Magic doesn't work as you're not allowed to bring rune, neither does prayer. I'd bring a few rings of recoil and a friend to bring extra food if you're unable to kill it yourself first time. I think you'll be ok though as lower levels than you have done the quest. Yes I'd bring high healing food and super potions - don't bother with prayer potions though.

Well the person above me blocked waterfiends, and if I could have any task from now until 99 slayer they would be high on the list. I guess without bunyip they're difficult however with 100+ combat you should have enough charms to get 68. By blocking warped terrorbirds shows you don't know how to kill them really because they're a great task (with or without cannon). I don't know how some people don't have steel dragons blocked. :P

rare? yesterday i got 2 in a row followed by a rune full helm How? I've done atleast 2k+ spectres and thats my first robe bottom ever, although I've gotten 20+ rune full helms Yes they are rare, only got 1 before and same with mystic tops from gargoyles (7 mauls 1 top).

You must be doing something wrong against bronze dragons then. :P Using antifires? Maybe use prayer if you can't tank them. I only have steel dragons blocked so they're the worst task for me.

Ugh so the next quest is Rag and Bone Man 2? -.- Better have a decent reward. :P

Heres a list of GOOD reasons 1: They are super quick to do 2: They drop Gems 1 in 3 kills (adding up to some nice cash) 3: There Not to far from a bank 4: nice hp levels, giving nice slayer xp 5: There IS a safe spot for them in there fair ring relm @ 88 summoning, great level at your combat but the unicorn isn't gonna help much. :P

Pretty sure that's the Armadyl Pendant unless they both have that examine.

Proselyte and mage prayer, I find they hit too much on me even with unicorn, karils, dfs and enhanced excalibur

A few things about the new PvP update: * It will likely still be possible to tag team in single with a team of ancients but eating twice trick won't work. :P * Does ring of life lower EP? * Does teleing to someone after they tele away from you lower your own EP? Will it still say you're in combat when your opponent just teleported? * They'll probably be more PJers than ever now. * People will gain EP in level 1 wilderness still with small risk of dying. There's a few tricks that have been mentioned that probably work well. Aquanites seem to be quieter, I went into the cave earlier and saw a few empty spawns and most people seemed to be on task rather than camping. I'm a bit annoyed at whips rising, got 2 from a task just before the update and sold them mid on the GE. :wall: Could have made an extra 600k or so.

All that in 35 mins (used Geyser titan to tell). :) I did Bork too though but the charms are still good. The total loot was 130k.

They fixed it on the spot :shock: I saw peoples cannon disappearing lol. Not really a good ammy tbh, fury pwns it. When safespotting, this amulet will be way better than fury. No need for defence and added accuracy will make this a must. If you only look from a PVP point of view, then you are right. I like to use 10% range attack so the prayer bonus of the fury is better and monsters are better xp tanking than safespotting so I'd use a fury for extra defence. I can see these amulets dropping very quickly. Can't get any kills due to my bad internet connection, so not gonna bother with them. Anyone know if duradel assigns them or not? The animations look alright, shame they didn't update more weapons. I haven't looked at the new pub yet.

Less competition and less spread out I'd imagine too. The drops and combat levels are the same but it may be best to stick with the slayer dungeon as they are in the same room as poisonous spiders.

Oops I meant throwing axes. :oops: Thanks link it seems I'm doing the right thing. :P Am I right in using black knives? All others seem too expensive as you use a lot of knives but I may be wrong. By the way obsidian rings are as fast as the mage shortbow and not as fast as knives/darts as someone said, so I guess they aren't worth using. I've rarely seen crystal bows and only seen karils used in PvP so I guess I shouldn't bother with those.

Controlled gives an invisible +1 in attack, strength and defence. Not sure if it'd make much difference though. You'd also gain a higher strength level than attack and defence because of waterfiend tasks and special attacks.

Those are expensive and equal stats to the mage short bow with rune arrows. I've never seen anyone train with them before - so you're saying I should use a mage short for all tasks? I have tons of rune arrows from slayer so it's not a problem if it's significantly better. Anyone happen to have any experience rates?

Usally, but I'm not sure about Abyssal ones. Yes, and so are abyssals. Abyssal Demons are similar to rex and barrows brothers in that you are able to tank mage them in melee gear. You don't need much defence though really, maybe a verac helm and dragonfire shield and bunyips should be good enough. I'd recommend changing the ring to a wealth though. :P Maybe claws of guthix would be the better spell to use but it'd be more expensive.

I'm 96 range and still don't know the best weapon for training range. :P I like to range some of my slayer tasks, and wondering what to use out of all the range weapons that there are - In some places you see people using lots of different weapons so it seems I'm not the only one. :) At the moment I'm using black knives for tasks such as bloodvelds and fire giants, and all other tasks I use broad bolts with a rune crossbow (when I use knives I change to Zanik's bow for specials). I still see people using magic shortbows and crystal bows (although I don't), and as far as I know other weapons such as throwing knives, darts, javelins etc. are useless. Any experienced rangers able to help? I'd guess knives vs rune crossbow is similar but with spots as busy as they are I'm sure I could get mixed results.

Over 9000! 8/10, was expecting more but you have 99 summoning so. By the way 3 Ghrim's books isn't impressive :P they werent talking about ghrims books...they were talking about guthix books? They look exactly the same so most likely they'd be Ghrim's books as he doesn't have 3 sara or zammy books.
