Fighting hiscores. ---- Firemaking hiscores. ---- Overall hiscores. ---- Ranged hiscores, ranged sucked donkey for me in rs1 :x woodcutting hiscores. my rank october 10th 2008. .. ppretty much the same consisting pic the last few years :geek: o yeah and people should visit hohto's link he has a massive database of old interesting pics, one of the best pic libraries i've visited

well in rsc when best spell was fire blast lvl 59 u only needed level 67 ( or was it 69?) level in magic to never fail a spell. ;) or simply 10 levels higher than the spell you were using to never fail. i'll try to find some pics of me in the hiscores than, and than take a pic of me in the hiscores anno october '08 now.

I'm in the same boat. I played RSC for about 5 years and havn't been on in awhile. I actually came across a game very similar to RSC (called "awplanet" Another World) in the past week. It looks like the programmer is Dutch, due to the Dutch and English language options. Chickens have 3 hp, there is fishing, cooking, mining, herblaw, crafting, pking areas, bronze armor, iron armor, similar skills, similar graphics, similar leveling time to RSC, and FTP. The buildings arn't medevil, but pking in the dungeons makes me feel like im back in ftp rsc. My name on there is xgatorx if anyone is interested in talking. lol i remember when aw came out, its a russian game. alot of rs players migrated, than came back. it looks nice on the outside but sux when u learn the game..

i hated ranging like the plague on rs1, i think it was 47 upon the release of rs2. now i think its 81-82 i cant remember and i cant be assed to check :)

Some of us are already parents and not from this generation, so what you are implying as a response to my post is pretty useless. I've played since before the censors censored anything but the F-word and the S-word. Anything else was pretty much allowed. And there were no worse problems than in comparison to 2008. In fact banning people for cursing was far easier, as substantial evidence of swearing could be shown, seeing as alot of words were uncensored. I suppose you are one of those people naive enough to believe that children don't sneak watch television as well, learning what they want WHEN they want. I'm not speaking for myself as a child, if thats your impression you need to re-read, because you mis-read. Your excuse that parents in the past generations used to beat their children , and thats exactly what they did, or let their children get beaten by authorities such as teachers and elders, is pathetic. I also WILL go saying that a child is more prone to becoming introverted if excluded from certain social activities. Read my post again.

RS has long been steering away from pking. In fact since 2001's release of the wild. Think of it. All of RS was a pk zone and all u needed was to set ur char on pk to start out as a player killer. Than they limited it to the wilderness and made the rest a non pk zone. Than came duelling, pking in a confined space. Out went the pk zone in the wilderness, and whats left is pretty much duelling in a closet.

you have a point. but like every other monster there is a recipe to kill the monster and one must be qualified to do so. lots and lots of ppl were slaughtered by either not equipping silverlight, reciting the wrong incantation or simply being suckers. or getting ranged or maged by other pkers :P
