What effect do you think Stellar Dawn will have on RuneScape clans? Its difficult to say, and really depends on how the game is. I think it's reasonably certain the players will switch over, which obviously will result in fewer members for clans. Coupled with the fact that very few new people enter the clan world (or at least the top clan world) it makes the future very worrisome. Will clanning in Stellar Dawn be much different then in RuneScape, or other MMO's? Too early to tell - we know next to nothing about the mechanics of the game. Do you think clans will become linked to both RuneScape and Stellar Dawn (AKA 'The' wars/does events on RuneScape AND Stellar Dawn) I can't see top clans doing this, although smaller clans might.

I'm honestly not very familiar with the history, but different clan leaders should be very helpful to you. I know BK has a very in depth history on their forums, written monthly, and I'm sure many other clans do as well.

I really like that star one, getting a lot better. Keep at it!

Hopefully they get a fix soon. Still, it is nice to see a story out there that shows that macs aren't perfect.

No, it didn't, but I found it worked quite well on mobile. This, not so much. That said, lo-fi does work pretty well on mobile.

I've had this on my mind for a while now. The future of the clan world seems quite bleak in my eyes. It's quite true that the number of members in the clan world are shrinking. Look at when SE closed, for example. Almost 40 high leveled top clannners retired immediately. This poses a serious problem. For quite some time now, more members have been retiring than new members coming in. With the current attitude of the top clans, It's unsuprising. All the crashing, hacking, scamming, ddosing, flaming, and uncapped pk run-ins hardly make the world of top clans appealing to those just starting out. Compound that with the fact that most top clans won't accept members without previous clan experience and it makes for quite the problem. I really wonder how much longer the clan world can survive - I don't see things getting better, and with Jagex starting to focus more and more on Stellar Dawn things are looking bleak. Many clan members say they won't go to SD from RS, but its inevitable that some will go, and that will only serve to put the clan world in a slump more and more. Good luck rebuilding clan world ;)

Well, it seems there is still some confusion about the state of the BlacKnights on the TWR. The BlacKnights Initates are a junior clan of the Blacknights - this means it consists of some BK leadership, BK future applicants, and lower combat members. When BK requested to join the TWR this issue was looked at and we made an exception. BK is allowed to have members on both lists, because that's simply the way the two clans work. The list posted is the BlacKnights swat memberlist. This is not their full list. On another note, this topic is for discussion of BK vs. DV. I don't care whether DK goes into pvp, who pk's with them, or when Illusion's last loss was. Any off topic posts made from here on in will be deleted. ps. Points will be done shortly, we are catching up on the wars fought in September before we deal with the October ones.

I'm completely open to trying new things - in fact I've supported the idea of the fitness + sports forum since day 1. The problem is that new forums aren't just something you make on a whim, and I've yet to see a real issue here that makes a new forum necessary.

I already said a game idea could go into the video games forum. I think it fits there quite nicely.

I'm writing this message to you, the users of Tip.it clan discussion, on behalf of the Clan Chronicle team, which at the moment consists of myself, Laikrob, and Tripsis. I will shortly be taking over as editor, and at that point it will be just Tripsis and myself. The current aim of the Clan Chronicle is to provide a monthly new source about the current occurrences in the clan community. This generally includes a feature interview of a clan, as well as clan history articles and articles discussing updates made by Jagex that have an effect on the clan world. As I'm sure you can imagine, we spend a lot of time on the clan chronicle - it is a lot of work to put out this newsletter monthly, especially with only 2 authors (Tripsis carries a proofreader position only). Due to the other commitments of the Chronicle staff, coupled with the forum move, we weren't able to provide a September edition. So, now, I want the opinion of the Tip.it clan community as to the future of the clan chronicle. I want you to answer 3 questions, and answer them honestly. Why? Varrock Library got its own forum, as did Falador Library and neither are very popular really. So why not something like "Lumbridge Library" - a media thingy? My point is that Varrock Library and Falador Library got their own forum simply because there was a new need. As of right now, the ideas you've put forth are interesting but can easily be posted in existing forums. If we were getting an overflow of movie plots in varrock library, then it might be worth it, but as of now, there's just no need. And of course, if there is a certain type of post that wouldn't fit into an existing forum, it gives more reason to create a new one.

Well I'd think that if you have a video game idea, it could easily be posted in the video games forum. Likewise, a movie plot could be posted in varrock library, as well as any other stories you might come up with.
