar is of me wearing a Penguin Mask I asked if that being cold was a good thing, aka I was close? Then she kind of clammed up. I also asked her what the typical length was for a quest to be in QA and she said it depends, but the average with all the bug fixing is 1-2 weeks. FT3 is quite a bit beyond that. I'd put money on FT3 myself.

Yes, darn those wannabe mods for reporting you for swearing.. when it's against the rules. And reporting you for harrassing people... when it's against the rules. I pointed out as well on the RSOF that the Fairy Queen's "life essence" was in the Secateurs that we recovered from the Tnaglefoot in FT2 and it's been in QA for a very long time now.
