Combat is a skill, it's just that to some it's more than just a skill. They feel like combat is one big skill and Attack, Strength, Hp, and Defense are all sub skills in this one big skill. They feel that it shows their power and superiority over someone with a wc cape who is level 3. If they ever wanted to fight, you could guess who wins.

I think it's something you just get used to. It might be annoying at first, but I think it's worth it. :

I think they should keep some randoms. IMO runescape would be kinda boring without randoms to liven up a grindfest or give you a smile when you finally get that mime outfit. The one random I wouldn't mind getting rid of is the tree ent. It has no further use except for wasting money. I could've bought another dragon wc axe with the money I've wasted fixing my broken dragon axe. :evil:

Pretty much what I was going to say. Although the little 5 year old with ADD that dwells inside me likes seeing new things once a week, I'll admit. That's how it is for me. As long as were getting updates, I'm content. But I'm constantly checking for updates. :
