I really hate my dad sometimes. He goes to the pub pretty much every single day after work for at least an hour. My mum's ill at the moment and he's been at work all day. So he comes in (after going to the pub first of course), barges around, throws my little brother's laptop into the bin, shouts at us for not doing any tidying up, threatens to smash all the Wii Games with a hammer. I'm sat there on my bed almost crying hugging my little brother who's crying... every so often I get reminded that my family is... horrible. We all pretty much live in fear of my dad, he won't hit us but you don't want to make him angry... :|
  2. Be aware that if a girl is randomly pissed at you or extremely [bleep]y, it's probably hormones fault :P Casually offer her a bit of your chocolate or a sweet, not like it's a present but like you're just being a kind guy. Be careful for about a week around un-naturally pissy girls.
  3. Can someone lock this pile of rubbish? It works, maybe not amazingly, but it does. You're [developmentally delayed]ed to think any other way.

Welcome to CheapScape. I use Paint Shop Pro 9 and I can't afford programs myself really :( :( Not that I am trying to endorse 'alternative' downloads at all. There are alternatives out there than PSP/PS that are free, just Google it. You'd be surprised how much good software you can get that is freeware. Good luck with the comic though! I'd like to see more ^_^ :!: wow ive :wall: never seen so many  smileys =P~ on one post =D> Wow man, you're amazing. Your post has made me entirely change my outlook on life. I'm a totally different person now! :|
  5. Only can be used 3 times a day. Use it up in under 2 minutes =/ Also not everybody can use all the other run restoration techniques.

Not an amazing start, but things can get better I'm sure :) Also please... the graphics designer in me cries at the sight of MS Paint stickfigures   If you can, try get hold of ANY other graphics program! One with anti-aliasing!! I do believe Gimp is a free program though I've never used it.
  8. I seriously think you were put on this world to piss me off. :x both sentences deliver the same meaning. 2+2=4 1+3=4 they are different ways of getting there. either way, the end result is the same. They give the same result, but one is insulting while the other is not. The second is an opinion, the first is an insult. You CAN make an opinion without being an [wagon] you know. Yeah, those silly scientists and controlled experiments!
  9. I think most people know what Atheism is at least  I hate political correctnes tbh, there isn't much point bringing it into Runescape.
  10. I had to move stuff from my iPod to my computer since my music library got wiped out and I used Yamipod. Its free and lets you move all of them at once unlike the other ones I tried where they had you move one at a time #-o
  11. I personally don't think it'd be the best move. There are probably bigger concerns for Runescape. But people shouldn't think that kids can't 'handle it'. Unless a child has been brought up being told that it's horrible and evil there's no reason they shouldn't be able to deal with it like they would a heterosexual relationship. My 8 year old brother called me a lesbian once :wall: Don't underestimate children these days. Stance: It's not particularly important... Religion: Googlism
  12. If anyone from Jagex ends up reading this then I love you Expect me to be knocking on the door when I've done with University Anyone enough fangirlism. I think it was great they offered to give us an interview. There's nothing amazingly revealing in there but it makes sense, they don't want to give away any information otherwise there'd be no surprises and that'd be a bit boring :( I'd like to know that too
  13. I'm not. I'm not particularly addicted to Runescape, but the internet in general... I spend every single day at least 6/7 hours here... :wall: I don't think it's any of the companies fault and I DON'T want my internet regulated. It's the person's responsibility. If they wanna do nothing with their life but complain about it on the internet like I do, then they have that right.
  14. I rofled at that. I really enjoyed that episode because it's scarily close to what'll probably happen  I likes the pirate episode too... yarr. Cartman is such an [wagon] XD
  15. I suppose so. Even so, this seems like it would benefit F2P players much more. So? Lower level members would benefit too. I can't afford potions or the summoning level... Oh wow it sounds so pretty
  16. At my secondary there were gates and all that, people usually didn't get in but I'm sure they could if they tried. At my 6th form now we have ID badges and we have to swipe them to get up to the levels with classrooms and there's a security guard on in the morning but if he's not there you can just slip in when someone else goes through the door. I've done it myself once when I forgot my card.
  17. Maybe there's a difference in how peeps socialize in your area, but in my school, people notice what you wear. It doesn't work well (as nicely as I can put it) if you're wearing the same thing over and over. I bought my uniform and the only thing that I had to replace were my slacks. If we didn't have uniform, people would've bought new clothes because they have to. Here's the problem though: £20 school jumper or £2 cheap t-shirt... that's the only issue I have with school uniforms is the cost which schools do tend to drive up a lot. My secondary was horrible for making sure you had the right pants and jumper and they took your shoes if they weren't all black...
  18. We need a rants thread here on OT, or maybe even a seperate forum. I know I could go off on one but there's nowhere particularly to do it and I wouldn't want to make a thread :| Anyway, Drugs are good, I don't take them but I know they're far less dangerous than alcohol and smoking. I hate the world too, it's disgusting and hypocritcal. -.-
  19. amg I'd [cabbage] myself if another Tifer found it :ohnoes: :ohnoes:
  20. Exciting! I can't wait for it to come out now. I'm praying for one outside the GE since it would amazingly speed up my Runecrafting since I use abyss and Varrok/GE tabs. They look pretty though too  And ROFL Peruvian Flute Band
  21. Dude. Godwin's Law so early in the thread.
  22. I actually got this about a week ago but I've only just remembered to post:
  23. WOOOO! Apparently Jagex is a supporter or something of the University of Cambridge's Computer Science lab thingy ma-bob and accord to the Q and A I looked up from the start of this year - they recruit people often leaving University. MMG mentioned Science and Maths backgrounds though which is a bit of a bugger because I don't do either of them now at A Level. But thats not going to put me off. I WILL work for Jagex one day... I swear it! It is my destiny! Edit: They also have an Industrial Placement Scheme for degree students I was looking up computer science courses though and they're £3229 or something for UK students or £14,000 for International students (at Manchester uni at least) #-o
  24. I think both sides really. Most schools over here have uniforms and you get used to it. I don't think 'expressing yourself' or any of that [cabbage] is a reason to not have them. You've got the rest of your damn life to do that, get over yourself. The only problem I have with school uniforms is that in my experience they can cost money. For example my school uniform comprised of a black jumper with the school logo (about £20 each), a tie with the school logo, black pants with the school logo on the arse (again, £20 each). If you only bought 2 pairs of pants (I never wore skirts) and 2 jumpers that's coming up to £80... imagine if you've got one or more kid £160... then you have to buy them new ones every year for 5 years... £800... not counting shirts, shoes ect... it adds up for poorer families. My mum was lucky, I don't grow much so we had to buy me new ones every 2/3 years rather than every single one... :|
  25. Stick to the looking pretty sweetheart. I think these contests are completely stupid as it is, but that question is even worse. I don't get what it has to do with anything? Noob Perez Hilton.
