If it's an author like her, with the clout she has, I'm sure she has some control over the price. But yeah, it's mostly the publisher in most cases.

Nice. I've started doing wrist push ups and holding my body up with just my arms (not sure what that's called), and moving my arms back while I do pushups. Nothing too great yet...

Matrix Reloaded now. Not nearly as good as the first one. Unnecessarily sexualized plot combined with an over-reliance on (poor) special effects....4/10.

Well, I'd say not to pursue it unless she really pushes it. While that's a legitimate enough reason to break something off (if she was telling the truth of course), I'd say you want to see a lot of commitment from her before pursuing anything. -
Yeah, I haven't been able to get into another MMO since. I did play Lotro for a bit which was okay but didn't keep my attention.

I agree. I did go to a casino once though, just for the experience. Spent an hour with a twenty on slots, and thought "been there, done that". Doubt I'll go again.
