Post anything Akon-related here. Do you like his music or not? Why? Which are your favourite songs? I personally like Akon's music, especially these 3 songs- Smack That, I Wanna Luv U and Lonely. The rest are OK, but these 3 are really good.

This is like saying video games are bad because they make kids violent etc etc. I don't agree with either of these. I play games like Counter-Strike, that doesn't mean I'm going to grab an AK-47 and start killing everyone I see. Explain what is so disgusting about these variations. Variations and slang have always existed in every language. They add some colour. Would you prefer everyone speaking like this?: Also, keep in mind that languages change over time. Some of these "disgusting variations" might eventually become so common that they are no longer considered slang. Anyway, what makes these variations more disgusting than their English counterparts? Conclusion - There is NOTHING wrong with swearing. :) Not all do. You can't blame the entire genre for that. There are many songs of other genres which do the same. Ignorance. Try to just 'talk fast' and see what it sounds like, ok? It does take a good amount of rhythm to be able to rap well. You can't just talk fast and expect it to sound good, and anyone who thinks that is, well, :wall: . +1. Rapping isn't as easy as you think. I listen to a bit of rap-mostly Eminem and Akon- and I see nothing wrong with it.

I must disagree with you on the former, linkin park have some good lyrics. +1 however, the lyrics for bleed it out are quite bad.

A very interesting article. Because the pure has used his brains more. Requires no real tactics? I have to disagree. The pure has levelled only the stats which he really needs in the wilderness. Using combos to KO people also requires strategy. You say making pures is kinda stupid. IMO its kinda stupid to train all your stats as high as possible on a pking acc, even those which aren't very useful.

I think old blackmarks should be removed after a while, but only for some rules(especially rule 1). Jagex needs to loosen up with rule 1. Half the rule 1 reports are simply typos. transcript80: read the above. Not all people who break rule 1 do so on purpose. I actually think swearing should be allowed in runescape to some extent. People swear in RL as well, learn to deal with it. If you can't take minor insults, chances are you're too young to be playing the game. Go play club penguin or something, kids. Seriously, Jagex needs to stop pampering all the 10yr old kids on rs.

+1 In any case, 3k every 15 mins is ridiculous. The price cap should have been a lot higher, at least 300k or so.

Its this kind of attitude which really annoys me. Whenever an F2P update comes out, there is a group of greedy members complaining that we don't deserve it. OT: Pros- No more standing around for hours in world 1 varrock bank. Also, theres no difference now between selling 10k ores and 10 ores-you can sell both these amounts for the same price now. Cons- Prices on most items are falling. People still want quick trades, so they simply sell for the minimum price. This will cause prices to fall steadily. I think it would have been better if Jagex removed the 5% limit and just allowed you to set whatever price you want. Lets wait and see what actually happens though, this is just a guess.

Same here. I lost around 300gp and a few bronze bars, which seemed like a huge amount at the time. :lol:

I think this is a good idea. It will stop people trading cash/items from their mains to a noob account. It probably won't stop RWIT though. But then, the 3k limit won't help either. Stopping macroers and RWIT is next to impossible. They'll always find a way around updates. BTW I'm F2P :wink:

No they can't. Kids under 13 can't play unless their parents are playing the game with them. Read the ToS: If children below 13 play Runescape, that's their fault for lying about their age. However, I do agree that Jagex shouldn't advertise to kids younger than 13.

I think you should read the ToS first: If you're under 13, you can't create an account. If you're 13-18, you need your parent's/guardian's permission. Sadly, these rules don't seem to have helped a lot.

In F2P, he doesn't stand a chance. And HOW did he get str so high in F2P with 1 atk!?!?

You can get ranged to 70 without gaining additional combat levels. For training spots, try these: MELEE: 1.Monks- Good for low levels. You won't need any food here since the monks heal you if you talk to them. 2.Lvl 12 Minotaurs(Stronghold Of Security 1st level)- Have 10 hp each, and drop tons of iron and bronze arrows. You can use the arrows to train range. 3.Flesh Crawlers(SoS 2nd Level)- Probably one of the fastest ways of getting xp in F2P. They're aggressive, so all you need to do is stand in one spot and eat occasionally. You'll need some food for these though. They only hit 1's, but they hit often on 1 def. RANGE: If you're not picking up the arrows, try one of these spots: 1. Hobgoblins near the crafting guild. 2. Fortress guards at the Black Knight's Fortress. Stand on the ice mountain and keep ranging them. If you want to pick up the arrows, theres a room in the SoS 1st lvl with a fence in the middle. You can stand on one side and kill the lvl 27 minotaurs.

Are you F2P or P2P? If you're f2p, i suggest you stay at 1 prayer. Prayer just runs out too quickly in f2p. BTW you can get your str level upto 65 without gaining any combat levels. I saw this somewhere on these forums: or something like that

#3 Raise strength, defence to 33 and do dragon slayer.

Those lyrics aren't "suitably awesome" either IMO. They don't seem to create a "mind-blowingly epic feel" either.
