Using protect from mage doesn't work against Elvarg's firebreath. If you can use this spell, I don't think you'll have to worry about taking too much damage though.

get TO the guardians? You have to do the same thing you did in the quest, minus the level piece.

Fishing, Woodcutting, Firemaking (if you use wc logs), Smithing (Making cannonballs), Hunter, Herblore (Using herby gloves of a high level, ie Kwuarm, and them farming it off npcs)

Usually I end each game with 3k+ charges, use certain mounds where players can't hit you (even mage!) for example there's one L shaped one on the north side (slightly west). Try going around it; mages and rangers stop at the opposite side and can't attack you.

tbh it sounds like you're asking for too much. Corrupt items give f2pers a taste of member's items, but then if you add corrputed range gear why not corrupted barrows?

Currently I am f2p with 53 items banked, 6 of them being member's items. Money-1 Armor Melee-5 Armor Range-4 Armor Mage-0 Common Items-7 (plus pure essence and talismans) Runes-9 Amulets- Food-3 Weapons-9 (Counting Skull SCeptre, upper and head) Arrows-1 Randoms-1 FOG-3 GOP-4 Member Items-6 It all comes down to how you 'prioritize' items, I guess. Don't forget boxing sets can be an advantage.

Not much worth it to use ancients on npcs. Use any ice attack or shadow attack on players, like in castle wars.
