It is pointless to "hunt" for other charms. But it still helps if you collect them as well as the one you're hunting, which should be crimsons. As for which to kill, refer to what skylor listed. I myself did slay and i have the charms for 98 summoning from getting 99 slayer, and can get 99 after slaying some more.

Well it seems you might have misplaced a few words. I think that the ranarrs should be avantoes on the second line. And you can just use 6.67 herbs per seed as that is calced when using super compost, magic secateurs, and the trollheim patch. Deaths is also calculated in the 6.67 herbs so you don't have to do that separately. Ranarrs profit 27.1k per seed and avantoes profit 32.4k per seed, if you use the med price for grimy herbs and seeds. And it may also seem that avantoes give more exp then ranarrs as well.

Onedaysoon was making a comparison to the price of them. Both relatively pricey items, but not due to people merchanting them. Bones are need to train the prayer, and since people rather buy theirs instead of collect their prices are higher then they have been. The same with Torstols. Needed to make overloads, but to buy them in bulk people go to the GE instead of farming the seeds.

Quite a few unfinished potions are higher then their grimy/clean herbs. It's that way due to people rather spend time making unf -> finished potions instead of making herbs into finished potions.

Well first off, make sure they are combat scrolls. What kind of scrolls are you trying to use?

lol i trol u That argument made no sense. Do the gold charms magically appear in your bank for you? It takes me about 3 months to build a house from scratch. But making toast! I gotta grow the wheat, harvest it, process it, bake a loaf of bread, cut it up, then toast it. That takes about a year. Making toast takes way too long compared to building a house. No, what bladewing is saying that in the time you collected those 1k gold charms through slaying you would have saved 2.67 hours if you didn't pick them up later on when you started to actually use up the charms. You also lose more money as you have to make the more expensive pouch and spend almost 3 hours collecting those charms

Rune Javelins have a very low cost for alching. Also if you can buy Dragon Skirts, Half Shields, and Med Helms below their alch price you can maybe make a profit from those. There are a ton of items, so it'll be best to look for them on your own, or look at a chart of all the items. There are so few ways to break even/profit from alching that not many people do that.

I wouldn't see why not. You can use the Stat WarHammer to lower def even more after the first spec. But unless you have spec restore pots it would be kind of a waste, don't you think?

I would say Dust Devils or Black Demons would be better then metals. Even if you do get a chance at a visage/dragon drops, you get terrible charm drops. Dusties and Demons have decent crimson charm drops, dusties can drop the D Chainbody while Demons can be afk'd. Both can be done in the CT, where charm droprates are a little better then their counterparts elsewhere. Or you c an do slayer and get levels that way, its what i was and still am doing for my last few levels.

They're worth making if you are training summoning. If you're not training summoning then i would just buy the pouches. There are a few chances that making pouches/scrolls are better then buying them, such as yak pouches and scrolls. Also Moss titans are probably the best blue you can make at those levels until you can make Lava Titans or Geyser Titans.

I hear that its 15% better then rune, and you can always sell it back when you're done mining.

Depends on a lot of things. Such as how long it takes you to mine the coal, how long it takes you to get to the bank and how long it takes you to get back. I suggest you go mine it for 15-30-60 mins and figure it out on your own.

Before you get tassets though, Fury and Beserker ring would be much better to get.

Get a Black Mask then make it into a slayer helmet. Use Kuradal as much as possible, and you should use the Ferocious rings as much as possible in her cave. Use Verac's skirt and use prayer on task or try for Bandos Tassets once you get enough gp (Bandos isn't all that great for slayer btw). Or get Proselyte and use piety on your tasks. Fury is worth the money, Beserker ring is much better then a warrior ring. Get them once you have a decent amount of gp left over.

Yeah I always figured as much, I guess I'll just get by with my stats until I solo something good then put that into even better equipment. To bad I have horrible luck at GWD. I got my first ever solo drop a few days ago.... it was GS shard 2. <_< I acually missed 2 hilts, 2 tassys and 1 BCP all in 1 day at FFA. I was getting 60% of the kills. Oh well back to killing! I'm in the same boat as you. Maybe try borrowing a dfs instead of claws? I'm not sure which would be better. If you want 20 kills/hr you need both though. Can you even borrow a DFS? I don't think you can, but I may be mistaken. I guess my next goal is to buy a DFS. No you can't borrow a DFS.

No you said to use you magic method on Ahrim and Karil. Here i will underline it for you. And if you do use a GS or do Melee, why isn't there a picture of your weapon in the setup?

Any of those helms you listed would be an upgrade from a Slayer Helmet. And a Neitz is so cheap any way, it would be best to use unless you use barrows. And why would you not use a shield with your setup any way? If anything an unholy book or Falador Shield 3 would be great. And using magic on Ahrim and Karil seem like a bad idea if you can use a DDS/Whip/GS. Also a Fury or Glory would probably be better then the Str ammy as you aren't even using melee in your setup. I'm sure there is some more things that can help out your guide, oh and also wrong section it should go in the Beginner Guides of the AoW section of the forums.

that sir, just blew my mind. *imagines doing it with overloads* if i weren't so busy with school i'd think of more possibilities... You can only get one more overload per inventory, so it's really not worth it. You can make them at about the same rate making 4 per inventory (vs. 5 using yak). Useful for those that boost to get the lvl to make Overloads. Seeing as once they can bank the boost might have dropped back down.

Junk. The 1k+ arrows OP has helps with that.

I just followed Kent's guide for the most part. Once you get into the higher lvls is when you can make different choices depending on your cash pile and how you plan on training.
