Ideally that's what would happen, however you'd be surprised how little time there is to get an article in. Sometimes the editors won't be online or edit the article for a few days so there is only so much editing and changing that can be done. It isn't quite as easy to write an article regularly as people might think, and with the forum being down on Sunday a lot of last minute editing ect wasn't able to be done. However I'm sorry if you think that my article was poor. That is a problem with how the TIp.It Times is setup then. Articles should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance, ideally.

GF Bruno. How long is the temp ban? Its not a perm ban for two reasons: 1.) He isn't listed on the top ten people banned, when he would have been if he were permed. 2.) He is still on the HS, although that is more a clue and not a real proof.

I know the feeling. Something like 60+ tasks done, and 60 tasks canceled, or whatever, and only 3 icey task. 67 nats, 45 laws, D med, shield left half, unnoted runite bar, and 42 rune arrows, but no SOL. I always get the terrible rares...

lmao look :D You do know that it isn't rare? I got both a d med and a shield left half in 3 tasks, as have several of my other friends. They are on on the special "rare drop table" as well as gems, half keys. However, ice strykers have their rare drops bumped up heavily. That is why half keys and dragon items are so common. And demol, don't try to defend yourself. You know, Krampel knows, and the rest of the forum knows that you took advantage of someone elses generosity for your own profit. Greedy git.

I saw The Bourne Ultimatum, and it was Ok, I guess. Really lacking in story line IMO. There was too much action for not enough story. Worth watching once. 6/10

Soma has 3.5k crimsons and 400 blues. XP weekend comes, and he uses them. Now, Soma doesn't reach 96 summoning, but 99 summoning. The same amount of cash has left the game, but Soma no longer cares about summoning XP. He may make a few Steel Titans / Pack Yaks / Unicorn Stallions in the future, but since he has saved himself a few million experience points, he's not going to be camping charms and then buying shards next month, like he would have otherwise... ^LOL, and 'tis true, to some extent. (Note: I pk too.) Stone has 4k crims and 800 blues and will try to get 99 before soma @@@. :P Really, why is this a bad idea as far as making xp easier? In fact, herbs *may* go down after this, since more people will have the herb level they want for the time. But too many of these events, and the market is screwed. 1-3 a year at most. TBH, I still train melee stats above 99, because I like to. I will probably do the same for summoning, and slayer. So I get 99 summoning a few weeks (At most) earlier. The only real difference is now I don't have to barrage in order to get steel titan in time to help with slayer. Yes, I know people will train things like summoning, herblore, etc in the first few hours. But this still averages out to only slightly over 1.6x the xp for 10 hours. That isn't going to hurt the game in the long run.

Thats a load of bull. Because a team requires you to have a GS, they are selfish? Not to mention the fact that, as already mentioned, potions don't interrupt combat if timed right. In other words, you really don't know what you are talking about, and are just stating an opinion without ANY experience to back it up. Whip+defender is better DPS for longer kills, eg smaller teams, or if you have x pots+turmoil. Without x pots+turmoil its close. In larger teams, garagedoor (:P) dies so fast, it really doesn't matter.

Well, I got 25k P ess saved from slayer, as well as a ton of seeds. So in that sense I can either get great RC xp, or profit. However, I got something in the area of 800 blues and close to 4k crims, and seconds will be unbuyable. Guess I will start doing more tzhaar tasks, and saving the obby charms.
