it could have been a lot worse. About 4 or so years ago when I first started I was folling around with friends and did the "Jagex blocks your pass look *******!" thing, and got 10 blackmarks, a week-long mute, and was put on last chance. It took me till last week of hard fighting on the sticky on RSOF to get my account cleared for something I had done whilst immature.

I really think its 2% melee exp to the next level for ALL MELEE STATS, INCLUDING HP the others im running tests on and trying to find some relation

It might be 2% for attack, strength, defence, and hitpoints. I had 84 defence and i recieved around 5775 exp per zeal. at 84 defence you need 278,259 experience to get to level 85. 5775/2 = 2887.5* 100 = 288750, which is rather close At 85 defence, i get roughlt 6020 exp (i think, cant remember exactly), 85 defence needs around 307k exp for the next level. 6020/2 = 3010*100 = 301000 exsp, which again is very close to the 2% guess. im not sure now, about the rest, but for melee stats it definatly seems that way. hope this helps!
