Presumably if the city takes as long to develop as the whole Inventor skill, we might expect there to at least be a task set or the quest attached to it... Of course, I wouldn't be too optimistic with Jagex's wording :P

Forgotten what the poll result said, but I do hope that is the case. They did say that Inventor was supposed to come out in early 2014 (though it looks like it's going to be delayed), so we're most likely going to be seeing it this year regardless of how it does in the poll. Regarding the Elf City, they did mention that they wanted to make it a high levelled hub for skilling and the like, so it should have continuously fair if not high player traffic. EDIT: Looked at the video, says ETA July/August for Elf City/Inventor.

You can use Piercing Shot every other ability to build adrenaline. If using Binding shot on a target that can be stunned, using Piercing Shot afterwards deals increased damage. If targetting a melee NPC, you can open with Frag Shot so that all three bleeds get the triple damage bonus. Rapid Fire is a better single-target threshold than Bombardment. You can spend both your thresholds then build to Death's Swiftness, and once you activate that and get back to threshold level, both of them should be ready to use again.

No one's forcing you to get 99, that's crazy talk :P

It's fast when you have to do the wizard banquet, because the points actually increase as you do well and you don't have to sit through long animations to get them. It's probably fastest to just do the wizard banquet the whole way through :P These guys have blackholes for stomachs.

That is not true, he had to wait for over an hour for someone... Over an hour compared to the double-digit hour days he's been pulling for months? :P Give him a break! It really bothers me when people underassume the hours Drumgun has put in. He's maintained 18h/day, with occasional periods of raising it to 19h or 20h/day, for the past 7 or so years without break. It's a far more massive achievement than just maintaining double digits hour days for a few months. It's why he's nearly at 2k adv log days and is #1 in time without having been an active player from the early RuneScape years that typically dominate the 1k+ adv log days population. Did I say a few specifically? The post was just there to put the previous one in context.
