thats what i sayd, but rather then color it should be shape of the hit splat imo.

plain and simple. if you can aford it, its worth it. if you cant aford it, its not worth it. that may sound dumb, but its true, haveing the stronger thing will allways be worth getting as long as you have the means of getting it.

its inportent to note, that as long as your attacking sometyhing, it degrades. so safe-spoting and not getting hit still means thay would degreade.

imho, haveing an icon next to the hit splat would be anoying (i would get used to it, but still...). thay should have difrent hit splats for difrent combat styles, like melee is sort of a claw slash, range looks sort of like a bullet shot, and mage is kinda like fire-works. nuthing over the top, but still enough to say "the mage did that". thay should also prbably add something like a high and low deteal for hit splats in options. but no matter how it ends up, as long as thay dont stuff it up baddly (and no one say it WILL end up bad) it cant end up being a bad update, even if a bit pointless. p.s. oh thats just bad...

that was one of the most fun quests i have done in a looonng time! the barel puzzle was a mess but i got it :) probably cos i dident use any form of guide at all, besides the in-game quest help obviusly. if anyone cares, i killed the slave and let the pest free :ohnoes:

i didn't know this about farseer helm, but i did about archer helm, i looked at the stats and it was like only 1 less ranged then a black dhide coif, not to mention easier to get and does not degrade, i still have that ranger helm today lol. as for the farseer helm, well, besdies looks (and even then, it makes a sweet adition a "tim the enchanter" costume) its winning on every angle besides hybriding. and who would use an inf hat for that?!

OMG Thank you SOOOO much. I just got this new puzzle and I have a real hard time with them unless I know what they are supposed to look like. This allowed me to get it done in about 45 seconds. it would be a good idea to be able to buy a higher chanse of getting a task (aka, you could spend x points on ice thingies and insted of say 5% chanse of getting them as a task its now 10%) but being able to buy tasks is not really a good idea imo.

I'm pretty sure the stats are in the knowledge base, and the Unholy (Zamorak) book still gives the best bonuses of any book. So yeah, the new books aren't anything special. besides being able to preach for zaros, the new books have allmost nuthing of any use to anyone. for defence, sara beats them all. for attack, zamorak beats them all (zamorak ftw!) ok yes, if you need attack AND defence but want higher stats then a guthix book, thay can help in spesific combat styles. but thats a very resriced aria of use. then again depending on how the price turns out, thay might end being cost efective zamorak books.

ah, this task, i asked the same questions and got some good answers. you dont need to kill mith drag at all to get the bones required, although you might have to run after you build the pyre. one of the scelys has a 100% drop (confused bard i think). the one i killed was in a small cave like thing inbetween the ice fiends and the green drags, its a good spot cos u cant be attacked by much stuff. build the pyre on the spot next to god-blesed's house and make certen to use the construct pyre option, it apears to be glitched otherwise.

just wondering, does a full slayer helm efect the cannon with its +15% range boost? that is all, thanks :thumbup:

saying fim's are not used in combat is like saying people dont use whips. the amount of steel titans that have shreaded some monster or another apart is huge!. but you are still right in a way, sumoning is kind of a noncombat skill, but i guess its like magic. yea you can use magic to blast the turd out of people, or you could never tuch a single chaos rune and still have 99 mage. it has its use in and out of combat, weather directly or not. i may not mage bandos to death but man it would suck if i couldnot use trolheilm telly. you gota remember though, although sumoning is not very comon in pure combat, its mant to be a suport skill makeing all other skills slightly easier. so bunyips or BoB's are what its for.

air runes are an infinite source of money. Getting around 360k from sag arrows is fine and all,, but what if your entire team wants full prom? hmm? this inf money trick is perfect for getting a high end item for binding. otherwise its a waste of time.

indeed. people say bots are bad. people say jagex trys to get rid of them, people say thay dont cos thay give jagex money. people say bots are a good/not bad cos of keeping price low. people say mocking posts replying to that. people say you can never get rid of them. tbh that sums up all that can be sayd here, although i am willing to be proven otherwise. as for my vew b4 someone calls me a troll, bots are everywhere but despite jagex best eforts thay still remain. unfairly and unknowing mocking us. yes thay keep price's low, but how is that a good thing? hurt player a, heal player b. ect. i just wish thay would go away, but the day rs has no bots is the day no one plays rs.

you speek the truth. crashing is mean, a pain and just allaround anoying, but you worked for your "ability" to crash, and no one can say you cant do it. although everyone can say you shouldent. however i have to argue about the point of a lower level acount is simply a high level acount without as much training as one. sometimes there is a reson, maybe its questphobia or a total inability to grind (like me), less play time cos of irl ect. point is, some people cant be as good as you, but yea a lot can be.

ohhhh i cant wait till the trail update, with good rewards allways, no exseptions! (or at leasts thats whats it is advertised as) but yea, as of now clues are a waste, sad though as i find them a bit of fun, yea im not very fast at them (idk my time, but i guess 30 to 40 mins) but i like doing them. non grinding money is allways a good thing for me... but now not only are the rewards worthless but it apears to be less likely to get anything good. maybe i have bad luck, idk. in the end i like doing them but its just so agrivateing at the end and i get a fire lighter and a rune pic. and for me the pain of getting that over and over and over and over outweight the joy of getting a sara plate everyone once and a while.

i remeber on a tream somewhere on tif, there was a smal conversaytion about how its the lest week of the month and thus the people where willing to bet gp it would come on that day... ...i knew it would be delayed, just knew it! :razz: anyway, this really dows not have too much to talk about, the ability for emotes to be bigger then 1 squere will be sweet, but besides that i cant find anything intresting.

Then go with friends instead of trying to find a clan...? I unfortunately don't have many friends, RL or not, who play RS. Those who do are on typically at weird times or might be doing something else like boss hunting. I only managed to team up with them on a few occasions out of pure luck and because they also had a few people wanting to dging. Finding an actual clan committed to dging seems like the best way to assure that I'll find people willing to dg. Make a clan then, Dungeoneering combat level 100-120, total level 1500-2000. Im sure some people (OP included) would thank you for making a mid level Dung clan oh by the lord zamorak! oh god please! im only 108 cb so i cant join any good clan, thus my dunge level is low (under 50) but i do know what im doing. its just so anoying, all my friends are f2p or lowwer dunge then me, im too high a level to join any bad group of people (this may look like jiberish, but i cant handle stuffing up my prestige going with people who just finish a flor and dont have the level for the next one when i still got a bunch to go), im too low a level to join any good clan. a lowwer-high level clan would simply own. lol of topic?
