  1. "Sad, but not surprising. Not only are they racist, they're inaccurate. Amazing." was one of the comments at the bottom of page. What better words. Now if you'll excuse me...
  2. My God...you were such a newb back in 2011... I wanna be just like you when I grow up.
  3. But what about all the people who go for 200m in a skill?! Really, they are just trying to skate around it instead of being upfront with it, in an effort to avoid "pissing players off". As if we can't tell that you really are just being bullies at this point with holding out on using exp lamps on divination... <.<
  4. That is the stupidest argument against the lamp being 98+ req I've seen. There are 26 skills to level, are you saying that no one has any sitting at 98 that they may want to use a lamp on? Or what about the amount of players who are holding off claiming any of the rewards from the diary to boost div? No one is going to think to do the same for the 98 lamp in any skill they choose to wait for? Important part bold. He addressed those people with skill levels at 98. What is is also saying, it that Jagex is punishing the population who A) Skill level is too low to use the lamp except on, and players who do not realize that Jagex wants you to use it on dungeoneering B) Max players who can not use the lamp until they lift the ban on divination He is also saying making the lamp level 98 was more of a tongue and cheek joke and that they should have made their intention know that if was a "use on dungeoneering" reward by making it 99 instead of teasing players with a 98 level lamp.
  5. So.....Somethings telling me you've got Mark issues? Yes, you could say I dont like him. I admire the passion, thats all I like about him. Hes way too disconnected with the players and when he said trolling in the divination video a shiver went down my spine. I dont know how that guy smiles so much and acts happy. Its creepy This comment further support what OrTradeMe is saying. Most of what you are saying as facts is heavily bias. And I think you know this... Also, I know EOC was a big update that had everyone flip [cabbage] and it is still very much incomplete...but why are we debating if EOC was the reason for the declines again, when not too many pages back, we established EOC was one of the many updates the has lead to the decline of the RS population. I thought we moved on to the point of discussing how the game can be improved. And no I'm not talking "Get rid of EOC" or "Fire Mod Mark" or "I don't think it can."
  6. It's dangerous to div alone! Take this. Thanks to Squakus and Echocut for this find.
  7. I realize I may be too hard on Jagex for producing an outfit very different from the artwork, and I do understand the modellers are at least at fault depending on what their task was. But I don't think giving use gloves/boots and making the outfit look/fit tighter is out of the limitations or scope of the event. The Skirmisher set is spot on minus the bow, and as far as I'm aware people had low expectation for the bow anyway, because they thought it was ugly in the artwork. Secondly, the Botanist outfit is closer to how I think the Superhero outfit should fit. If they done it there, why couldn't they have done it here? Now I understand Both the sets I mentioned are SOF sets, so they had more of an incentive to do those right, and the greater reward from September are the loyalty points and double exp on daily challenges, but if you are keeping players playing while they return to school them make the outfit look good to give us more of an incentive to play. I also realize Jagex might thin\kg the product actually looks good, and certainly a lot of player in game are wearing it, so that's a good sign right? In which case I have no problem telling them it leaves something to be desired for the rest of us.
  8. You know what concept art is right? The clue is in the name. To me, it looks pretty spot on. So passive aggressive.... The point he makes is that Jagex doesn't even try with some of these outfits. Also, we are allowed to complain a bit about something that doesn't good can't we?
  9. I'm sorry. All they did was a Mortal Kombat palette swap of much like Scorpion, Sub-zero, Smoke, and Reptile. Why can't they make it form fitting and give us some gloves/boots. That's all they have to do to make it better. :<
  10. Then what's a better value?
  11. The class that made me become an Economics major. inb4indifferencecurvecurvejoke.
  12. I wasn't worried about people still doing runs (I tried one more at reset and it didn't count), but worried about people who may have clocked 50 runs but didn't log out by the time reset hit. Then their total jumps from 180 to 230 or something and knocks me down a rank, etc. Looks like those fears were unfounded! That was pretty much my worry. I started early so 254 runs seemed pretty safe. But then watching the lower jump so high I was really scared I'd drop to 1001. Also, I feel really bad for the guy in 1001st place...
  13. Almost everyone who was doing Bulldog on tip.it made it. Congrats guys. This is our reward [hide][/hide]
  14. Added note. Ingame warbandtracker has two lobby FCs called Warbands 1 and Warbands 2. If you can't find a FC from the list join Warbands 1 to find a FC as they call them. If no FC is called, Warbands 1 usually does the event as a group.
  15. No. They are basically lobbies for finding FCs in warbands, and when all the FCs are full Warbands 1 does the event as a group. It is in your best interest to join Warband 1/2 40 mins before start and switch to an FC when they announce them.
  16. Thank you all. I update to first post to reflect the suggestions. However, feel free to keep naming more (if you have anymore).
  17. Are you using Warbands 1 or warbands 2? If not then that is one reason why you keep getting killed. There are plenty of other fc's but those two are the only ones I use for the time. Here is a reference for you: http://www.warbandtracker.com/ As a whole; however, even with a fc you can get pk'd sometimes.
  18. Can we still fake confirm what those shoes are suppose to be? Otherwise I'm gonna go with fashionscape.
  19. The part of the quest where you return the blurite sword...only except you made two using the drop trick and once again, using the drop trick you give one back. Also I'm assuming that guy is wearing dragonplate legs and a fighter torso but pink shoes?
  20. Only two Champions are suppose to be on the battlefield at a time now but I swear I saw 3 last time. What's up with that?
