Slayer: Tasks to Perma-block
They would be higher seeing as those numbers come from using Super Att/Str and piety and if you can use Extremes and Turmoil they should be higher. But that also means they should all be proportional, except for maybe the dragon tasks as you can use the Super Antifires on those and get much faster kills then before.

Valuing time
I'm on dial up, and i can make up to 1m per hour at green drags if i wanted to while using my yak. I can also go do bosses if i don't have anything else running. I just say you're slow.

Slayer: Tasks to Perma-block
According to Zarfot they aren't as good as a few others you might have blocked. Zarfot's Slayer Guide Dagannoths: 80k Bloodvelds: 56k (up to 59k with Steel Titan) Warped Terrorbirds: 51k Scabarites: 50k Suqahs: 50k Aberrant Spectres: 46k (up to 48k with Steel Titan) Black Demons (range or halberd + cannon): 40k Goraks: 37k Kalphites: 36k Fire Giants (melee + cannon): 35k Dark Beasts: 36k (1k to 2k less if you need to do 2 trips) Dust Devils: 28k (up to 33k with Steel Titan) Spiritual Mages: 25k (up to 27k with Steel Titan) Abyssal Demons: 25k Gargoyles: 25k Skeletal Wyverns: 24k (1k to 2k less if you have to do 2 trips) Nechryaels: 24k (up to 27k with Steel Titan) Waterfiends: 23k (up to 26k with Steel Titan) Black Dragons: 23k (baby black dragons) Hellhounds: 22k (1k to 5k more if you pick up fewer charms) Greater Demons: 21k Iron Dragons: 17k (up to 19k if you have dragon slayer gloves) Steel Dragons: 14k Mithril Dragons: 9k

Full Slayer Helm Kept on Death
Full Slayer Helmet alchs for 0 gp. Most of the components alch for 0 gp, the black mask high alchs for 2 gp. From the RS Wiki: When a Full Slayer Helmet is charged, the price on "Kept on death" will only be the price of the Black Mask. Whether it means the GE Price or the High Alch rice, I don't know.

Slayer: Tasks to Perma-block
Iron dragons are a decent task if you have decent stats, use a LBS if you don't have that great of stats, or have extremes/super antis. I have used a whip and the task is fine, even better if you bank all the bones. I have recently been maging my tasks and they seem to go by quite fast using CoG or Earth Surge. Black Demons are a great task if you cannon them. Suqahs are really fast if you cannon, and you get assigned a very low amount. With your stats it seems you should be able to afford to cannon a few tasks. Steel Dragons are an ok task, i usually mage them and only have a slight loss on them. I agree that the LRC are a slow task, and if you mine them you're wasting time that could be spent on killing the next one. Kalphites are a terrible task. I would only do them if you like to kill the Queen. I know so many high level slayers that don't bother with them since its such a slow task, they also don't like to cannon/have cannon crash them.

start of summer?
Sometimes, but i know last year there was a different trend and everything sort of fell. I don't remember why it was, but it happened.

Turm+Sara+Bandos GWD
Is a Pack Yak considered "Elite rich people stuff"? With that you can get an extra 17k a kill from the Hides/Bones along with what ever else is dropped, and it lets you stay there for hours on end. But that can get quite boring.

Mastyx's: The Xp Trap?
Hunting always gives you at least one hide, whereas killing them doesn't even guarantee that.

The 99'S Blues
Ever heard of the expression "Its not the destination, but the journey", or something along the lines of that? Well that's what it is for a 99 you enjoy. When i was working on 99 slayer i was so excited since i loved to slay. I was still pleased when i got the cape, it was just i got bored since i reached my goal. If you enjoy that skill so much, why not continue to work on it? One of the few ways i know to not get the "99 blues" is to have another goal set up to work on after you got that one skill to 99. Edit: You can also use your new 99 while training dungeoneering.

Lending
It does go off the medium price. Also when you use the item checker, those also go off the market price.

Full Void?
I nolifed mine in one day, took about 10 hours to get the pieces. But i was also a higher cb stats then you are and hopped around looking for a decent clan to join.

Summoning
Ahh yeah, Lava Titans were something like 4 gp/exp when i was making them, but you need the Obsidian charms from the Tzhaar denizens. But making the best pouch you can isn't always the best, the artic bears are the highest gold charm but cost quite a bit to make compared to barker toads.

Summoning
First 2 are great, you can either do the Swamp Titans or do Granite Lobsters for your crimsons (depends on how much you want to spend). And if you don't want to make geyser titans you can make moss titans instead, but you won't get as much exp. While i was making my pouches, it seemed like making titan con scrolls was more profit then making just the regular moss titan pouches. I think the same applied to making healing aura scrolls instead of uni pouches.

Guilded Alter
You need 75 for gilded altars. That would only get you to 70. Using the Saw and the tea at 69 will get you to 75, you can also use the saw and a stew if it will let you but getting anything over a +5 is really rare.

Optimal Dungeoneering
Those dinosaur-like creatures, the ones that get caught in the hunter traps and used to make leather armor, don't count towards the level modifier so you don't have to worry about killing them. I find it better to trap them instead as you get a lot more hides then just killing them, I once gotten 3-4 hides off one by trapping it.

Gluttonous Behemoth
If you die at the behemoth, he doesn't eat once you respawn. But as soon as you walk back into the room he starts to eat, if below half health. Thats why teleporting back in is important. Now idk if he eats if you teleport out, but he would start to eat as soon as you walked back in anyway.

Biggest negative modifiers to melee attack?
I'm pretty sure that isn't true. Isn't it the other way around? As in it needs to be your last hit? I'm not sure, i was just going off what was said in the original post.
-
Ibis worth it?
Why do you need 72? Ibis is at 56 and the best fishing familiar, the granite lobster, is at 74. Ibis is better then nothing.
-
Lob bursting?
Most giants drop tons of golds. In a task of fire giants i can get close to 100 gold charms from then in the CT. If you don't feel up to fire giants them kill moss giants or kill greater demons instead, crimson charms are the best to hunt for. What i was doing at your level was just slay, and i ended up getting all the charms i need for my levels. Slayer is also how i got the charms to get my current summoning level, and its how i plan on getting the charms for 99 (if i ever get back to slaying).
-
Ibis worth it?
Use it. The fish it gather will more then pay for the cost of the pouch, and it will also help you a little bit. Its also better then not using a familiar at all.

Biggest negative modifiers to melee attack?
Did you not read the first post? To get the demon to attack you first, you have to attack with silverlight first. After that you can just do nothing and let recoils kill it.

Req: Advanced Dungeoneering Bestiary
I was in a monolith room and i was getting piled by 3-4 shades so i decided to throw on protect from magic, i was still taking some damage. So i think that either some of them use magic, some use range, or they can use both styles. Something i noticed though was they use two different color attacks, a blue ball and a green ball leading me to believe that blue is magic and green is range.

waterfields
Don't forget for what bladewing suggested to work you have to have access to the Fairy Ring down there next to them. And maybe a shark to help if you get to low on HP, don't forget though that a bank is a few clicks away using the Fairy Ring.

Getting Some Levels
I would have to say: Granite Barb Fishing/Fly Fish Ivy/Teaks Salamanders, but not to sure Best Dragonhide bodies you can craft But i only come to this from what i have heard others said in chats and here on tif.

Low hp monster that drops bones
If you're going to mass train prayer, better to make money and just buy the dragon bones to use on the gilded altar. Its pointless to kill those low level creature and get very very low amount of exp, 15 exp for a regular bone compared to 252 once u offer dragon bones on an altar. Best to just use the bonecrusher while just on normal slaying tasks, or if you like to chin or something. But not for mass training of prayer.
