Not much today, doing little and eating bread ftw. I'm trying to remember what the last thing I uploaded to my Photobucket was because apparently it replaces PB's terms of use... I don't even know what it is!! :wall: :wall: :wall:
  2. The site didn't get shut down. Nor have they created any 'software', nor have they hosted any content at all on their site except a search engine plus a tracker. If the case goes to the Eu court they'll win the appeal faster than you can say 'pirate'. Not saying I necessarily defend them, but from a strictly legal view their site has done nothing illegal. The site is not a 'file sharing application' like the judge says. It hosts .torrent files which can't be played or viewed by any application. It's a connecting file that links you to thousands of other users that do have the file, and the file is in no way connected to or associated with the PB server. Conviction at the lowest legal level doesn't mean much in western countries because you can appeal all the way up to the Supreme Court (and in the case of europeans the EU court) which judge the case less passionately from a totally objective point of view I know, still it's another unfair thing. I defend them and like you said from a legal view they're doing nothing wrong. It's so frustrating :wall:
  3. Oh [cabbage]. I haven't been this pissed off since TV-links got shut down :x Totally unfair!
  4. Because they spend their money differently than you do? Because thay have that sort of money to waste! In my family that money would go towards food and bills, not some stupid clothes! It's throwing away money when there are cheaper alternatives. Some people can't appreciate that the money they can waste on non-essentials (big plasma screen TV anyone? New PS3 and a stack of Blue Ray DVDs?), is the sort of money that people would die for... I resent that. Although I do admit to buying a new T.V. (26" at around £200), mostly because the one I had for years was hitting breaking point. Okay sure, I have a PS3 (£300), and I do spend a bit on CDs (over £100 so far) and blu-rays (about £70), and I am not going to factor in PS3 games and DVDs. Anyway the point is, I had the money to spare. This was all bought over time. Sure they're non-essentials, but don't [bleep] judge people because they can afford these things. (Although I certainly buy my clothes cheap and they last for awhile.) I suppose it's fair enough when you DO have the money to spare, but some people act like everybody has that money to spare. Also it's people that don't have the money but waste it on crap like that that annoys me I guess. I tend to rant on about money, I resent people that have it because I don't :P

  6. Guuuuys, cheap Primark clothing made by slave labour is the way to go. 8-) Jeans for £6, 10 pairs of socks £2, T-shirt £1.50 That's my style: poor person
  7. They can't, it's "unethical". I'll volunteer! For free! They'll need a woman willing to put your DNA into their womb. *jumps up and down* Oooh! Pick me! Pick me! I think we should have our own Tip.It cloning experiment :
  8. I'm 17 and it's sort of mixed... I can pretty much go anywhere I want, within vague limits, the furthest probably being a 2 hour train to Telford half way across the country for an anime convention. They don't even set a time I need to be in at night because they know that I don't go out anyway (seriously) and they also leave me in charge of my 9 year old brother practically all the time to the point it pisses me off. Sometimes I'm left with him from when he finishes school at half 3 to 10-11 o'clock with no idea where my mum and dad are, we just assume the pub :| . I think they do treat me more like an adult, but they see me as a small child, I've never done any of the things that 'normal' teenagers do. I won't drink (even when asked to by parents), I won't smoke, I don't go out with friends at night, I don't have boyfriends or get involved in stupid things... so they've never really had to think of me as an adult. I don't want to think of myself as an adult!
  9. 1. I used to be terrified of elecricity, I used to be sure it would jump through the socket and get me. I also used to be terrified of the light, I had to have my light switch replaced because I said that I saw a bolt of light go from it to the light on the ceiling :| 2. I remember making a pie chart of reasons why my parents argued in a diary I used to have. 3. I was (and still am) a very untidy person. My mum and grandma found maggots under my bed when they cleaned my room once. Can't think of any more atm but I'll try :)

I suppose becoming addicted to the internet. Before the internet, about 5 years ago, I wasn't popular, didn't have many friends and found it awkward in social situations. Over the past 5 years I'm still the same. I'm not popular, don't have many friends, find it awkard, almost terrifying in social situations. I think, though I can't be sure, if I hadn't become addicted to the internet, emmersed myself in this virtual world, I might have found myself less terrified of people... less of a freak maybe. Another might be a mistake, though it was also a blessing. Meeting Shannon my internet-best friend (I mention her occassionally). She was lonely, didn't have many friends irl and was being bullied. I became her friend, we were completely inseperable for almost a year, she had no other friends and I ditched my real life friends for her because she needed me. Over the past 9 months or so she's been getting real life friends, having boyfriends having... a life. And after I'd dedicated my life in a way to being with her and making her happy, she doesn't need me anymore... it's very complicated but we argue a lot now. I call her a sell-out [bleep] and she calls me a friendless loser who'll always be lonely. :| fml

Ouch =( Dang I'm sorry... But in all honesty lol something like that just happened to me, only I was going down my bike and decided to try to fly. (fly = hitting a pothole and landing mouth first) But what they can do, is just if there's no swelling, they can go ahead and fix it entirely. If there is, what they'l do is just clean it up and put a cap on the tooth, and then replace the crown when your lips heal. Ahh, buggery I bet that hurt. I've never really had problems with my teeth before, they're a bit wonky but other than that they've remained intact. It's good they'll be able to do something though. :
  12. You make very valid points there, but there's no chance of a lazy bum like me doing anything except spending all my time on the computer so I might as well make a smidge of money whilst I'm at it :P

Gah. I got up early today to go ice sakting with my friend and a couple of his friends. It was alright, I only fell once. I'm not amazing at ice skaing but I can go around the skating... place... at an okay speed... but yeah. We then went to this arcade/pool place and I was watching 2 of my friends play pool. One made a funny shot and SMACK, I banged my mouth right on this metal bar I'd been leaning on. I chipped about a third of one of my teeth off :? Damn. It's all sore behind it and I can't bite with it so I have to eat awkward... it really hurts   Then when I got home the door wouldn't open and I was stuck waiting for my dad to get off work to open it. Me and my brother had to hide in the shed at one point because a couple of the chavvy kids around the area started arguin right outside and at one point inside our garden. My dad had to break the door open and we found that the catch was on, what's freaky is that it can only be done if someone is in the house. And none of the windows were open, the back door was locked... even the cat was out. Which is still freaking me out because there's no plausible way it could have happened... So yeah, fairly crappy day. I'm going to book an appointment to see the dentist - though I don't know if there's anything he can do.
  14. did you ever rwt? not gonna lie, i sold maybe 2 bil before they caught me, not once had i ever used wild as a method of rwt nor have i ever seen it. we'd just trade it on our mules. wild was not used for rwt but it could be used that way if they took out free trade. so to take away rwt, you take away a different part of the game. same with duel arena. old wild wasn't bad, rwt trading was bad and eventually old wild could be used as rwt but that doesn't make it bad, it makes it a problem. btw how do the internet protests get resolved? j mods come in and mute and try to calm people down how do irl protests get resolved? tear gas and mace lol basically they do nothing and nothing gets resolved And I honestly thought I couldn't have a lower opinion of you then you bring this out. No, I have NEVER RWTed, it's cheating and a scummy, disgraceful thing to do. I don't get half of your post, you're just chatting [cabbage] about stuff. I'm not going to get into an argument with you either because you're not worth it. Tbh I just think protests irl have more of an impact than ones would in Runescape. And I've been a part of real life protests, if they're peaceful then they don't end in tear gas. :
  15. Incest while morally probably not that bad to me, can have genetic repercussions.. Beastiality... can't get consent really. Polygamy, tbh I don't care, dude wants more than one wife it's his choice. I'll laugh when he gets murdered by wife #1 for spending more time with wife #3.
  16. Oh I should have known. Do you really think Jagex listen? I can see their conversation now: Mod 1: *sits down in canteen* Yeah so did you see that in world 8 earlier? Mod 2: Oh I heard, wilderness right? Mod 1: Haha yeah, they know we can't bring it back so what's the point? Mod 2: God I can't wait until they get over it... *sips coffee* And you do realise most of your post was ranting about the wildy, and I don't need to question Jagex because they already told us OLD WILDY = RWT, RWT = BAD, Therefore, OLD WILDY = BAD. There's a difference between irl protests and internet ones, like with internet petitions, they don't do jack [cabbage] and only do a little more [cabbage] irl.
  17. Hmm, I was wondering if they would make a Mechscape board... but Imagine they'd leave most of the MechScape fansiting to MechScape World...
  18. its all, whoever the hell put a nakey picture in the thread, not the indian guy though. that was a different thread. and the girls cooch had like green stuff growing on it. it was pretty nasty. Well yeah, besides those nasty pictures, the yo dawg stuff was great. Made me laugh. The yo-yo yo dawg one was pure epic
  19. someone is bound to swallow it? Yeah. :| And the fact that it's for the most part, completely useless. Well, it's a relief to not have a full bladder though. That's the only good part - it makes the rioters feel good, like they've done something.
  20. Here's the next best thing. Get some white paint from your local hardware store along with a brush. Lightly paint a wall with the paint. Pull up a chair and watch the paint for several hours. Make sure to check if it's dry, occasionally. Congrats, you have explored the male mind. I bet you Blue dries faster than white. You do NOT know how tempted I am to test that. :x
  21. someone is bound to swallow it? Yeah. :| And the fact that it's for the most part, completely useless.
  22. LOL Rioting in Runescape is like peeing in the ocean.
  23. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I can't wait, I'm going to explode if I have to wait for MechScape any longer!!! :ohnoes:
