My school bag/s
Pimped indeed. Nice man bag. I see you've also conformed to the "indie" "pop" "punk" label. I wouldn't say it's exactly that, more like random badges Rachael can get her hands on... In doing so, you conformed to those labels. Besides, I wouldn't say it was randomly. Randomly picking would involve sticking your hand into a mixture, taking some, and sticking with them. You choose them because you liked the look of them most likely. I suppose so in a way. And you're true about randomly, I should hit myself because I'm often complaining about the wrong use of the word random. A lot of them were free badges, quite a few from this university convention thing I went to where I got myself a TON of free stuff. Some were just cheap and others were ones I bought that I liked. Looks good though. :-w EDIT: Why the hell did you just talk in third person ? Thanks ^_^ :? I... don't... know...

1 May 2007 - Bots and real-world trading
It's annoying because people think that it's a new update, I know my eyes skipped over the 2007 in the title completely. -.- I checked the Runescape main page twice before I saw "2007" I checked it once. :wall:

This is my pimped up school bag. It was originally a £2 bag from this cheap-[wagon] place that got last season's stock from other places. I pimped it myself. I've had a lot more badges, I'm missing quite a few  The random stars thing on the strap came from my friend a few days ago :)

Reading
Alex Rider ftw. Alex Rider was written for the male pre-teen market. It wasn't a book. It was a direct commerical attack on the masses. It's a crap book, its a bad read and moreover the plot sucks. Anthony Horowitz, has written good books in the past but this was pure, unadulterated crap. The book has a shiny cover for God's sake ! In twenty-five words or less, the whole Alex Rider series is very simple. You should be very wary of books with shiny covers, that is true =/ Cherub is way better though because it's written more for older teens and isn't all James Bond like, it's so real you could imagine it to be true.

Strip Searching A Thirteen Year Old
Schools do regulate peanuts already. In some schools you can't eat a PB&J sandwich, and while I don't agree with banning peanut butter regulating medicine use has more benefits than not doing it  You guys really confuse me. Either you go to a really good school or I go to a [cabbage] one. I've been going around with asthma sprays all the time, they SELL peanuts at my old secondary, I take paracetamol every so often in the toilets... I've never even heard rumours of people getting searched for drugs or anything!

Way better than Alex Rider, it's bloody amazing I swear. It IS similar to Alex Rider, but trust me it's [bleep]ing epic. http://www.cherubcampus.com/ Epic win! Take pics pl0x. Apparently there's a movie coming out, which is gonna be awesome. EDIT: Penultimate book wil be out by September this year. Titled 'Brigands MC'. As soon as I get it I'll post mah hawt t-shirt pics  I am going to continue commandeering this thread to be a CHERUB thread :twss: I was wondering if there are any American Cherub readers and how you can handle having less of the books out over there?! I read The Recruit as a part of the Bolton Children's Book Award 4 years, bought all the books ever since. Got to meet Robert Muchamore, didn't get his signature on my books though #-o I think I'll die a little inside when the series finishes

Breakfast and healthy life
I HAVE ASTHMA. Go play volleyball or something. Seriously. If you don't develop healthy exercise habits now when you're a teenager you probably won't as an adult, especially if you suck at every sport. You really have two options, come to enjoy a certain sport/exercse routine, or learn2run. Otherwise if you aren't fat now, you will be fat, guarenteed. I use it as an excuse more than it being a serious problem for me. Though a PE lesson did once give me an asthma attack... I suppose so, I mean I enjoy some sports but thanks to my short stature in part, I'm not very good at them.

Swine flu virus
you're [bleep] pathetic...you can't find any way to feel special other than contracting a potentially deadly and contagious virus??? good god.... anyways, i live somewhat near mexico and they say if one person at my school gets the flu then they will close school off for 2 weeks, which would COMPLETELY SUCK since we only have about 2 weeks left anyways #-o :wall: Yes, I am that sad. If I wasn't then I wouldn't be here on a Saturday night. I'm not totally serious though... I mean, I'd only want it if I could be guaranteed internet access if I got quarantined...

Is 99 fishing an accomplishment.
Yes. Can we stop having all these threads? Is 99 X an accomplishment... If you think it's an accomplishment then it is, who are we do dictate what is or isn't?

YOUR Future Plan???
Finish college, go to University studying computer subjects... try to get a job at Jagex... fail (succeed hopefully though), end up in some dead end job and come home every night to an empty house and go on the computer with no social life. Maybe get arrested at some point...

Swine flu virus
I think if either of us get any worse we might do...

Strip Searching A Thirteen Year Old
I'm curious about all you people who say people at your schools get searched for drugs... nothing like that happens here. I've always got paracetamol tablets on me and many times I've gone into the toilets to take one... I've even give one to a guy I know. Should I be strip searched or something? Teenagers aren't THAT stupid... even my 9 year old brother knows how to take the right dose of Calpol and cough medicines...
-
Swine flu virus
I'm getting paranoid. I was all tired yesterday and now I think I'm coming down with a cold... my brother's been coughing for the past few days too. I actually want Swine Flu though because then I can feel special...

Today...
Do it... but don't screw you the registration so you can never use your bank account with it like I did a year ago #-o #-o #-o #-o Explain, so I can avoid it... What it does is it deposits like, 2 small amounts into your account and it takes a few days, then they ask you to input what the deposits were to verify the account. Don't try to resend the amounts then put in the wrong ones because you've got 2 sets of them and then they lock your account out... so just be patient really and not be like 'OMG it's been 3 days I'll try again!!!' :wall: For the past day I've been working on my college anime club forum. It uses Phpbb3 and I was looking at getting some mods and stuff for it... ended up having to reinstall the forum about 3 times and I've ONLY just got it back to how it was before I started trying to add more stuff :wall: :wall: :wall: I lost all the uploaded avatars and smilies I'd done though :wall: I'm so lucky I made a backup of the database though. I'm scared of trying to mod it now though  I'm just happy it's working...

Christopher Poole is Time's Most Influential Person
Fair enough  Seriously mate, go jump off a bridge. Also I know a lad called Chris Poole, I somehow doubt it's the same person like. :| Shall I go do that too while he's at it? :x If you want, it's really up to you. You make me sad  4Channers aren't THAT bad!

procrastinatiooooooooooooon
Guh. I'm procrastinating revision so much at the moment. Screw my AS levels... seriously. I'm just too tired to do anything these past few days, I'm almost regretting not going to sleep on Saturday for House. I've just been deliriously playing Runescape for the past hour or so and finally worked up the strength to do more than lie in bed and fall asleep woodcutting :? For essay length, we're usually told to try and do it in the time we'd have in the exam. It's supposed to average about 30 mins per essay of about 2 sides of written A4 for English lit, about one and a half sides in 20 mins for a Psychology essay and Sociology I can't remember :P I've just finished my Extended project though right on time, 5000 essay and powerpoint presentation to give on Tuesday (dreading it :? ), on Facebook and communication on the internet. Tip.It is given a passing reference as 'a forum for a popular online game, for example, would have boards like 'General Discussion', 'Off Topic', 'Clan News'.' I'm paraphrasing but yeah :P [/ramble]

Attack on Dutch Royal Family on National Holiday
My friend mentioned this today to me too, he said it was horrible and I agree with him. :( Those pictures made me feel good - not because I have some sick killing [specialInterest], but because of all the help that just regular people were giving. Half of those pictures had people giving CPR. This sounds terrible. How many people were hurt? I have to agree with that though too, it was good to see ordinary citizens helping out... it's not always you'd see something like that :(
