  1. I've been doing them since I was too little to understand (yay for irresponsible, drunken parents?). My dad and mum sometimes set them up when they've had a few drinks with some friends in the house and I have to write out letters on paper and put them around ect... I've been a part of lots and I've seen pretty spooky things. One spelt out 'Rach' and then went to 'bad'. And a friend of my mum's got 'contacted' by someone or something... The scientific part of me thinks they're a load of crap, but I'd be silly to ignore what I've experienced and what could be true.

So it was actually good? http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/star_trek_11/ Looks like it. Yeah, I just saw it yesterday and it was, in my opinion the best movie since the LotR franchise. But, still it didn't leave you with a sense of fulfillment. It's purpose was to set-up a franchise, and hey if it got a few good ratings along the way, well, why not ? Eric Bana was good as Nero. Didn't realise it was him until halfway through. That really sucks. What [bleep] [puncture]s. What the [bleep] is wrong with caucasians or anyone else for that matter? I'd like to give them a piece of my [bleep] mind. With alot of profanities, unfortunately. Yeah. Indians, I won't say all of them, but some are like that. I would know. Don't ask. Too bad you can't give people coldies anymore. The propellant is different now. -.- Seriously ? I'm all for mother's day (Note : LACK OF CAPITALISATION) but I think, everyday should be mother's day. Why have only one day dedicated to your mum ? Besides it uselessnes and triviality, it's nothing but a commercialization ... bah. What I mean to say - that its a Hallmark Holdiay. But, if you're Goddess, it doesn't really matter. Racheya, you're OT OBSESSION IS TOO MUCH. I wrote this in the time you took to post. Is your mum a big trekkie ? If not, it doesn't really matter. Not massively, but she's definitely a trekkie, got me into it when I was little. I've been watching Star Trek since I can remember. She's more into next generation though and I'm a Voyager fan. And I haven't really done anything for mother's day so I'll see if she wants to go :

I'm thinking of taking my mum to watch it during the week : Now where the [bleep] is my Voyager film goddamnit?! Did nothing much today, I really can't be arsed revising and I think I fell asleep and lost an hour or so when I lay down because my head ached. My first exam is on Wednesday where I've got my Psychology then a week after that I'll have done all 4 AS level exams, thank God! Only then we have to start A2 which is really crap since I could use a rest. We have study leave though in a few weeks... after all our exams have finished  Oh and I realised that the FunOrb official forums would be abbreviated to FOOF, which I found rather amusing for a few minutes
  4. But if you know what you're doing, there isn't that much risk in combat either. I think it's players really, while more mature players may be able to see the benefits of skilling, the cliche teenage boy player who just wants to kill things and can complain REALLY loudly about things has warped Runescape because if they can't please these people their mummies might stop paying their game. Jagex is just being forced into a corner. I swear if there was a big update for Skillers tomorrow, even these forums (though mainly the RSOF) would be heaving with 'OMFG IT'S NOT FAIR WHY DO THEY GET UPDATES?!?!@@@@!?!'
  5. Runecrafting (t) Though mining (t) is hot.
  6. Sometimes its easier 'talking' over the internet because you don't have to talk face to face. (And you have more time to answer so you don't say anything stupid). I have met a person I've known online in real life. Of course, I've been keeping up to date with this girl for a couple of years and she just happened to be in my area so we agreed to meet up :). I was veeery close to someone from these forums too :P Racheya, I could very well be the asian version of you :o I'm going to admit one of my faults to teach you a lesson. So lesson the hell up. Do not do that. Do not rely on the internet as a primary form of communication. Doing so for an extended period of time literally cripples you- you become so used to having the time to not say stupid things and so used to the freedom of anonymity that you don't gain the experience to actually deal with people in the real world. As a kid I was like that, and after realizing how dumb that was a few years ago I've spent the entire time recovering from the mistake. So, for the love of god, don't be like me and tell your runescape clanmates about your lesbianism. Like I did. Ya. Get the hell off the computer. All of you. This ain't an apatow world. I'm already there, I think. :| The past 6 months or so I've really looked at how much time I spend on the computer and it's starting to scare me. I got up at 11 this morning, I've been on the computer since and it's twenty past 1 in the morning. I guess I'm hoping that University next year might shake things up, particularly if I move away from home and have to fend for myself a little more.
  7. Sometimes I 1 or 3 item, I've been having fun in the Bounty Worlds recently. I must have had [cabbage] loads of DP stored up because I killed my first target who didn't seem to be carrying anything, carrying only a dds myself but got nearly a million in drop  I spent some time earlier alching in a secret hot spot until I got found and emergency teleported away JUST as some dude's arrows were about to hit me. I'm going to go back soon :)
  8. My new bag, first backpack I've had in about 6 years too. I bought it from Afflecks in Manchester and added the badges from my old bag (still not finished pimping it yet :D). Cost me £15 on a sort of impulse buy but I really like it. It's got more space than my old back and though my back is complaining, my right shoulder is thanking me :)
  9. I have a hot t-shirt : ^^ This one to be my second archived picture plox?
  10. Racheya replied to AndyPandy's topic in Off-Topic
Got my t-shirt today :twss: Check that hottie out. And I mean the t-shirt not me : I'm not an official Black Shirt :D
  11. Are you me? Because those are two things that I really hate too. My best online friend has been talking to one of my real life friends and she's shown and told him things I don't want her to :| That's why I try as hard as I can to keep my anonymity on the internet and on these forums. Anywhere infact. :| Both of you should really try it. Google BOT is on patrol. I'm kinda crap at that really, I don't get people that I know stumbling across say, me here. But she's almost like a real life friend in some ways since I've met her irl 3 times and she came over here once and met some of my friends. Recently she's been getting a little too close for my liking to one of them and sharing things I don't want her to. She's going to get an earful when she gets online, she didn't even bother to tell me herself! I was in a three way Skype call with her and him and he mentioned what she'd shown him and she got annoyed at him for letting it slip so to speak. -.-

  13. I love the chat  What should I use lamp on? Sailing K
  14. My best friend who is a girl and lives in a different country, sharing our... personal... conversations with one of my real life friends and basically dragging him into a weird sort of relationship like the one she has with me whilst having a boyfriend at the same time -.-

That's worrying, it should be the opposite. What I do is do woodcutting without really paying attention and do revision/work while doing that. If I didn't have something to occupy my time Woodcutting then I probably wouldn't end up doing it. If I didn't do woodcutting then I probably wouldn't make the time for revision so it's good in a way, but bad in the more general sense that I'm hardly revising properly.

Pretty much the same here. Got home at about 2-ish after a half day of college. We don't do much now other than revision and exam practice. This time next week I'll have completed half of my AS levels, a week after that I'll have all my AS levels behind me. Since getting home I've just been on the computer really. Just finished Woodcutting and reading CHERUB: Maximum Security. I swear I wouldn't get anywhere with woodcutting on RS if I didn't have revision to do or books to read. I'm considering going to the Trafford Centre tomorrow with my little brother and mum. They're going because he wants to watch the Hannah Montana movie ( #-o ), but I want to go because there's an arcade (with DDR  ) but it's all money. I bet if I saved up the money I spent on the machine there then I'd have enough for my own mat. I've got the money to buy one but it's working up the courage to spend nearly £30-40 in one go :ohnoes: What age is your brother? Though really, spending that much in one go is easy. Its just a matter of handing over the cash, or whatever your preferred method of payment is. (Though I have spent over £100 in 2 days, and it is going to be more soon. (4 CDs, and 2 games, and I still have to buy some new clothes)) 9 I know, I do have the money from my birthday still, but I hate spending more than £10 in one go so I'm going to have to work up a bit of courage :

Yes. Yes I do. Me and my 9 year old brother are both adept at torrenting  Though I usually use Limewire for music. It's either download the music and listen to it, or not listen to it at all. I don't have any money really that I would spare on music. I love the 'The pirates are out to get you! Don't let them brand you with your mark!' thing on DVD's and that about piracy  With these butch piratey dudes around a fire poking stacks of DVD's and CD's and making them explode with a hot poker  And the 'You wouldn't steal a car! You wouldn't steal a handbag!' It's just awesome that you only get all these on films that have been bought legally
  20. I don't know, but in more general terms, a player that doesn't complain or whine is a rarity to Jagex. :
  21. i still wanna race failboats. ;) Fix'd ;)
  22. Yes it does, just in the same way that genocide denial of historically accepted genocides almost undoubtedly means that you're a racist. You have no reason to deny a certain genocide when the facts are plainly obvious...except that you have an underlying dislike for the race that was victimized. See: David Irving. No, marriage ceremonies are "done" in a church in front of a priest, if the couple so chooses. The actual marriage happens in a courthouse, like when my friend Hali was married. There was no ceremony, they were married by a judge. Not legally. The church doesn't have to accept their marriage, the state does. Is religious doctrine law? And? No it's not. The churches aren't forced to perform marriage ceremonies. Separate but equal has already been thrown down, champ. So you just don't like gay people because....? At least the religious folk have a ridiculous dogma to try and justify their bigotry. What? Uh...you clearly don't have any understanding of the issue at hand. Separate but equal. Do you have an issue with black people having the same water fountains, but lawfully they can't be used by white people? No, they're civil rights advocates, arguing against injustices about bigots like yourself. [/hide] You just crossed the line, bucko. they neglected to point this out, but what if they adopt a kid and teach it to be gay? would u want a gay kid running around yours? no, for obvious reasons. There are no words to describe how [developmentally delayed]ed you sound. 1. You can't just TEACH someone to be gay. 2. If you could, what is wrong with a gay child? 3. Running around yours what? Your child? What's wrong with children learning that diversity isn't bad? 4. What obvious reasons? They might get infected with gayness? :ohnoes:
  23. So THIS is something the Tip.It admins have had input into I'll bet. Nice
  24. That could really annoy someone who, for example, because P2P for a month just for forum access or something. I don't think Jagex would do anything which proactively discouraged people from becoming a member or penalised people for having been members. Oh i dear Jagex to release Skill Capes for F2P. And then i dare them to give it an extra trim for those who obtained it F2P Pure. Then i would like to see the gang of angry Scapers making a fuss over how the Free Players get access to better looking skillcapes than the Members do. TBH i think this is a load of BS. If you want to get a skill cape then get membership. its as easy as that. We pay an extra ammount of money for an extended version of the game. I dont see why Free Players should ahve any more features than they already have. Yes... because EVERYBODY has access to a credit card or a pre-paid card or a mobile they can use. And EVERY parent is completely willing to let their child pay for things on the internet. :wall: It's not 'that simple'. And though I don't advocate that F2P should have everything members have, why the hell shouldn't they be allowed to show their achievement through a simple cape? #-o
  25. I value my relationship with my parents more than I value ~$150,000. To quote a song: What you never know won't hurt you What you never know won't lie What you never know won't desert you What you never know won't say goodbye What you never know won't hurt you What you never know won't lie What you never know won't desert you What you never know won't make you cry Now that's not the approach to take for everything, but for this situation it is. If they truly believe that I am who they envision me to be, then that's who I really am - to them. Now if that weren't the case, and they had their doubts about me and that left them a little uneasy, then yeah I'd have no problem accepting this hypothetical offer. But our relationship that we currently have is a good one. :-s :-k Is it just me or does that song seem like a Rickroll? it is a RickRoll :XD: I thought so... :-k Verrrrry sly.
