  1. I'll just use up my blues on kyatts and use the profits to get 97 prayer. +1100k xp in 3 hours. Come to think of it, I should use up my blues.
  2. And every summoning level is helpful in getting a yak... and getting a yak will speed up making the money for turmoil, and getting turmoil will speed up gathering charms. But in the end, xp rewards used at lower summoning levels will increase xp per charm, and xp rewards used on lower prayer don't affect prayer xp/hr at all.
  3. Mud runes are about 1k xp per hour per essence per trip (if you carry 20 essence per trip, it's 20k xp/hr). At level 50 you can carry 40ish essence w/ pouches (you have to carry some other items too), so that should be decent. ZMI is better at 70+ I think.
  4. So I assumed he had a rapier. If you don't have a rapier, either whip + defender or korasi + defender on stab will do.
  5. Not all activities give strange rocks, and you do perhaps have to talk to the people at the Museum about it.
  6. Aye it's true, but I can also kill 500 tormented demons and get a claw drop or two, then buy the bones. Most dragons are heavily botted :(. In other news I did a full (2 ovl) td trip for the first time in ages. Using a very simple low-risk setup (rapier + rune crossbow + void deflector + barrows gloves + eee, uni, ovl, turmoil on at all times) and only one spawn. With my higher stats since the last time I was there I can now ss tank their melee attacks. I managed 19 kills in 2 ovl, which I think is decent. I might go back and get some more effigies and a pair of claws. Beat Aiel in 3 conquest matches, and if I may say so, with quite a difference.
  7. I need 12k dragon bones, or about 5k frost bones for 99 prayer. 42m or 60m, and I have 18m. That's a lot of barrows :/.
  8. Guthan's helmet and Ahrim's hood from barrows (16 runs). It's pretty fun, but in moderation. I want to raise another 5m to get 97 prayer without dropping below 10m cash.
  9. Quest barrage leads to ancient magics .
  10. Fast xp is achieved training on undead or slaying with a special task list. Good undead are armoured zombies and ape atoll dungeon monkey skeletons. LRC are also good because they provide more xp per damage than most monsters.
  11. Void melee, fire cape, rapier, defender, berserker ring (buy one), dragon boots, amulet of fury. Use either bgs or claw specials, your stats aren't very high so you may want to lower his defence, but the extra damage from claws is good too. Get a war tortoise, fill it with brews, and fill your inventory with rapier + defender (claws equipped), a kyatt pouch, kyatt scrolls (50+), 5 super restores, 4 regular restores and 15 brews. At the bank, brew once, restore once, drink one dose of super attack and strength, replace the potions you drank with full brews, and enter the tent. Pray piety throughout, add protect melee to that once he gets down to the berserker stage. If you fall below 500 lp and you need prayer, drink three doses of brew and one dose of super restore. If you fall below 400 lp and don't need prayer, drink four doses of brew and one dose of regular restore. Hide behind a pillar to avoid the 750 attack and the clones. You have quite some time to drop vials and take more brews out during the clone attack. If you still have trouble beating him this way, you can either sell some or all of your gear to get overloads , or you can get turmoil. Depending on how you train it, 72-92 herblore would cost you at most 150m, and turmoil would cost you about the same.
  12. Barbarian fishing is a lot (up to 50%) faster, offers agility and strength xp, and is otherwise exactly the same as Shilo fly fishing except that you can use any type of bait.
  13. Good luck :). There's a good deal of profit in farming, getting that to 99 should take care of all buyables easily.
  14. 7 levels of prayer won't get you anything useful (rigour at 74 is the last thing you can get on prayers, and curses aren't worthwhile until 92 at the least). 7 levels of summoning will get you the familiars I listed before, and god birds (if you're into that, they're pretty fun) and a lot closer to elemental titans. I keep repeating myself here, but it's important :P.
  15. On task, you'll want fsh + accuracy boosting gear, and a handcannon. Off task I'm not sure if the massive strength increase from the handcannon is superior to the ~60 range attack you get from using void deflector w/ ccbow, but you want void either way.
  16. ZMI to 99, starting at your level, would be a significant profit in all, but it'd still take a long time :P. Something like 250-300 hours and 20m profit?
  17. Don't forget you can use the summoning reward to get to higher familiars (fruit bat for example is good for training with), which would allow you to get more xp from your charms. Prayer doesn't change. Summoning is around 6 gp/xp at your level (higher tier crimson charms are cheaper).
  18. There is a very simple reason why the scimitar is better than the longsword, and that is that it attacks more often. After your scimitar hits (takes .6 seconds for all weapons) there is a 1.8 second cooldown. After a longsword hit there is a 2.4 second cooldown. You'll get 5 scimitar hits for every 4 longsword hits. Longswords don't hit even close to 25% higher than scimitars.
  19. I'd say summoning. You'll get a bunyip, fruit bat and war tortoise. Prayer currently is like 15 gp/xp with dragon bones, herblore is best done on a bxpw like Autist suggested, and charms are harder to gather than cash.

If you want to max total you will benefit very much from opening effigies with the slower skills: runecrafting, agility, fishing, mining, woodcutting, hunter/herblore, thieving/construction, firemaking/cooking. The last three are optional because they are pretty much equal in speed taking into account moneymaking (but if you Nex for money, hunter > herblore and thieving > construction). You have 99 herblore so that's straightforward. For rc, ZMI + random event lamps + penguin points + Tears of Guthix + Troll Invasion. Agility: Ideally penance horn at Ape Atoll until 80, then penance horn and pies @ Advanced Gnome. Fishing: Barbarian fishing, alching or dropping the fish. Use urns. Mining: Granite until 80, then concentrated gold with juju mining. Use urns and a lava titan both ways, and alch or drop the ores. If you want to get the gold mining armour, do it at the lowest level you can (start now). Woodcutting: Either teaks with adze (get firemaking up first if you can), alching or dropping the logs, or arctic pines, splitting the logs. Use urns. Hunter: Common jadinko's for seeds until 78, then carrion + igneous (iirc), and finally draconic + common at 80. Use an arctic bear. Thieving: Monkey knife fighters. Construction: Oak larders, then oak dungeon doors. If you feel rich you can do mahogany tables. SC tools will reduce cost but increase time to level. Firemaking: Magic logs with a pyrelord familiar. If you want to use yew logs, don't; it's better to use magic logs and penance horn. Cooking: Wines.

In full pernix, it'll take 4 hits from a 360 to kill you, if they max every time and if you don't eat. So it's survivable for sure. And @ Ranqe: normal range wouldn't help at all, the 22s/45s/90s/180s are Guthan-ed for health (and they barely hit anyway). But you could use chins to stand under a 360, then attack the trapping monsters and hit the 360 as well. But I don't think that's feasible.
  22. You will now stop discussing image formats. There is absolutely no need to. If you feel you can't get a proper image of the new vyrewatch because of the image format, then don't post.

It's possible to kill the corporeal beast without taking damage. It's not feasible because you need amazing luck to never get hit by the magic attack.
  24. Well, if you put in 50k, they have taken out 5k, which maybe isn't enough to buy a resource? Sounds off but it might happen.
  25. I never really considered it, but for someone at your level, dungeoneering is actually really good for your total level .
