I love listening to contrasting genres back to back. I've always done it ever since I learned that there was more to music than metal alone.

Natascha heavies generally use that to compensate for not being able to aim. It has legitimate uses (read: 5CP; force to be reckoned with if you can aim and have a medic) but most of the time it's because it's easy to use. I also don't have a problem with killing Natascha heavies and heavies in general provided they're on their own and unaware. Good heavy players though, they exist. Played my first scrims in a month today. I did pretty average but I'm rusty so I guess it wasn't too bad. I probably should've played soldier/demo instead of scout but I got some cool kills and caps so all's good. Scores are so meaningless in this game, seriously.

I'd really like to know what is special about it. First song is basically a breakdown for two and a half minutes and a couple of pop metal riffs inbetween. Nothing that I haven't heard (endlessly, may I add) before. I moved onto the second song and yeah, much better, but it doesn't really stand out at all. It basically sounds like a poppier version of Thursday - not that it's a bad thing at all, but the formula is getting tired. I'm not going to comment on the production from listening to those videos on YouTube. It's probably not even a bad album by any stretch of the imagination, but there's nothing there that inspires me to actually, you know, take an hour or however long out of my day to listen to it all.

Pitchfork bashing is very, very 2008. This album is pretty good. First track is my favourite but it's so over-the-top, like, Kanye knows he's full of himself and uses it to his advantage here. It's not my album of the year, but it's better than I was expecting it to be.

I seem to involuntarily bounce my knees when sitting, much to the annoyance of everyone when I was at school. I have no idea if this is a side-effect of medication or if it's just something I do. I'm going with the second because it gives me more peace of mind.

You're doing good. I can hit 5:1 as demo which is a "better" k:d than I pull as soldier sometimes, but I'm not as skilled as I am at soldier. My soldier performance depends a lot on how good the medic is and how willing they are to use me as a pocket. Demoman is significantly easier to play without a medic (more mobility, more damage spread) but you have to think defensively all the time. But do keep up demo, it's a class that's useful literally all the time if you're good at trapping up and pipes. Generally; 2:1 k/d as soldier is quite good in most pub games without a medic. I've hit 6:1 when I've had a good medic backing me up and that was when I was just getting into advanced soldier mechanics. When my shoulder gets better and I can play without pain from wasd then I'll make a few vids after I get back in practice. The game kinda stresses me out though so I doubt I could play competitively again. 3:1 as demo is more than fine but it's harder to rack up insane killstreaks (at least for me) in public games. I've gotten a 21 killstreak as soldier before and it wasn't even lucky. Everyone went pyro eventually though ;_; But yeah, I'm not especially great at this game overall. I'm strong at soldier and that's about it really. Scout and sniper are fun too. Try using an FPS config. I can supply you with some if you want. The game won't be pretty (and you can easily remove it if you don't like it) but being able to play properly is better than struggling at 15fps.
