Dg rewards
The csb is decent/good for dks. Ccbow is good for Nex. Eeks is also decent for Nex, probably the best shield slot item (tied with deflector) for someone without elysian/divine.

Boss Hunting with these supplies
The mage hits harder than the ranger and meleer combined, so yeah. Wear high ranged defence (350+ for sure) and melee offence, which works out to be Bandos, Verac's helm, fury, obsidian shield/dfs/bss or so. Just rapier Supreme when you go in, then put your cannon at Prime's spawn and go kill Rex, then load the cannon and Supreme should spawn for you to melee again, if Prime's dead you can ss off Supreme or a part of Rex or so. I think. World population is crucial.

Waterfiends are weak to crush... Rapier time!
+4 strength bonus does favour rapier more than maul Enfield, as it's a larger increase in strength bonus (percentually). Each point of strength bonus adds 1/64th of your effective strength level to your max hit. So the added dps from a berserker ring (i) is 1/8th of your strength level, say it's 160, adds 20 to your max. That's 20/6 added damage per tick for the maul and 20/4 added damage per tick for the rapier. 3.33 vs 5.

Best way to solo chaos elemental?
Maul, black hide, low risk offence boosts (glory etc) and a combat familiar. You can't use overloads and you must keep a full inventory at all times (or at least, it helps), so heal with juju gumbo if you got a stock.

Q
So I went to fight the KQ with Latin (hi Latin if you read this) and he proved to me that magic actually hits pretty good on her. With blood barrage/ss flashing you can actually last multiple kills easily, unlike myself in void hybrid gear running out of brews after 5 duo kills -.-. Getting strange rocks now. Got smith/craft done, fletch, cook and fm. Also played two games of SC, got 54640+10% pts the second game which is pretty good for me. My previous best game was only 54150+10%. If you include the bonus (60104) it's my first game over 60k. How you can make achievements out of anything :P. Edit: red dragon pet fully grown <3:. Need green now.

Temple Trekking best choice rewards and how many treks per hour
Probably either herbs or xp, I very much prefer xp. It depends on how you value xp. A 4k agility xp tome is worth about 3-4 minutes of agility depending on your level, at 1m/hr income that's like 50k gp worth. Other xp may be worth more (slayer) or less (firemaking) but overall I think it's best.

Making heavy cash
No. Max mage is only good if you are able to occasionally tank multiple demons, which really requires Virtus. It's possible to hit two demons at the same time with barrage, but you can't safespot both when meleeing one of the two I think.

High level Kalphite Queen
If he's using Void on the second form why not use void on the first as well? Bandos plate and deflector or full elite void with a maul and swap to acp/deflector for second form. I'd probably go full elite void for the first form because you still get the melee bonuses for claw special+ added accuracy from the defender. Read carefully, I said 'with void' ;). The prayer adds so much defence that I think it's worth ranging. When I used a maul at 90ish attack it seemed to me I was hitting barely more total damage than Verac's at the same level.

High level Kalphite Queen
I'm not sure on the defence level of the first stage of the KQ but depending on what it is you should use rapier + defender or maul, with void. Then swich to deflector + acp and ccbow and range the second form, rune or diamond bolts.

Q
That's what I did, no barrage because I'm staying on lunars for suqah tasks/Livid Farm, but steel titan + rapier. Rolayne can also predict routes at level 20ish so if he tells me a hard route is the nature spirit event I avoid it. I dumped 275k xp in agility effigies. The citadel battlefield boost wasn't fixed even after some updates so it must be intentional. Got level 84. Also did some tds, noobs messing up my beautiful lures and complaining I steal their demons... duoing the one-spawn spot in black dragonhide. 22 kills/2 ovl.

Waterfiends are weak to crush... Rapier time!
Yep, the cutoff is at 96% or so. For strength amulet > fury though, the cutoff is at 89% or so (ignoring prayer and defence). @ Fausty: Please don't use ad hominem/authority-based arguments here. If you have anything solid (aka verifiable) against Powerfrog's statement, please post it, otherwise keep quiet.

Good shield/shield slot items for lvl70 def?
Dharok's helmet has less defence but the other pieces are otherwise equal. Verac's skirt is superior to Dharok's and Torag's legs though, it has +4 prayer bonus.

Most efficient way of raising Herblore from 80-90
If you'll be using overloads a lot, make overloads ingredients to 90, mainly extreme attack, strength and ranged, but also defence and magic in smaller amounts. Superantifires and special recover are quite useful as well. I'd say, something like 1200 magic potions, then 4200 brews (level 84). Then 1000 recover special and 500 superantifire (the latter with ales)(level 85). Now stew for extremes: 2000 each of extreme attack, strength and ranged, and 1500 each of extreme magic and defence. That gets you level 90. When you want to get overloads, make another 500 of each extreme. Then get a +5 stew and make (up to) 2000 overloads. That gets you 94 straight away.

Good shield/shield slot items for lvl70 def?
You need 75 defence for a dragonfire shield. Until then, the obsidian shield is the best actual shield for slayer, but for the shield slot you should use a dragon defender to increase your damage output.

Conquest
The default setup is pretty bad but I've seen people who only want to play default (which is understandable). As for good setups, I'd recommend at the very least one knight - enhanced with battle cry he can one-shot any unit that doesn't have a health buff. Of course you need Battle Cry with that. I also use a spare knight (total 275 pts). To increase your threat range you need Charge, it's very effective at keeping your enemy at bay or letting them use up command points on defensive commands (75 pts, 350 total). I like to use an archer to snipe any sub-400 health unit (which is anything but a champion), especially mages and other archers (100 pts, 450 total). With the remaining 550 pts you can buy two more commands and more units, what you get depends on your playstyle. I use halberdeers because they have range (immunity to retaliation, especially Vigilance, from scouts, soldiers, knights and champions). They also have 200 health which is perfect when combined with Shield Wall (50 pts, makes them immune to any damage beyond 100) and they deal very significant damage, with Battle Cry they deal enough to one-hit anything but a champion. I also have Vigilance to protect my archer and halberds from other ranged attackers and scouts with charge especially, though it also works great on a knight with Battle Cry (use Charge + Battle Cry, move in, kill champion, cast Vigilance, other champion attacks you and takes 500 damage :P). So in the end I have Charge, Battle Cry, Vigilance and Shield wall for 250 pts spend on commands. Unit-wise I have two knights (200 pts), an archer (100 pts) and six halberds (remaining 450 pts). Other than setups there's another very important thing in Conquest and that's counting squares and turns. You must always know which squares can be attacked by your opponent, taking into account that very nearly everyone will have Charge. If you see a command activated, write it down or memorize it, adding the cooldown counter as well. Every time you end your turn, reduce the counter for that command by one. When it hits zero the command is ready to be used again. You get 25 command points every turn but the first (so starting the game means you are behind in points) and you get points equal to the buy value of the units you kill. It's crucial that you know how many points your opponent has, because you can be sure they will not use, for example, Bombard if they have less than 200 points, or you can be sure they won't use Battle Cry and Winds of Fate in the same turn (a rather dangerous combination).

Q
I don't know about best, but I do know that I could AFK for ages on just five snails :P, so I'm happy to give up speed for that. Now with the hard ones I rush them with a steel titan also, and that really helps on hard snail events.

Waterfiends are weak to crush... Rapier time!
Ah I missed that tuus, in that case the gear doesn't matter as much. Not to sound ignorant or dumb, but if all the constants for both experiments are the same and the only variable that is different is the weapon, what does it matter? If I was on task I would still be getting the 15% using the CR that I would get using the SS. The same would be said for if I replaced a glory and row with a fury and imbued ring. The reason being on task/using void matters is that the higher your overall accuracy boosts, the less accuracy bonus matters (as enfield explained while I wrote this :P). And since rapier isn't very accurate, that's important. In max gear with void: If you give waterfiends a defence level of 80 and +64 stab defence (with no crush defence), ss has 87.44% accuracy and rapier has 82.52% (approximately). Now let's assume you're using the same gear but without void, and with barrows gloves/neitiznot: With the same defence level/gear bonus, ss loses .13% accuracy, going down to 87.31%, whereas the rapier loses .63% accuracy, down to 81.89%. Now if we give you 90 attack, you have 86.22% accuracy vs 80.33%, e.g. the ss loses 1.09% and the rapier 1.56%. All the above is pretty inaccurate, as waterfiends really don't have that kind of defence, but it shows you that the rapier loses more from being unmaxed than the ss. That's probably what happens in this case.

Waterfiends are weak to crush... Rapier time!
You're not on task or using void, that's certainly going to hurt your average, and glory/row just make for more unmaxed gear all of which favours the maul.

Post all RS Screenshots, Videos, and Sounds here!
How did you get Zach and Rolayne to level 99? Not to mention that useless piece of [cabbage] Smiddi Ryak? D: D: Zach is easy, you can level him the same way as the easy ones, especially after 59, and 79 makes it quite quick. Rolayne and Smiddi are a matter of patience though, one trek back and forth should level either or both :P. I just got this + full lumberjack, now it's time to go back to slayer.

Dungeoneering
Longswords hit worse than battleaxes on slash and warhammers hit worse than battleaxes on crush, so you should at least be using battleaxe + rapier/ls/spear for stab. Secondly, all stab-weak monsters are better slashed/crushed/maged, so your second bind is better used for a defensive item or a boost to your battleaxe/two-hander. You can prefer to pray melee, but often you'll pray magic to avoid being bound, and at time you definitely want a plate if you don't have a hood.
