Your levels are quite low for Arma; I get walloped with 90 defense and 93 ranged. Also, bring two 4 dose prayer pots for kc instead of sharks; it's more predictable, and it gives your more inv space. And I doubt a terrorbird of sharks would get you 40 kills anyway with your defense level.

You didn't factor in speed of runs, or exp gained per hour. Aha, I see your edit, but if you're using the abyss already, you may as well just do laws. I don't think the familiar is worth enough to lose that extra exp per hour.

I'm 67, and I do deaths with a lurker. I'm happy that way, though deaths are kind of crashing.

It's a good point, but even a delinquent like that wouldn't deserve to die for that. Having the cashier shoot the kid in self defense still wouldn't be necessary if these gun control programs were pulled off a little better. I mean, c'mon. Do Bandos/Zammy. 99 attack is a nice level, and a shame to go to waste. Although I would personally solo Bandos every once in a while, hunting imps on the side, you could just get onto teams 24/7 and have your money quite quickly. Good luck. I as well am in need for some cash.

I'm quite offended by the absolutely ignorant stances on breastfeeding I've seen in this thread. I can only guess it's because your mothers never breastfed you. -.- It's such a hugely important part of the development of children, and it always depresses me to see a two month old being forced to drink some formula crap out of a bottle. Breastfed babies have all the nutrition they need, no deficiencies there. They should be drinking breastmilk even after they start eating solid foods. Everything else should be added to that, or else these babies will develop slow witted, malnourished, and a sharply lowered immune system. Not to mention the lack of one on one contact it can give, after that point, there's no way to fix bonds that were never created. As far as I'm concerned, the only reasons babies should be formula/bottle fed would be for a medical problem, like if they were to have galactosemia or something, as a baby cousin of mine did, and that was quite a tragedy. If you don't like the public boobies, grow up. Yeesh.

With less demand for nature runes, they're going to stay where they are most likely. Unless we get a super useful nature rune spell, there's not going to be any reason for them to go back up. Although, allowing high level f2pers to mine pure essence would bring that to a practical price. If it requires 30 rc and 30 mining to get it, the high level f2pers would have a great money making opportunity (and a great goal for them, in 30 rc), and essence would go down, stabilizing around the price of iron.
