Interestingly, Ive been getting fake runescape mails to an email account ive never used for any fan site or runescape itself. And, having just checked my main email address ive never used anywhere for anything other than personal family business... I have an aion phishing mail in my junk box... Never been near aion LOL.

Ive been playing runescape for around one year now, and the closest to 99 I have is woodcutting at 91. I dont even like the woodcutting cape that much, but I am choosing to cut my own supplies for my 99 in fletching (i dont like the fletching cape much either to be honest). Some of us scapers choose not to buy our skills, which is why after a year, I still only have 85 fletching and 85 cooking, purely because I am resourcing the items to train these skills myself, as opposed to taking the easy route to the 99. This however, doesnt mean I look down on those people who do take the easy route to 99, they play the game in the way that makes them happy, the same as I do. I personally dont look down on skillcapes, to me they represent that someone, regardless of how they have earned the skill, has had the dedication to do something to acheive the final level. They also represent to me, that the 99 in runecrafting or even slayer, can be acheived if you work at it.

Ive often been woodcutting at edge, and someone will log in, see the trees packed, call us all noobs then hop on, kinda tedious, but you just carry on chatting and ignore them.

I find Ive been spending a fair bit of time there lately, because Im getting slayer assignments from Vannaka in the Edgeville Dungeon. Plus, like foulshot said, its close to the Grand Exchange.

I still have my 0.1 black mark. Its not something Im proud of having on an otherwise unblemished record, but its my own stupid fault for making a joke about 2 weeks before christmas. (It was about the genie too lol). I have a noobish question though. How did some of you guys manage to apologise for misdemeanours? I see on some screenshots apologised, and I havent a clue how its done.

You need to be level 36 before you can plant it in a herb spot. I got one of these earlier, and have banked it until I decide whether to sell it or not.

I just finished a moss giant task (was in excess of 65 to kill cant remember exact figure) and got the following charms: Gold: 25 Crimson: 1 Green: 1 Hope this helps.

I probably wouldnt buy them, but, since im training slayer anyway, I would more than likely want to sell the excess ones I wouldnt be using. Its a shame theres not a way to craft pouches or crystal shards either. (the pouches could be crafted using silk for example). I guess Im going to wait until february and the rest of the update.

Great thread, just what I need at this moment. What Grinds MY Gears? 1.) Dodgy weather knocking my terrestrial TV channels out. I dont have sky digital in my bedroom, and I live in a stupid little dip in town that cannot yet recieve freeview. 2.) Dodgy weather making my Broadband Modem Router go off for like a minute, when Im reading Tip.It, which then, in turn, causes the forum to reset itself and losing all the unread posts which I was about to read. 3.) The Dodgy UK weather which cannot make up its mind one way or the damned other. Please, weather clouds, your either going to snow for 2 hours solid or your not. Please do NOT snow for 5 minutes, Rain for ten, Have sunshine for 20, then, to top it all, give me hail for the rest of the day. I do NOT require all four seasons in one day - especially in the middle of may/june, and especially not, when Ive left the house on a brilliantly sunny day, without my jacket, only for me to get to the shops and it piddles down with rain. 4.) The teenagers of today who seem to think its cool and funny to stand outside supermarkets, bus stations and the like and intimidate and scare the elderly people. If you leave your arrows on the ground long enough for them to appear to another player, then its your own rotten luck for losing them. Either pick them up before they become visible, or range something nearer your level.

You can polish buttons at level 3 crafting lol. As was said before, just pickpocket in ham, So much quicker to get buttons that way.

If the person was there first before you show up, then surely, its easier for you to world hop :?. Whilst I agree that they arent any one particular players ores and rocks, wouldnt it just be easier to world hop until you find a quiet world and can mine in peace with no aggravation?

Summoning isnt just practiced by satanists so therefore No, I dont believe that Jagex is endorsing satanistic practices. A persons personal beliefs are their own for reasons particular to them. If a computer game is able to sway them from their original belief system so easily, then they seriously need to be getting a life away from the internet and such "corrupting" influences. Everyone chooses to believe different things, be it in Jesus Christ, Allah, Buddah, Santa, the Easter Bunny or even, to be facetious, George W Bush, that is their personal choice, and most normal sane people wouldnt be so easily influenced by a game that is for recreational purposes. I think the J-mod did exceptionally well in handling the situation, and hats off to him/her for dealing with it in an appropriate and sensitive manner. If only the person who prompted the reply in the first place had thought out their argument and conveyed it in a more appropriate and less sensationalistic manner, instead of choosing wrongly, to assume that if you believe in familiars, that you are a satan worshipper.

I got to level 40 by setting 2 bird traps down in feldip and capturing the Tropical Wagtails that give stripy feathers. Thats how I did it anyway, alternatively, you could go to the hunting grounds near piscatoris, set your two bird traps, and chase after butterflys, which is also another way I tried, but gave up on after trying to click butterflys (which takes a lot of patience and accuracy lol)

The randoms are really beginning to tick me off now. I was training slayer last night at the Fire giants, and ended up with a random mid kill. Then, to top it all, the evil sodding chicken decided to appear half way through killing a basilisk :|. I dont mind the randoms if they are appearing during skilling, but come on, them appearing during the process of attacking something else is damned annoying.
