One thing you have to remember is the church influences decisions of votes and bill approval/denial by telling people what is and isn't acceptable. Well, obviously, so I do see that. Ok, and what If I feel that my self esteem has been lowered by the prevalence of gay people? (obviously this is ridiculous, but it's just an example). Are you saying I don't have the right to be proud of an attribute I have? An ethnic club celebrates their ethnicity. It may have other motives, but the base celebration is there. Do white people not have that right? In fact, in Canada, it's widely expected that within 50 years, white people will be a minority. And in the world as a whole, white people are a minority.

"Where you live" doesnt change the fact that there is still a negative social stigma towards gays in a majority of the world. And again, you can't just look at the words and take the meaning from it. "Proud to be ___" doesn't just mean what the dictionary definition of those words are, thrown together. "Proud to be _____" is a way of people saying that they have a minority lifestyle (which is usually descriminated against) and they aren't letting idiots ruin their self esteem. If you want, I am sure saru would change his sig to "I am a gay person, and despite the adversity I face, I feel great about myself" but it is just much easier to take the format that has been used for years ("proud to be black, gay, deaf, paralyzed, etc"). Ok, I can accept that a large percentage of people don't accept homosexuality - but it doesn't give them extra rights. I have every right to put "proud to be straight" in my sig, just as he has a right to put "proud to be gay". Yet It's looked down upon - just like the person who started a "Caucasian club" was called racist, even though there are black clubs, asian clubs, brown clubs. Equality means equality - nothing more, nothing less.

Well, I don't mean to be rude but it's pretty clear you have no idea how hacking works. There are two ways someone can get your runescape password: A) If you tell them. B) If they install a program called a key-logger on your computer. A key-logger will record all the keys you press in a text file and send it to whoever he chooses. Changing your IP address won't help you at all. If you don't have a firewall, get one. If you don't have antivirus, get one. After that, scan the whole computer and do anything it tells you to.

Yeah, I'm a realist :lol: I don't know if I would get one with MY name on it, but if you think you'd wear it, why not? But my favorite recent Leaf (Kaberle) is, as of right now, still a Leaf (might change by next season, though). Yeah, I doubt they'll hang on to Kaberle. It's a pity, because he's a damn good defenceman but I think they want someone younger to fit with the rest of the team. Plus Kaberle is expensive. Not really. He only makes like 4.25 million. Other D with his abilities make more. But I do agree that, unfortunately, he will probably be leaving. He supposedly doesn't get along very well with Wilson, and Burke said he will deal Kaberle before firing Wilson. Still, 4.25 is a lot. He hasn't played well since Wilson's been there, just watching him it looks like he isn't making an effort. Ahh well, we shall see.

I wouldn't weigh yourself every day, rather every week. You'll see more progress that way and it will be less effected by stuff like what you ate. Just my personal choice though :P

The main leverage behind this bill is that the US does have a large amount of control over DNS, without which the internet is basically useless. This kill switch would be effective for a very short time only, once companies started to move their servers elsewhere it would be ineffective.
