as the others have sayd, the numbers are off, but that does not matter at all! its a very good idea, with a bit of ajusting in how it works ect this woulc really be something grate for rs. i like how you got the curent armour and unlike many other ideas, gave it damage reduction based on its stats insted of makeing another spirit shield wana-be :P what you should put a bit of detail in to is how this would efect range and mage also, you could just say its all the same but that might mess thing up a bit. more so with mage and its % damage boost and defence not from defence skill. as long as it does not un-balance things, the only real disadvantages are that people would have to make people with 99 hp and 1 defence for max hitting vids, and the str pures would go totaly crazy and the rsfo would probably burst with all the rant threads. ...all in a days work for jagex :wall: good job!

care for my ranks? not even slightly! i could be # 100 or # 100,000 and it would be the same to me! i just dont care for beating other players in a list, as long as i end up wining the duel/get to mine that ore first ect, im happy.

sort of a side topic, if rs had a distance meshurement, what would it be? 100 squeres = 1 rs mile/km? use the clue cordenits thingy? anyway, most npc's talk about a long few days travel if thay talk about it (i think i remember an npc in south lumbrige that says he walked from faldor) clameing to of taken weeks even! but to do some npc reletive testing, you gota test with level 1 ajility, an most of said npc's are not adventures and thus would not of trained there skills much. also, its safe to say thay would be carrying much of there stuff with them (do non-adventures have banks?), if nuthing else a hatchet and tinder box to keep warm over the next few nights. fair?

belive it or not, melee: dragon stuff + whip and rune defender. 83 attack 75 str range: red d hide, rune xbow + broad bolts. no cannon, 64 range. i swere range was faster, if nuthing else you dont use half as much food.

haveing a look at that god-d-hide, i wonder if not only will thay have new things but update the looks of the old stuff? that would be sweet... and exspensive.

i just had a task for them, thay have ok comon drops such as noted and un-noted mahogony and teak logs, and a reletively high drop rate of high-end herb seeds. also you cant foget to mention the black mask drop, curently worth about 2mill, althugh its not very comon (1 in 500 i think) over all thay are ok for profit and are ok in speed to kill (slayer xp), but unless you get lucky with the black mask drops go to other monsters for profit. p.s. range seams to be faster then melee, even at your levels. thay are also easy to safe spot!

im just wondering now, what would the stats of the prayer 3rd age prayer stuff be? just think of that + halo. *drool*

OMG! the new quest, wom, high requirements?! (not to mention dragon rework) epic win! outside dunge rewards + dunge class + build an alter in main room?!?! epic win! new clues, new rewards, and allways something good??!!?! (last 5 level 3 clues gave me under 50k of stuff...) have a guess... this month is set to be one of the best in a long time! :thumbsup:

firstly, i dont care the slightest that i should melee tasks and mage other stuff, just so you know. anyway, can i have the main tasks that, when useing mage (+ FULL slayer helm) dont lose money, or hopefully profit. thanks in advance :) i will most likely be useing ether slayer dart or fire bolt + chaos gauntlets. (but i have both other spell books)

i dont have a pic, but i remeber that when i finished under ground pass quest, i could see part of the pass under me. and im not talking abour right under me, the distance is bigger then white wolf mount! another thing, if no one has sayd so, i can see the white knight(cant remeber the quest, the one with the brige and the chicken) place from between a rock gold mine. might add pic l8or if i can get my pic acount to work

as i see it, a dragon defender from d'nearing is not a good idea. maybe it comes in halfs (like d squere), one half from cyclops and the other from easten lands/quest ect blah. cyclops boss?

i dont have a the keris and just got the balmung, but i guess in future i would not bother with the keris and use the balmung on higher end daggernoths. whip ftw! a little to much ftw...

just something i feal i should add, does a boss monster need a specal drop like spirit shields or fire cape? cant we just have a boss monster that simply profits without super rare, super exspensive drops? think mole, nuthing of much worth, lots of constant drops of minour value. ok with that out of the way, a boss monster that is weak to mage but strong to melee would be liked by many people. lastly, if a new super boss came out, imho it should be plainly un-soloable, not soo strong that its suiside, just simply cant be done. idk how, someting such as waterbirth 2 ppl doors or maybe some strange efect, maybe one player needs to do something while the other attacks it. as for needing a new boss and not what it should be. yes.

also may i ask, "1/18" 1 in 18 chance each brotther of droping or 1 in 18 chance each trip? (al 6 killed)

thanks, although i know kill count adds nuthing to barrows rate, it adds to profit (no?) oh, also does RoW efect barrows items?

in starting to do barrows, i wish to know roughly the drop rate of the barrows items, and how many kill counts i should get per a looting. also if anyone can think of a few little hints i would be happy to know :) thanks in advance.

i made a thread about the topic of dragon items, with questions such as "should dragon items be made ftp" or "should dragon items have there requirements moved to 70 and have a replacement metal put in the level 60 zone" ect but as for dragon items as thay are now, the only things thay people would want to any major amount are the defender and crosbow. i wouldent mind a dxbow, just gona have slightly higher range bonous and a spec, the defender though would be kinda overpowered. as for a kite, well dfs would have better defence and a str bonous, spirit shields have same/better defence + prayer bonous + efects. all i can say is... ...best idea yet

i just use d'nearing, simple and understandible. but if "dung" did become the accepted word, then i really have nuthing against it. although people could just as easily type "dunge" and i would prefer that.

i have not seen "lol" but i join his cc every week. aparently b4 "lol", "runescape" was one of the major cc's but aparently he got banned. but besides a few ok ones i cant remember, there isent anything that really stands out.

Actually, if you want reliable power, you choose Magic. this is one of my points, each class is too difrent, why cant both classes be somewhat reliable and somewhat good at KO's? (well, more so then now) as of how things are now though, im sideing with sw0rd95. mage although strong in its way, is not nearly as cost efective as melee in any way.
