well I spent only few mills on it (way lower than 5m for sure) and I've still got: [hide=usefull things in my house]-altar to recharge prayer -summoning obelisk to recharge summoning -10 pets saving bank space, making house more friendly, and 3 god birds available FTW :thumbsup: -telescope I use everyday to hunt stars by myself -costume room for saving LOADS of bankspace -portals for free teles: lumbridge, varrock, fally, cammy, ardy and canifs -workshop for cheap barrows fixing -loads of handy tools I can quick pick when quest reqs it, at least till I got the best questbox from MA :? -places to make both teleport tabs to obtain them cheaper, and enchant tabs to make bones to peaches and make neat profit when bored (yes, I unlocked that spell first) -butler is quite usefull also :[/hide] about fun, I haven't done anything "for fun" in my POH yet, all for having things I'm doing daily at gielinor easier, but now that I'm high lvl player with enought cash to spare, I am thinking on possibility to start using cash on my house....hmmm....

DYK: good one, never knew that \ wake up: I don't agree there isn't major upadtes. Mobolising armies, soul wars, bounty hunter worlds are all kinda big projects of jagex. Even if some of them fail, but thats another story. well 4 articles on same subject, good but...i fell like i got read 2-3 times the same article in a diffrent version >.< conclusion to all: yes do the quests for fun and not for reward, even that players mostly aiming at quests for reward to be time useful quest. and jagex doing a lot of storylines that like series or like non-series, tie up few series together and sometimes the quest developer may need to change, and it's bringing new touch to the quest. here you go if you don't wanna read the whole 4 articles :P DYK: i may have got it wrong, but it means that if we have 287qp, we can gain max of 287 tears in 1 time?

my rank is 301. played it the first 2.5 weeks 3 hours a day. good that i've done that while crushing all noobs :twisted: theard owner, you keep telling people to join and it's not the place for it. we got that you really want those rings, as i did, but adverise it correctly at correctly places. and nope rewards aren't worth it for the time spent, i did so because i had rewards as bonus for fun. around the 300 saw it started dying so after taking max reward i thought it would be stink to watch it dying and was back to regular rs playing. you are wrong sir. i tried them all, and at last i sticked to siege. you never know if they'yre noobs (click 10 mins straight), have to atk a lights only enemies or just have to fight like in conflict, everyone is using there diffrent strategy and it was closest to strategy rs would ever reach in the soon years IMO.

only blacklisted warped terrorbirds. scabarites - for powerslayer theres lvl 41 agressive of them in new mummy pyramid quest, 10 mins slayer task. kalphites - nope they aren't crowded, if you're hopping to w160 and then it's all yours :D greater demons - no need 127cb when theres "new wilderness volcano" again w160 cause it might be crowded, but not as kalphites. black dragons - chaos tunnels baby dragons make it way too fast slayer task. etc etc......so anyways really little amount of tasks are actually real pain, you just need to research abit ;)

theres always worst than you. i kept seeing the ammy raising each day, got aquanites task every single day (very annoying), i finally got it, went to ge, putted on max. nothing. holy sht. min. nothing. opening up ge. started to crash in the last 24 hours. stinks to be me :cry:

good articles, but DYK seems very usefull for me (a tormented demons killer :twisted: ). 2nd article: you forgot some huge-small important updates that helps me in everyday rutine: 1) gnome can note all your farming harvests + gnomes no longer walks far from farming patches - save lots of time while farming 2) price checker - when i stuck at monster, full inventory, no idea what worth less and should be dropped...no more need to open new tab for ge database \ 3) gravestones improvement - +1 minute for every kind of grave is useful for any of us who dies and may lose something valuable, but way more important even on crappy comps where theres lag your grave will still stay instead of disapear 4) "wilderness volcano" new monsters - although they did it to cover they fail over bounty hunter, still very good place to train on some monsters, specially greaters if you're below 127 combat ;) 5) zaff sells noted battlestaffs - save 2 minutes everyday, adds up after awhile and so on... all important small fixes really can't be describes in 1 tip.it times, but you did reminded us about very important ones :)

eff > dev as someone said before. but what if i'll bring points slayer may beat in few stuff at the long run? 1) summoning - rock lobsters you do gain faster, but lost very large amounts of money. slayer make the killing (and by that getting charms) with slayer helm bonuses not far off with decent slayer monsters charm drops, while in slayer, you make money. and even not included all other benefits. 2) money making while gaining xp - while some will say best money making way is merchanting (if you're really good at it), you're not gaining xp at all. runecrafting double nats is slower even than slayer (rc duh), mining runite ores in good rate of few worlds is very hard and not xp rewarfull at all. other collecting materials and stuff will get you less than averge slayer xp you're getting, and of course less than all skills slayer trains at end wich alot pointed above. and if all that isn't enought, when you're reaching high slayer lvl, after doing "smoking kills", slayer points give you really big amount of cash pile. 3) maxing out - AZ'ing or zombie monkey'ing have way higher training of combat stats than slayer. but do you prefer actually play the game plus veraitey and not afking clicking and then going back to computer after 10 mins? tbh, my slayer isn't that high, but it will one day :thumbup: and i truly enjoy it, it have something diffrent than rest runescape skills, it's hidding abit better all the grind training way ;) EDIT: i've read all pages, really intersting fact that 99% of posters against slayer have really high slayer...maybe they've just no life'ed it and got bored? :P

Zamorak's wilderness except it was belong to zaros Actually, Valdez, a Saradominist, finds the staff on his own, and decides to take it to Saradomin. Rennard, a thief, recognized it as a god-weapon, and stole it to take it to Zaros. Lenissa was a spy for Saradomin, but never passed the message on to him of the theft, instead passing it to Dhalak, who decided to cause turmoil in the Zarosian ranks by casting a concealing spell on the staff and giving it to Zamorak so he could kill Zaros with it. i know the whole story, i just made things short. saradomin follower found it and saradomin wanted it to him, eventually it didn't came to him and ****** happend lol When did this happen? when bandos sold 2 goblin races, one for zamorak and one for saradomin. other person above posted a direct proof so no need. The God Wars were fought for control over Zaros' land following his defeat at the hands of Zamorak. Zamorak was banished by the gods, but then returned as a god himself, to take over the world. That is when the God Wars started. jagex always said godwars may had being because of certain things, but still to this own day, "the secret and most important reason" for the godwars is unkown. people speculation alot it's because fighting over the stone of jas, the most powerfull artifact in gielinor. Bandos wasn't banished from Gielinor, and Zamorak returned after attaining godhood. Saradomin wasn't banished, in fact he never left after the God Wars. wrong. after guthix "woke up" and found the way it was at godwars, he banished all the left gods to not let them destory gielinor completely. i would speculate (not 100% confirmed) armadyl wasn't there and because of that he wasn't banished by guthix (and leaved first cause he kinda lost) No...Just, no. but that's all the fun in runescape history :thumbup: The gods still give favor to those who pray to them, they cannot, however, directly intervene. agree here. and it's exactly what i said...gave the bandos amulet as example, prayer is another one. Doubtful. it's speculation...but oh well i don't force you to imagne things. Except he didn't, and most of your facts weren't true. yep he did. the only god at gielinor right now is guthix sleeping way down at earth. others can't access by adicts of guthix. and most of my facts (not speculations) are well based. nope he sold for both of them, check it out before you post ;) P.S. not speaking english regulary irl, so i guess it's way worse than yours, so please don't be annoying by it i'm trying as much as possible =P~

saradomin wanted to protect us over the RWT's so he disabled zaros wildy and made the trade limits 8-) now on serious note: FACT #1: we know that saradomin entered gielinor in the 2nd age, by entering throught the law altar (and that's why entara is holy island). FACT #2: saradomin ruled at least morytania (where iceyne were) and maybe more. after god wars, his followers who knew the secret of making runes managed to control most of gielinor. FACT #3: saradomin wanted the staff of armadyl to himself, he sent one of his followers to get it for him, and he failed and at end it came to zamorak hands to get zaros'es godhood (his follower is the ghost that gives you ingame the top). FACT #4: saradomin bought from bandos a goblin race to fight with him in the god wars. FACT #5: saradomin was one of the gods who were against zamorak after he gain his godhood and helped to banish him for gielinor, for awhile. FACT #6: saradomin fought in godwars, and fighted over mysterious reason we don't know for sure yet, and won most land from it than other gods. FACT #7: togheter with bandos and zamorak, he was suspended from gielinor by guthix with his power, and still can't come back when he wants (armadyl left by himself without forcing, as he lost all his avainsies). now after the facts, we have speculations :twisted: #1: like durgesh-kaan leaders didn't told the next generation about other gods and gods at all, saradomin want his people to say as dumbiest as he can to avoid them seeking for knowledge. he told them about only him, zamorak and guthix as the only gods exist in runescape. #2: saradomin fought in godwars over the stone of jas, and had it at some of the time. he called it "the eye of saradomin" want his belive to be more dumb and think this stone actually belongs to him. #3: very non based speculation - saradomin is actually evil and pretending he's good to gain followers. i'm afraid saradomin can't be active presence in runescape even if he would want to. guthix suspended him, zamorak and bandos. prove ingame is also in last durgesh-kaan quest when bandos can't enter directly runescape so he's using a magical amulet that keeps some of his power. i still like to think armadyl might want to come back because guthix never suspended him :D hope some of this helped, we know more than we think we know. this god leaved in the end of 3rd age, and we can know only about his major acts.

i'm 79 but tommorow i should be able :P seems like a mistake to me, way too weird that nothing have being shown like that anywhere else. it's also weird that in the calculator the durgeh-kaan updated to 80, but not only old xp but no new courses as well...

as we all know durgesh-kaan course got less failing now, but less xp also. it went 2.1k but then changed again to 2,375 if i'm correct. anyways, to the point. recently i've been training agility and check in tip.it calculators how much laps would i need...and i saw durgesh-kaan with the new req of 80 (wich is correct, meant they updated it) while the xp per lap stayed 2,750xp. does this mean jagex un-nerfed durgesh-kaan and it's good again, or the guy who updated the calculator just forgot to change it? answer soon would be great :

When i tried 26k'ing few weeks ago, to know how bad the inflation actually is, by mistake I teleported to g.e., and d clawer started spec'ing me...and i found myself with 1hp saved by ROL. very nice and creative way : I think we should take a good pk'ing clan and rush the rushers :twisted:

1) Is this normal behavior for the slightly above-average gamer? I hope it isn't....but who knows, when today everyone is hiding what they're playing. 2) When does this start to become a problem? When you find out you canceled things way more important for playing a game for couple of minutes. 3) What's the worst example of this you yourself have done? Luckily I don't let runescape destroy my social life or anything else...I think the worst case i ever had was being 5-6 hours straight. Apparently it's nothing for other players here :P

but i have lots of mills i can spend, 220 rank so far and counting so...why not have that additional one that can overtime make big diffrence? :P and i'm talking btw zerker and warrior (i), i know onyx/d stone is the balanced ones, please stay to the topic. Sorry, but since they were talking about the onyx (i) I thought I would throw that little tid bit in.
