I meant... 99 Attack vs Black Dragon, obviously 99 Attack should kill the monster first rather than 60 Attack. However, if you did the same against a player, it's more random, maybe to do with if armour is worn or not.

Jagex and no Jagex staff break the rules or own gold-farming websites, I think 4 people were sacked last year (or the year before) for "spying" on accounts (eg; looking into banks and such). Jagex can't remove botting, because RuneScape is made from java, you can always decompile it and make changes, therefore the only way to make botting not possible is by re-coding RuneScape in another language, which will not happen.

Personally, I want these in any order: Zaros to be brought back fully and implemented into the game with quests and a new minigame Castle Wars 2 (oh yeah, it's coming!). Constitution to max level 120. 80 Defence armours. 90 Attack weapons. 90 Ranged weapons. Additional Lunar spells. Easier kingdom management. Quicker fishing xp (it's the slowest xp in game, possibly Fishing gild expansion?) Quests to actually end and not lead onto another one, maybe go through all the quests and make most of them end unless there really is any point making one that carries on from it. Customisable clan-chat/clan friends. Enchantable armours (eg; sapphire = more magic boost, emerald = more defence boost, ruby = more strength boost, diamond = bit of everything, dragonstone = same as diamond only stronger, onyx = same as dragonstone only stronger). All of that would make me very happy.

It doesn't work on Players, eg: I have 99 Attack (and Strength), I could fight say... 0xpx0 20 times and so could a guy with 60 Attack (99 Strength) could fight him 20 times and the damage average would (more than likely) be higher with the 60 Attack player for unknown reasons, however as you say... against Monsters, it'll be obvious 99 Attack will hit more consecutively than 60.

Yet OBVIOUSLY the chance to get a hit vs a splash does depend on your attack (& others defense) stats.. So obviously there is some formula behind this! I personally believe Attack does nothing, it' can't be proven that if you have 60 Attack or 99 Attack it's complete balls to how often you'll hit higher.

Because there is no such thing (sort of), there's a max number (being your max hit) and a 0 (lowest possible hit) it's done the same way the "drop" system is... which is. Picked at random, sort of like a roulette wheel.

You can't IP ban someone, your IP changes every time you connect to the internet...

Jagex have done this since Classic, many people used to have "Legends" Cape with Level 3 accounts, all Quests remain complete but stats are reset, it seems Jagex are doing this again now, not sure why but I guess it's their way of thinking they've punished you when in-fact they may have helped you. I wouldn't be at all surprised if I saw people purposely botting for this, there is also the fact that if your stats were lowered in Classic whilst you had Armour on, you still wore it, so technically (if they haven't changed it) you could be wearing full Dragon at Level 8.

Is it just me that thinks its weird that the requirements for Defender are 50 Attack and 50 Defence to wield? Shouldn't they both be 60?

I'm expecting Whip prices to rise with this upcoming update.

Combines m'speak amulet and ghostspeak amulet, and you can add camulet to it too and ofc then load it with camel dung. And the catspeak amulet too. I haven't played in quite a while... Is this a good update? Is there a demand for this type of amulet or is it sort of pointless?

Not new, they were doing this in Classic well over 6 years ago, the only 2 draw-backs to this is; Quests remain complete, you could be in the Legends' Guild at Level 3 technically. All the items sold in-game are not removed, thus ruining the economy more. This was what it was like in Classic anyway, therefore Quest Cape with all stats reset is possible.

Just one thing? The community.

I used to care about my rank (top 100 Strength, Magic and top 10 Prayer) then I felt it was a waste of in-game time for myself.

Looks the same as hundreds of websites. They basically took their StellarDawn layout and changed it a little, it'd be better if they tried to make something unique.

It will overheat and probably die within a few months. It might not necessarily die but overheating is guaranteed. Mobile devices are specifically designed so they don't overheat. In fact, that's one of the main reasons why someone would get a mobile device instead of a full blown netbook or laptop. Why do you think mobile devices have such low specs? I fail to see how you can predict a device overheating by simply looking at the promotional pictures of it. You're literally just guessing. I used to build PCs + Notebooks. It will overheat, it's a fact. RuneScape runs through Java which makes every PC or Notebook run hotter than normal, even if it's by 1 degree. Jagex had the top of the range gaming Notebooks at RuneFest and several of them burnt out so it doesn't look good for the Jungle, unless Jagex are going to release a mobile-version of the game which uses loads (it would have to be loads) less resources.
