  1. The graphics team never accounts for viewing up on an object. Before EoC when it updated the camera, it never reached an angle where you could see beneath. Was too wasteful.
  2. Someone promote this guy already.
  3. Recrewtment Drive - Join The Tip.It Crew We Are The Tip.It Crew This Tip.It Crew is a team of RuneScape enthusiasts dedicated to bringing Tip.It users easy to read guides, calculators, and other various pages. We're a very diverse group. We're young and old. We're computer junkies and others... Not so much. However, we all share a dream for Tip.It - to maintain professional content and help both average and elite players where ever possible. Sure, I can sit here and tell you that being on Crew is a breeze. Truth is, it's not! It takes work. It takes research. It takes dedication. Most of all, it takes time. Many apply, try it for a few weeks and decide it's not for them. Y'know what? That's fine! As Alfred Tennyson put it, "It’s better to have tried and failed than to live life wondering what would’ve happened if I had tried" Even if you're thinking, "I'd like to... But they'd never accept me." Apply!. Now that we've got that out of the way, you're probably thinking, "Then why would I join?" Being on Tip.It's Crew is incredibly rewarding. Apart from making some of the best (online) friends around and getting to chill with the rest of the staff, you'll see you content used and appreciated by countless players. On top of that, it's a great learning experience. We have had Crew who join with little to no knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and our other tools. Those people are now creating some of the best looking pages we've seen here on Tip.It! Tip.It is evolving. Recently, we've been putting a lot of time into developing plugins and tools to improve the look and feel of our pages. You've likely seen some of our interactive ability bars, sleek looking tabs, and embedded and interactive world maps - to name a few. It's time we start really putting these to use, and for that, we need your help! Where Do You Fit In Being Crew is not always writing guides. It's not only updating items. We have many options and areas for people to explore. These positions can primarily be split into: » Bestiary Editor » Calculator Editor » Guides Editor » Items Database Editor » Maps Editor » Monster Hunter Guide Editor » NPC Editor » Quest Editor » Treasure Trails Guide Editor We can assign Crewbies to one, a few, or even all of them! Some of us like to focus on maps, others like to mix things up, which is great! So if you see one of more area in which you'd be interested, don't hesitate to apply! What's The Catch Tips.It is dedicated to professional and quality content. For this reason, we do have a few recommendations. Please note that the list below are not requirements: » A high in-game combat or overall level. » A decent knowledge of RuneScape lore. » A RuneScape member. » Ability to complete both high and low level quests. » Access to high level equipment and wealth. » Decent spelling and grammar. » Excellent research skills. » Experience with Photoshop. » Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery. Crewbies run under a tight schedule. Do not expect to apply and be made purple immediately after being accepted. We have unique tools for updating our databases and pages - ones which require training a training period. Trainees will have to complete guides, database entries, and other tasks just as other Crewbies are. Once we believe that you are ready, we'll publicly announce you, your training period will end, and you'll be granted access to a wider range of content and tools here on Tip.It. Sign Me Up I'm going to hope that by the fact that you've made it this far, that you're interested. Great! Too apply, you'll need to fill out the application below to @Staff_Applications a private message. To do that, simply click here. Please make the subject Crew Applicaiton: <your name here>. 4. Should have mentioned - corrected! Thanks, mate!
  5. Because they freaking own. Worth 50M+... However, the last friend of mine that I know, a few days ago, said he got his for 21M.
  6. Can BoBs be included in your preset? Not had much time on. :P.
  7. I've been going to 120FM and am only learning that now?... Bah.
  8. I bought each for 49M a pop when they were released and I'd do it again. Worth every penny. The amulet is great everywhere (even excluding its stats), the ring is fantastic for any PvM, be it AFK training or bossing, as are the bracers. Worth every penny and not expensive at all to recharge. The only thing I don't care for is how much faster the ring degrades then the rest. I'd just prefer them have an even rate.
  9. @thenakeschickstory My brother did that. He was falling hard for this one girl. They spent all their time together but didn't act on it. She calls him and says her parents will be gone the following morning and to go wake her up. The next morning he goes in. The door's unlocked. He wakes her up. She starts to strip in front of him. What's he do? Watched the TV (hockey highlights) behind her. Never face palmed so hard. Though, he didn't regret it - in fact he ended up with her cousin.
  10. Going downtown with the GF for some drinks and to get some dances. :):
  11. It's been updated and is now live! You can check out the new Alchemy Calculator here: http://www.tip.it/runescape/pages/view/high_alch_calc.htm
  12. Thought I'd update you so that you don't think I've forgotten about you. I've got everything working, but for some reason the item feed doesn't include high and low alch values. So, for now, I simply made it use the Grand Exchange values for those to test. As soon as those values are added, it will be finished.
  13. Thanks for the Sunday project! I have a wedding tomorrow, but Sunday should be open. How's an input where you can type the item and get a list of matching items sound? Perhaps even have a list of items that you add and it adds up the list of alched items?
  14. Lucky I bought 120 Firemaking and Herblore a few days ago. Now... To sell for a huge profit or actually use them? >.< Edit: I had to chuckle at the Bonus XP Weekend page they linked to ni the news post... Squeal.
  15. Keep those reviews coming, guys! Remember, though, that you don't have to stick to the review template. Think outside the box a bit! If it's not covered in template, add it. We want to hear literally anything you think about the forums, its users, the boards, our mods and staff, and anything else you can think of - good and bad! Cheers! :-D.
  16. Was at Bandos and saw someone start an instance in Sea Singers. About 2 minutes later, a grave shows up beside me. TY for the fury and ragefires. :-P.
  17. Yay more lucky shit. So far I have AGS, SGS, Armadyl Helmet, and now that. =/. Edit: Firemaking is already making me wanna off myself, but am still trucking to that 120 even if it'll kill me. Not put too much time into it and am nearing 25M XP from 17M. :).
  18. Glad we got it sorted, mate. Take care. :).
  19. If it happens again, try using Ctrl+F5 to reload the page. It'll ensure that your browser doesn't use cached files. You may have just had a bad copy of jQuery cached. Who knows. :P.
  20. Happens when you try to log out before an animation finishes (like teleporting), when you're on a timer for bank PIN, etc. Your character's just busy.
  21. Back at kilwa5000. Hit F12 again to open your developer window again. Only this time, go to Network. Press F5 to reload the page. You should see a full list of resources that the page retrieves. Click the Status header. What, if anything, is it failing to retrieve?
  22. Tip.It has a pop-up that appears once a day. It'll pop-up when the user first interacts with the page. At least I think it's only daily. Seeing all of his JavaScript errors, it might just not be storing that he's already viewed his daily ad.
