Wow, that sucks? Who wants to go out on christmas anyway? (Not including those who don't celebrate obviously). Won't do much for Christmas, just stay home with my immediate family, all my extended lives too far away. Might do something with my girlfriend as well at some point.

I don't think signatures should go to a full 700 wide, but I think 500px wide is a fair compromise. As some have addressed, there is no need for more, but as others have addressed, it won't hurt and could be useful for some.

Congrats on your tenth birthday guys! I do think that the history you guys have gives more motivation to stay alive - and old school members continue to help the clan, without the "want everything now" attitude that some clanners have. This. If you want mass, you have to eat. Dairy foods and red meat are high in protien - my personal favorites for protien are lots of cheese, eggs, and milk. In terms of exercises - try to find something heavier to do squats with. I don't work out as much anymore, but when I used to squatting large amounts of weight always killed my legs, but made me really hungry as well. I was squatting not quite 200lbs, weighing about 170 at the time.
