No, that was only before EoC. Royal dhide is shit now. Yes, so everyone now has to run and buy Karil because it's the only reasonably priced level 70 armor. People who already had Dharok for pking or whatnot don't need to buy it which might account in part for Karil rising more than Dharok, relative to what it was of course.

Should have just done what they did for the 200 millionth account and created a program to like their page on facebook, give themselves a pat on the back, and since players had no part in their victory, have no reason to waste time making an item nobody wanted.

People also used Dharok whereas Karil was pretty pointless with royal dhide being 20k and having I think almost as good stats as armadyl.

None of my deaths have been particularly expensive/embarassing, but there are a few bad ones from my noob days (inb4 you're still a noob jokes) that spring to mind. Once I was at the wizards south of Fally when someone told me that he would pay me 10k after I killed a certain number of them. Every time I reached the number he would raise it. When I got low on HP I ran to my bank in search of food, but the only thing I had was a cup of tea. However, I was desperate (and stupid), so I went back to kill more wizards. I imagine boss hunters wouldn't be too happy if they did that, though. Just add instanced bosses. Prices are the lowest I've seen in years and all boss drops will soon be surpassed by Port armor so it's not as if instances would hurt bossing any more than it has been in the past few months.

How come these quest bosses always have that air of "sporting fun" or "sparring" when it's me alone versus 17 enemies including the big bad of the quest? They want to "duel" me but pull such stunts as healing to full health and melting the whole floor.

Players have proven that they have no interest in the long term success of runescape as a profitable, and therefore available game. We had the removal of wilderness, what do players do? They threaten to quit. We had the Squeal of Fortune. What do players do? They threaten to quit. We've just gotten past 6 months of EoC beta which had many players upset even though they played only an hour or two of it, and yes, many threatened to quit yet again. They're supposed to listen to us? Why would they do that?

Nope, half the people I see in game are still running around with dual Chaotic Longswords and what-not. They don't seem to realize how terrible the damage is with abilities.
