The pain sucks. But I wanted to ask you all about this situation im in. We havn't been talking much (obviously) but I still miss her, and she sent me this big long facebook message of bs yesterday night, which included crap such as "My heart is totally broken knowing that I broke yours." and "I really loved you, I even still do, and you couldn't have been a better boyfriend to me." Iv been taking advice from a close friend and been trying to make her want to come back to me. A lot of things have changed in the story since it was posted. She broke up with me to fill the void of me not being there (we live 5 hours away during the summer and like a 10 minute walk during the school year) so she started hanging out with this other guy and ended up developing feelings for him. She got confused about what she wants and left me because she needs "time to herself and to thing" Ofc all of this is just nonsense talk and [cabbage]. How low of a blow is this for her to do to me (opinions please!) Is it worth trying to get her to come begging back to me? Things were simply amazing before this happened. But in a matter of like 3 weeks it all came crashing down as she began blowing me off because "having other people there comfort me was better than talking to you and missing you" Is this a situation you think I should back out of? Or is it worth a shot because for 9 months things were like... undescribable. That feeling people always try to describe when they have a kick ass relationship. Or has the damage been done. I would like opinions please.

I had a girl dump me because she felt attracted to her best friend. Who was also a girl. WAT Now see thats mildly hot. Its such [cabbage] for me because We go to college in the same city yet when were home were 5 hours apart, so because she "missed me" she started hanging out with other guys. Im pretty upset.

Totally respectable. But, since my parents were the second option you mentioned, I was naturally curious about all this that everyone was getting into. As long as you trust your friends things dont end up all that badly.

When talking about addictive drugs, how can we not step in a try to prevent it? It's called solidarity. Mankind has to care for itself and it's existence, else there would be complete chaos. Addictive drugs for users who want to quit (there are tons out there who wish to stop but can't because of addiction) can ruin their lives. That's why I care about people around me using such addictive drugs, because I don't want them to get addicted and have their life turn to [cabbage] (I'm not assuming everyone's life turns to [cabbage] when they get addicted, but many do). Of course, this doesn't really apply to non-addictive drugs (though it can if the person uses it so often that their health becomes an issue). The way I see it, there are plenty of reasons for us to care, even if the drug doesn't directly affect you. This is what I get for not thinking my post through, lmfao. :ohnoes: :ohnoes: :ohnoes: :ohnoes: First off I cannot stand Cigarettes, they smell like [cabbage], and iv pushed away 2 friends who started smoking them because I cant handle it. From my experiences I know people do do many social drinking / drugs (parties, etc) and most of they are smart about it so I dont have really any horror stories and whatnot that other people may have. Thats why I really dont have a problem with my friends because they dont do it all that much so I wouldnt classify them as addicts.

I personally believe the idea that we have one life to live, so why must we judge people on their decisions and them doing what they wish to do with their lives. Its understandable if said drinker/drug user has effected you in an immediate way, but besides that, why should you care? I have no problem with people drinking/ doing drugs.

What really pisses me off is their lazy stance towards bots. A had an irl friend who quit just yesterday because he got that [cabbage] "you have a macroing minor so we halve your exp herp derp" He never botted, never broke rules, nothing. The balance of runescape stands on the edge of a knife. Stray but a little and it will fall. what makes it harder is Jagex insists on standing on one foot.
