Which T2 aura should I buy?
I believe that the way Equilibrium works discourages any use of it. Penance is good.

Super September is Coming!
It seems to me it's the bonecruncher that's bugged, as I got two skills done killing a man on accurate (with bc) and two more for balanced, and I later got another for manually burying a bone.

I started collecting before this was announced, so no, I could not have realized it. Now I'm just hoping that's one of the last challenges >.>.

Lol :D I'm sure that any WGs who read this will be pleased at that simile, as cockroaches can withstand huge amounts of radiation! Hahahaha fooled them all! Thank you. I'm pretty pleased with this piece: The biggest issue is that you're going to run out of hotkeys. You can never have both absolute and relative WASD available at the same time - maybe the shift key can do some good here - and diagonal movement would change it to QWEASDZX movement or something. === Edit: 85 divination.

It appears that the 'big cheese' title is only available with loyalty points, not with runecoins. This amuses me.

High leveled armours and weapons
Ever since the armour differentiation, you have roughly this: 1. Armour bonus from defence level (30% to all styles). 2. Armour bonus from armour (distribution depends on armour). 3. Distribution of armour bonus across the three combat styles. Armour has three types: 1. Tank: full defence and lp boost for their level. 100% to strong style, ~60% to same style, ~30% to weak style. 2. Power: defence and lp equal to tank armour five levels lower, damage bonus equal to 10% of a fastest-speed main-hand weapon of the same level. Same def distribution as tank. 3. Hybrid: def and hp equal to tank armour 15 levels lower, no attack penalties for any style, 60% defence to all styles. Distribution is pretty simple: 1. If unarmoured, you get the base 30% to all styles. So unarmoured and 1000 armour bonus gives you 300 armour bonus vs. each style. 2. If armoured, take the average distribution and multiply that into the armour value. So having a 100/60/30 distribution and 1000 armour, you get 1000/600/300 armour vs. appropriate styles. If you have one piece 100/60/30 and one piece 30/100/60 with 1000 armour you'll get 65/80/45 average, which works out to 650/800/450. If you have one piece 100/60/30 and one piece hybrid 60/60/60 at 1000 armour, you get 80/70/45, or 800/700/450 armour bonus. Of course, with the low stats that hybrid armour typically has, getting that 1000 armour will be pretty tough.

I'm wasting nearly 20k xp per day not using super challenges on Divination, plus the daily prismatic lamps from SoF which are crowding my inventory (17 now). Pendants don't come into it, I can save those for the 50th skill, it's the limits on the most common bonus xp that annoy me. Especially since there are no limits on pendants, but they are much rarer. It would be better for the game if all bonus/lamp xp was as pendant xp: awarded only when you do actual skilling (this goes for effigies, warbands, all lamps, penguins, tears, troll invasion and lots of other things). Jagex hasn't realized this yet and continues to spam my inventory with items that I either have to destroy, or stock up and limit my ability to play the game. It's absolutely horrible design.

Edit: wait, not directed at me. Still... My grandfather died of smoking quite horribly (before I was born, euthanasia wasn't common then) which caused my grandmother to quit smoking very quickly. I think that might have discouraged most of the family from smoking (my mother absolutely detests it, as do I, we have the same lungs >.>). Apparently another reason to smoke is that it keeps your weight down.

High leveled armours and weapons
Ports is level 85 defence. Nex is level 75 defence and has a damage boost. It's simply damage equal to 10% of a fastest-speed main-hand weapon of that level (chaotic claw @ 768 damage, torva @ 74 probably due to rounding). You should be able to kill Graar wearing Torva no problem.

I'm not sure I follow... Didn't do much today but the challenge, not feeling too well. Did a bit of work on my old TT suggestion, but since my EoC suggestions don't (can't) incorporate exact equipment stats, it's hard to determine what equipment to upgrade them with. There also isn't level 90-99 armour yet. I'll just quote a bit of the draft: This is a specific suggestion so it doesn't really deal with mechanics, more with content and details. If the sentences don't run, or if there's too many words, or other crap: that's okay, it's a draft.

Keepsake Key - Indecision
I'd keepsake your completionist cape (when you get one). If you are keepsaking one item, I'd stick with something that looks good with what you normally wear in combat, dungeoneering and such. Statics and glacor boots are typically items you can wear anyway, so avoid those (unless you really want them in dg?). Necromancer robes are the best option out of what you listed. For a 'minimalist' kind of outfit, try the following: Seasinger top + legs (if keepsake, these don't have to be superior) Hide cape + helmet No boots/gloves/weapon/shield Edit: looks good with tattoos, if you got one of those, and also with a gold hair ornament (eastern bladeknot hair is nice). (I used this for runespan because the flapping cape is a pita)

1.a. I believe that's seasinger, seasinger, seasinger and death lotus. Tetsu also works. For teams, I'm not sure, other than that you can get away with Nex gear at Nex and not so much at Vorago. b. Either Nex or GWD, depending on how much you want to spend on repairs. Nex probably isn't worth the cash. c. Same as b, if going for max damage with a couple of switches, or war-priest (level 75 hybrid) for simplicity. 2. Yes. 3. Yes. 4. Drygores, certainly, and ascension bows if you can. Seismic is extremely expensive, a couple of billion gp, but get that too if you can. If you can't get level 90 weapons anymore, spend the rest of your cash on nex sets.

Lolz - No More Fisho
Well, I know exactly one person who smokes (well enough to know), and she claims she'd rather be relaxed by the smoking and die sooner, than stressed out and live longer. That there are other ways to relax that are less destructive is, I suppose, too clever. Or maybe relaxing through smoking is just easy (but there are cheaper drugs for that, right?). Of course there is always the mistake with this kind of questions, that is, the assumption that humans are rational :P (incidentally also why lots of economic theories don't work).

Magic VS Ranged
What Gwyn said is what you need to know - in terms of kill rate on running targets (like BoL) I'd say seismic > ascension > virtus > cstaff > ccbows/rxb > other stuff. You can occasionally use barrages to aggro more troops as well.

I don't care for the squeal of fortune, is any way to disable this feature?
I admire your resolution to ignore the SoF entirely. The easiest thing to do would be to move the icon to the top left (or right) and place a small screen marker over that corner. That way, you never have to see it.

Most jmods made murmurings about 4 weeks, so i wouldnt expect any change for another fortnight. I understood that they wanted to stop bonus xp until someone got 99, and for 2-4 weeks (depending on jmod) so I was hoping for the shorter end of that range, because 4 weeks serves no purpose. It's bloody annoying that you can't bank these lamps (15 now >.>).

22-Jul-2013 - RuneScape 3!
And you still can't get replacements for keepsaked armour pieces >.>. Plus the helmet and cape are ridiculously overpriced, as are the emotes (but we knew that of course).

We still can't use bonus experience on Divination, even though the front page is filled up (80 people have 99) and rank one has 18.6m xp. I have 14 lamps in my inventory, if this goes on another week it'll be 20, and meanwhile the september xp will go to waste.

Didn't do much divining today, but I managed to reduce the number of pages to 17! (reduced font size from 11 to 10 and marigins from 2.5 to 1.5 cm). Word count is only 7k though, so it's not like the pages are very full. There are a lot of lists and a few tables, that fills it up.

Tip.It Times - 1st September 2013
Yes, ability damage is based on the lowest-tiered item out of ammo and weapon (or it was, after this update it needs to checked again, obviously).

[hide='Written without thought for spoilers, sorry. Wheel of Time series.]Properly, Tel'aran'rhiod can be accessed by anyone with the talent. It may be best to give everyone a choice of abilities through a point system, including saidin, saidar, certain talents, dreaming, doomseeing and whatnot. I think physical things should be governed by a training-based system, where everyone can train to be strong (so it's not part of the abilities). You can spread some imperfect foxhead copies around, as well, as they prevent the wearer channeling. Getting reborn is a good idea, you could also easily profile different worlds as different turns of the Wheel, which is convenient. Rebirth of course only increases levelling if you do the same things, e.g. Lews Therin reborn isn't going to provide a boost to, say, leatherworking any time soon.[/hide] 84 divination. 2580 total. Also have been working on the suggestions but it's going to take a while. I'm currently on 9 sections, with specific suggestions for Trekking, MA (the reworked Conquest should just replace MA), PoP resurrects and CW scoring not even categorized yet. Since I'll be adding reasoning, there will be a book by the time I'm done >.>.

Slayer
Barrage got nerfed - off-hand barrages don't hit for full spell damage anymore. Magic also got nerfed - you don't get full level 92 spell damage anymore, it's capped at the tier of your weapon.
