I remember one DKS trip I got 5 rare drops before a good one...45 deaths, 67 nats, 150 steel arrows, 42 rune arrows, etc...

Herb runs MTK B staffs Easy 7m a week. ~100k profit a day from B staffs. ~500-1m profit a day herb runs. (I normally do 4-5) ~2.3m profit a week with MTK (10 herbs 5 maples) That would pay for ~300k herb xp/week. Hunt penguins, and you save another ~800k gp/week.

Raz, don't whine until you get drops like that EVERY boss trip you go one...and I mean EVERY one.

I firmly believe there is an invisible "luck" statistic attached to everybody's accounts. Some people consistently get valuable drops while others consistently struggle to get a single valuable drop. I've believed this for months. I mean, sure there are some things which are fairly static, EG DR of d boots, but others, like TDS, etc... I mean, c'mon. And trollin, they were just selling max, and seeds are unbuyable. And games, I love doing that. 2 x pots last me long enough, I go ~4 sup kills before I need to brew, so I can last fine w/o them.

Agreed; however if you go with Avantoes and put in 5 seeds that's 15K you only need 3 avantoe herbs to break even doing them whereas for me the highest would be Snapdragons which are 84K each for the seeds thats - 420K for the 5 seeds and therefore I'd need ~24 herbs to break even...... I guess I'd stick with the Avantoes ;) Snaps are still better cash/xp. Use 4 avantoe, and 1 snap at my arms patch. Never lose it that way, so you average 7 herbs or so from that 1 patch. Normal rate is 6.6 herbs/patch, including deaths.

Pretty sure it doesn't work that way unless they changed it since I trained. It goes something like how many left in invy. EG, I have 25 bones in invy, once I altar 18, i take 18 out of tort. I altar the last 7, then need to right click again. That was a few months ago though.

Get a warrior ring if you won't (can't) get a zerker, AND USE A DEFENDER DEFENDER DEFENDER. Don't use that shield for ANYTHING.

Games, v nice. What gear? I'm going to go solo hyb rex+sup later on. Plan on using DFS+whip (or balmung) and v skirt+helm, bcp, and SW cape. Use fire surge though, instead of COG.

Well, you have tort, so 1.3k bones/hr. 160 hours. If you pay attention that is, and only if you are using your own house.

Ha was just about to post something like this. DKS, still. I mage, for the most part. I always profit w/ yak, and daxe / zerker are my favorite looking drops. GWD gets boring, and I have really crappy luck. Same for CB, at ~110 hours, seen 1 spectral. And DKS maging is good money on average. I average 2-3 of his good drops a trip, and guaranteed 1m+ in bones/hides/RS plate/etc. Also, I don't need a team.

The last real high-level update was 2-3 weeks ago when we saw a new impling that you could hunt at level 91, I think? And before that, hmm, we had Agility and hmm..Prayer...Magic, do you see where I'm going? If you actually look back at the past few months you'll realise that Jagex are trying to cater for everyone, they're just focusing their time on one group for a month or two then heading to the next. Where are we now? Drifting, I say. High, mid and low-level content. I know I'd sure love to get 90 odd Hunter to be able to enjoy that, recent, high-level content. Oh, a new impling with USELESS loot? That high level? Not what I'm talking about. mage and prayer were overdue anyways, and were a while ago.

Ehh, the average player doesn't keep his membership up all the time (all 12 months) even when not playing, and doesn't play RS as much as we do. Besides, then they have something to look forward to. I hate the lack of end game gear to aim for. Sure, I could save and get enough for an ely or divine, but then I gota jump through all the street price hoops. Hell, I'm thinking of buying a GS set because IDK what else to buy. When was the last REAL high level update? I'm talking about 90+ stats, and actually HARD. (Nomad wasn't hard at all)

I disagree. I win every kill in the CT, so those beat bronze drags easily.
