Your opinion on Stem-Cell Research?
I say it's awesome - all kinds of it. I learned a bit about it in GCSE Biology and though I don't know loads of research ect on it I know that stem cell research has massive potential. I personally don't find anything wrong with embryonic stem cells, as long as a woman isn't forced into an abortion to do it (I do believe she should have the choice), what's the point of wasting them?

A question to UK people about colleges
Four years ago, I'd agree but by the time there is another general election I won't be a student any more. I say they should bump up tuitions fees for next year :P . Screw you

Mother gives birth to a baby with Anencephaly.
87% of statistics are made up 98% of the time. I don't particularly care - if she wants to dress it up and play mummy with her alien then it's fine by me, but if it's wasting medical resources I say no :| It's a horrible, sad thing, but keeping it alive is going to do absoloutely nothing good. It's not alive, it can't talk or walk or even see. It never HAS been alive or ever will. It's not like keeping a person in a coma alive where I can understand there is a moral dilemma.

Today...
I just went back on a website I got banned from a year ago (I was very close there) and read some of the arguments that we had. They still make me rofl. I also regret the things I said because they made me sound like such a noob. :( 'May I ask what the [bleep] am I supposed to do as a mod anyway? The only thing I ever got to do as admin was change my own signature anyway. It doesn't matter because I don't want to be a mod when it's obvious that people hate me. This is just why I left this place because I'm being treated like some little kid thats done wrong and I'm not. I'm a [bleep]ing human being not some animal that needs to be taught a lesson.' Oh God I was half emo too :wall: Good times though, me & Shannon against the world  I think I left the site about 3 times but came back. Then they finally banned me. Still won't let me back :| Noobs. Yeah so that's what I've been doing today. That and other bits and bats. I should really be getting my arse into gear for exams since they're in like 3 weeks but me and revision is just a ludicrous idea

Music in RS
The music in Stealing Creation is pretty awesome. Usually I don't pay that much attention to it but it is rather nice :)

Why female players are underepresented in RuneScape?
I usually don't do this, but someone call the grammar police :? What? :-s Have you been reading this thread at all? It isn't 20 years ago you know. There are just as many computer literate girls as guys. I doubt that. But the learning capability is the same I suppose. You "suppose"?????? ...I can hardly believe the ignorance of that statement. I didn't realize that we had suddenly gone back in time a hundred years. Of course women and men have the same capability for learning, be it computers or anything else. I highly doubt this. Males and females have different brains. Well, not the structure, but the way they process and store information is very different. I would say they have the same capacity, being the same size and all, but due to the different way they process information, I'd guess that men and women learn quite differently and more easily learn about different subjects... Of course, I only know anything about the brain from health class and the Discovery channel. If you have information to the contrary, please share. Also, where I live, fewer girls are computer literate (as far as I can see), but the difference is small. Actually, due to mandated technology classes near me, more people are becoming computer literate; most, however, simply use cell phones for everything. There is a slight difference in preferences for processing information I think. Girls are generally more creative and men more mathematical. Computers are usually a mix of both though. I spend time creating graphics then spend time coding, which is more mathematical, to create my website. And now-a-days pretty much anybody knows how to type runescape.com into an address bar, it's not really much a point of computer literacy.

A challenge for those of you who want a challenge.
Interesting! I can't say I'd be able to do any of those challenges anyway, but I might look into maybe doing something on my level for a bit of fun. :

A question to UK people about colleges
Don't put that on your personal statement/reference. Good advice ;) 'I often partake in collaborative games known as MMORPGs. My most frequented of which is Runescape, created by a company that so just happens to have it's headquarters near your university. I have documented my plans to kidnap and marry Mark Gerhard...' How about that? See you there. Do you live/go there? If so awesome :o

Different.
Sometimes I like to think I'm different tbh. I'm different in the sense that I conform to a minority group (internet obsessed no-lifers like me) rather than a majority group (humanity). I don't have the courage to be completely different or stand out.

Today...
Pretty average college day. Strangely sunny in the UK though, I felt like a Vampire (not the Twilight kind may I add  ), going out into the sun today. Apparently I'm going to have to pay, from what I've heard, if I want to get my chipped tooth sorted which TOTALLY SUCKS. I demand free healthcare goddamnit! I'm still in full-time education so free dentist pl0x? I've just spent the last hour watching Tehnoobshow videos too for no adequately explored reason.

Tiered Internet
To be honest despite being very internet savvy I don't have much of a clue about my own appart from the fact it goes off about 1 or 2 times a day. When we got it it was like Woooo 2mb speeds WOOOOW which at the time was apparently amazing. I don't know how much I use per month or anything, I expect it to be quite a bit since I'm on practically 8 hours a night and more than once I've downloaded torrents in my sleep. I'm just very clueless about how much we're paying and what for :? Also what is this act!?! :?

Your Biggest Mistake
I can sympathise with this a great deal. I'm a hikki (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hikikomori for the unenlightened); I don't leave my house, hell, I don't even leave my bedroom most days. I do all sorts of crap I regret doing (skipping school, eating too much, not talking to real people) and stuff I dislike myself for (being scared of other people and going outside). I have no 'close' friends - I have a few people I know well, but that's it. The situation at home isn't good either, since some stuff happened about 3 and a bit years ago. I wouldn't use the term "freak" to describe myself - I'm just another one of those people who have just given up on trying to become anything because we don't get anywhere trying to. I think, because I don't socialise well, I enjoy the amount of time I spend here, just doing nothing except posting on message boards, idling on IRC, playing games and listening to music. I was picked on quite harshly until this year really - because I had no clue as to how to stand up for myself. I guess people just got older. I still hate school though, because it holds negative connotations to me. tl;dr hikki loser Thats quite appropriate because I recently watched Welcome to the NHK and read up all about Hikikomori and that. I think I'm in a bit of a limbo between that sort of lifestyle and just a normal-ish sort of one. I do go out sometimes and have friends, but a lot of my time is spent here at the laptop... I think when I finish schooling at that it might come to a point where I've got to figure out what I'm going to do. Sometimes I'm optimistic and think yeah, I can go out and have fun... by the time I'm back hom here though I'm usually far more happy to sit on the internet all day. When I'm out with friends and everything is fun it's great, I was out skating with some last week and it was getting on 3 o'clock (in the afternoon) and they were playing pool and I was just miserable because I wanted to get home... I have some sort of issue with that sort of thing but that's another whole story. Thats the thing, playing it normally is one thing. Getting addicted to the point where your social life revolves around the next TET event is where it becomes a regret. I know it's sort of mine though it fits more in the general internet thing...

A question to UK people about colleges
I know this is slightly off the point but I'm going to apply to Cambridge this year since it's the closest uni to my dear beloved Jagex I don't really know much about international students and university though since I'm just looking into them myself. London universities will cost more than ones up north though as things generally cost more down there too.

If you could make ONE religion real, which would it be?
:wall: :wall: :wall: how did I not think of that; greatest religion(if reality) ever. How is that a religion? It is official - enough people voted for it in the census... sometime. My religion teacher told me. :

Pirate Bay founders lose trial
[hide=][/hide] (Picture from a Swedish prison) I rofled hard. It kinda sucks though, big time. Half the torrents on TPB have viruses anyway, but it's still a flagship torrent website. (flagship... pirate... get it? 8-))

How could life be better?
Batteries would be pretty useless. No more Pokemon. :( I rofled But never fear the Gameboy Advance SP is here! I think life would be better if things weren't so complicated. I have to grow up go to school, learn about things that probably won't help me in life to pass exams that MIGHT help me get into another place where I pass exams, then go to university where I have to pass exams for the possibility of having a good job where I earn money to pay back the loans and the money it cost to get me to a point where I can earn money... :| I'd rather be a caveman imo.

Today...
I just done gone made a picture of me :D : I started making these when the Potterpuffs were popular, anybody remember them? I thought they were great and after a load of fail attempts started to get better. I ended up taking requests from people and everything, It was real cool man even though they were pretty crap  I've not done any in a year though and I just made that one which is way better than any old ones. I've now got to make god knows how many more for a friend :wall: So that's what I've wasted my night doing. :
