  1. 1/10 not worth posting. If its an achievment for you, cool, but people on rate this tend to be justifiably harsh.
  2. You'll have trouble buying easter eggs, demand is crazy atm. Wait for runite to rise and sell it.
  3. You just managed to confuse me in ways I can't understand. Replace A, B and C with X, Y and Z, and make sure they are capitals, and I think I should be able to understand it.
  4. Guthans sucks, don't get it. Karils top is great, get it. Armadyl, if it is worth more than 35% of your total bank value, don't get it.
  5. It takes 60 seconds. ...I don't know what your concept of 'HUGE' is, but I think I have different standards. :? I find zombie monkeys a solid alternative for someone who doesn't feel like doing the quest for AZs, or doesn't like crowded worlds. Ok it takes 60 seconds. So every 5 minutes you need to go recharge at the altar, spending 60 seconds, or another minute of time. So overall, you lose 11 minutes of time over the course of an hour. That's equal to about 12k xp at ZMs. So by not bringing ppots, you get 12k xp less per hour, more if you use a familiar. So now let's see. The xp per hour of ZMs (recharging at altar) would be 98k per hour, with a loss of 20k per hour (on pure sets). Compare to that AZs, which is 100k per hour with a profit of 180k per hour. That's a 200k different between loss/profit, meaning that you "spend" 200k per hour at ZMs (since you are forfeiting potential money). Couldn't have said it better myself.
  6. They wont. Read the guide.
  7. It takes a huge amount of time in the long run. Zaaps is totally correct, you totally misunderstand the concept of oppertunity cost. ALWAYS, ALWAYS USE A PURE SET WHILST POWERTRAINING.
  8. Neither. They both suck. Get a Blessed spirit shield instead of dfs, and bgs just plain out sucks. I would recommend spending the remainder on ranged, prayer or magic.
  9. No. Also, subjecting yourself to electricity to "build resistance" is not a good idea, it would probably only cause damage to your muscles and nerves.... Its not like a virus that you can build resistance to, its electricity. The human body is not designed to handle it, unlike it is designed to (try to) handle a virus. Any dose of electricity capable of killing every virus in a human body, would almost surely kill the human as well. period.

Wrongo. DFS is garbage. Utter and complete garbage. It is an incredibly effective way to waste 15 million GP on an essentially useless item. For basically any melee situation, rune defender is better. For basically any range situation, blessed spirit shield is better. Saves around 13m, has no negative range, and gives +3 prayer. The defenses differ by about 20 or so. Yeah, LQ is a req for other big quests that most players will want to have completed. The dungeon also has some monsters worth training on. The DFS is only good for meleeing dragons. It's not COMPLETELY garbage. Just pretty close. The blessed SS is good for tanking situations only, otherwise the Zammy or perhaps Guthix book is more suited to ranging. However, the D square doesn't have that bad of a neg range bonus (just -2) and is good if you're really poor and can't even afford the blessed SS. Ah yes, I forgot about zamorak book. BSS for bosses and range tanking situations, Zamorak book for normal safespot ranging.
  11. Gonna hop on the bandwagon and recommend gathering bones yourself. If you kill green dragons, you get hides as well, which make you a nice profit, as well. NEVER, EVER, EVER USE ECTOFUNTUS. Its slow and not efficient at all, basically, its hugely outdated. And in response to your new question: Sell the guthans, but get 68 summoning before you bother getting 70 prayer.
  12. While I totally recommend slayer, I can say something about most other powertraining spots mentioned here Armoured zombies - Very good exp/hour, and provides a little income. I would advise doing the quest, seriously. Zombie monkies - Pure exp, better than armoured zombies, but will net you a small loss. Bandits - Incredibly outdated and should not be used, will essentially waste your time, unless you AFK, and in that case, GTFO because AFKing is against the rules  Flesh crawlers - LOLOLOLOL Slayer - Provides a decent total exp rate, some variety to make training less boring, and possibly some nice loot. Well, theres my advice.

No, but do legends quest anyway, since its needed for a few other quests, and having access to the legends guild is...useful? Not really, but do it anyways. Wrongo. DFS is garbage. Utter and complete garbage. It is an incredibly effective way to waste 15 million GP on an essentially useless item. For basically any melee situation, rune defender is better. 14. Essentially, this.
  15. It will not be better than any godwars boss. You'll only get a decent item split from a 130+ maxed team, of which they usually have 8-12 people. They demand maxed equipment, minus firecape, which can be subbed for a skillcape. Even then, since sigils are far harder to get in terms of items:time, you'll make a lot less profit, unless you have stupid LSP and get every normal drop, because they do add up. Unfortunately, to get that LSP, you'll have to either GWD or go LS corp, which eliminates the point of asking the question. My advice: Godwars, preferably armadyl or saradomin
  16. Takes double the normal voltage, therefore you'd need a huge battery. Even the ones you can buy today cause the target to flinch/collapse (depending on where you shock them at). Yeah, I'm pretty sure a 3 second zap with a taser can cause an adult male to lose consciousness, so it stands to reason that a 4-5 second zap would knock down a zombie. The brain is controlled by electrical impulses (well most of the body is). So a direct shock to the head/skull/brain might temporarily disable them. I doubt it will last too long, maybe only a few minutes but long enough to smash the brain without fear of biting and will help conserve ammo. Keep in mind this is a theory and could be wrong. This entire thread is theory For the time being, anyway Yeah, it could be useful, and may help us use those woodchips a bit faster, generating electricity to shock zombies.
  17. I actually liked that book :?
  18. Takes double the normal voltage, therefore you'd need a huge battery.
  19. You could try using PVP armour, I recommend morrigans chaps and statius body, neit helm, super set, and then an inventory and familiar full of sharks. Just use the whip, and make sure to prayer switch correctly Thats how I did it.
  20. In all actuality, Ray is correct, and you are majorly overreacting about it. The fastest way to gather most raw materials is to use a fast moneymaker and then buy them, and with swamp tar, this rule applies all the more due to the fact that you don't gain much XP while collecting it.
  21. Okay, I think you're on the right tracks, but some balancing is still neccessery. The abyssal longsword for attack should require an abyssal whip, 300k and a dragon longsword to create, this will stop the market crashing for abyssal whips. The ranged one should always use the special attack of that crossbow bolt, and it cannot be used with dragonstone bolts. 99 prayer seems very strange, and I don't like it at all. I think you should gain a new helmet slot item, like a halo or something that gives +9 prayer and +4 on all attack stats. You didn't finish the magic idea. For hp, I think bandages should be a little better, at 18 HP per Herblore one seems a bit wierd. I say that all potions should give an extra boost when you use them, not too much though, only like 1 extra point to stats. Theiving, I just can't see it. I don't think the Mandrith thing would work at all. For crafting, I think a new clockwork construction would be nice. Or even multiple new clockwork constructions. Firemaking seems utterly pointless. I think that it needs a major use, since at the moment its a pointless skill. The ones I haven't mentioned are fine.
  22. I think it could do with some backing story, like why the ents are there in the first place. Aside from that, its fine. I'm getting rather annoyed at all the quest suggestions trying to be grandmaster or radically change the system , so this was a nice break.
  23. From what Doom has detailed, the power plant is a better option than most other areas, and its not too close to a town, so I doubt many people will shelter there. Besides, we could always kill everyone in the entire building and display their heads to ward off raiders as soon as we get there? I mean, zombies reject dead flesh, so it wont attract them or anything. Eh. Whatever. Btw. NO on the heads. First, zombies will smell it, come, then discover it is pre-pwned, but the point is that they'd come. Plus the smell. So, dispite the epicness of having a head collecting, no. You were probally joking anyways, but I've had a rough day. I need to cut something up. Eh, fine. We can just put dried blood handprints all over our walls. That, along with people that look organised, and are wearing gas masks and carrying good amounts of weaponry should be enough to scare off all but the most hardened of raiders.
  24. Did you just badmouth Advent Children? I hate you now.
