  1. I would focus on ranged first, the equipment is generally cheaper and if you train the right way you can make a lot of money (Aka Aviantese).
  2. I haven't been since like the day it was released, so forgive me  . Thought that the activity bar was all they have changed since the first day it came out. However I can tell you that there are no combat reqs for "Death to the Dorgeshuun", but you need to kill a Guard (level 22) and Sigmund (level 50) (Link to the quest here).
  3. Soul Wars of course  , just give some of the bandages to other players, keep auto-retaliate off, and spend the zeal on charms. Horribly inefficient but no (Or mininimal if mistakes are made) combat exp should be earned.
  4. +1, and uless you have a trimmed skillcape (Preferable) a Mage Arena cape will make up that lost mage defence.
  5. It's not with monsters but with pvp: it's a way to manipulate the EP system of pvp worlds and 76king as it is known gives massive profit, albeit with greater risk than when it was 26king. And no, I'm not going to tell you how, if you really want to know you can check the RSOF, but I really don't want to encourage that money making method.
  6. Robins aren't rares, they are treasure trail items so there are new ones coming into the game (Albeit slowly). And although normal rares are usually consistant profit they are not good investments in the short term. Though Ranger Boots, despite being non-rares, have been rising for months now and are at 9mil atm (Gonna be a while till I can buy em... :? ) See above post, they are not guarenteed to rise but you may profit.
  7. If you like to gamble a bit more with your money, you could try your luck on maples; but it sounds like you want a more consistant profit so 10 on fish and 5 on coal or flax is the best. :
  8. Based on your sig it looks liek you're focused on training attack atm so you really shouldn't need it now, but if this is not the case then by all means buy it. I personally love it for training str, and it is also useful to have when you get those waterfiends tasks : .
  9. There's no such thing as a cheap, easy, and enjoyable anything (Rule of thumb :P ), much less a 99. Cooking, fletching, and fming are all cheap, however the first two while also being easy are also increadibly boring, and the last one is not even easy. You'll end up hating the skill that you're training and the cape that goes along with it.
  10. I'm OCD and literally cannot stand the degredation of Barrows, so Bandos fits my needs perfectly. I also spent a total of 25mil on it, and 30mil does seem a bit pricy to me now, but imo it was worth every cent. It's all up to you: are you fed up with your current armour? Have you always wanted the pray cape? Which do you want more?
  11. Is that buying ores smelting then smithing.... or buying bars and smithing .... or have the ores/bars banked? It's buying the bars at medium GE price and selling the iron knives at medium GE price. I think it would be a bit insane to smelt ores into bars, so I rarely include that in smithing replies, unless otherwise stated. : Smelting the iron ore into bars with rings of forging, and then making iron knifes with SC hammers is how I got 69 smithing for Rocking Out. It really wasn't that bad, maybe a night or two of intensive smithing, and it was a school night so not like from 6pm-2am or something. But yeah, if you're looking for speed then the bars won't lose you too much gp...
  12. No problem, best of luck with getting 55 : . Don't froget that you can switch to any other air spell if training is getting too slow (I.e. bolt or blast if you feel like wasting a lot of money  ).
  13. You could always save the bigger image, resize it using paint or some other image editing software, save it to a site like photobucket or image shack, and then use the url they give you for your avatar.
  14. He doesn't want to hit, hence the no HP exp in the title :? . He'll hit anyways, so he might as well get the xp off the runes... What part of no HP exp do you not understand -.- , he is obviously making a pure. If it were a normal account I would agree with you, but he wants as low of a mage bonus as possible for the kind of training he is looking for.
  15. AFKing, as in going to bandits and leaving it on overnight IS AGAINST THE RULES! It is against the Macroing and 3rd party software rules as follows: You must not use other software to gain an unfair advantage in our games. This includes automation tools, macros, bots, or auto-typers. You may not circumvent any of our mechanisms designed to automatically log out inactive users. You also must not use any game-specific, third-party software that encourages breaking of our rules, or bypasses the normal navigation of our website, or automatically requests pages from our website, or which endangers user accounts."
  16. He doesn't want to hit, hence the no HP exp in the title :? .
  17. Everyone's definition of AFK is different, as long as you're at your comp and checking in occasionally, it is not against the rules. And have you tried the spiders in the lumby basement? Only risk there is you may get reported for afking. However another alternative is wearing mage def boosting clothes and attacking the air wizard south of Falador, as he takes no damage from air attacks (Fire strike also gets exp 2x faster, so maybe try out the fire wizard as well).
  18. The URL for your avatar is: http://www.forumsigs.com/users/TTanT/De ... avatar.bmp . You can get that by right clicking the image and going to properties, the URL should be one of the properties listed.
  19. It says in the KB that you can have 4 baby dragons (btw, dragon pets only come in one stage) in your volcanic habitat. I wonder if I can put my zamorak hawk into the house and then raise a guthix raptor and put it in there, too? Yep, that's the beauty of the update : (May want to wait until the house stops trying to devour your soul though :? ). Also, to above post Dragon Babies only have 1 stage of development, i.e. you will not have a fully grown dragon following you around  .
  20. Not worth using till at least 85 or 90, it'd be a waste of money at your level. Just do slayer and try to range as many tasks as possible, that should get you 80 and some nice slayer exp  .
  21. Guide to ultra fast magic xp ~> String Jewellery! "Paying attention: 135k xp per hour in magic and 8.3k in crafting. Not much attention: 125k xp per hour in magic and 7.5k in crafting."
  22. What might be nice is if you fight it the first time, never fight it again, and get a permanent tele to the Odd Old Man . Of course if that is the case and people do start doing that, JaGeX will probably nerf it and make it so you can only tele once a week -.-, but yeah that's really the only use I can see coming from it. I thought I read somewhere that the teleport is only good once, then you have to recharge it through the battle with the Skeletal Horror. Whether you actually have to win, I don't know. So basically it came pre-nerfed :wall: . Oh well, you can't say JaGeX doesn't look ahead...
  23. +1 Warren is spot on here. Play the games how they are supposed to be played if you want the rewards. Otherwise, don't play. Also kudos to Ravian with the list of updates that occurred this year. =D> +1 The thing is, Serephurus ad Sprout_teh_druid, is that you're going from the fact that what you are doing doesn't have any effect on any other player. I have to disagree with that, because fixed games are in my PERSONAL eyes a way of looking for backloops in games to get rewards fast, and therefore a way of cheating.Even if I'm the only one to think this (which i don't think), i won't change my stance on that. But does their "cheating" actually change the way that you play the game? Are items harder to buy? Are your ways of making money/training now utterly obselete? Are you having less fun because others are fixing games? None of the current minigames that are commenly fixed cause these problems to players on any significant scale, which means that they have little effect on you. Though they may irritate/irk/annoy you, they have no appreciiable effect on you, so just move on and do your own thing.
  24. Summoning with Proboscis...   , never do that...
  25. I overprepared at 117 combat and used torag's top and bottom (Nothing but melee armour needed as long as you're withing melee distance), whip, def, 1 dose of super set, and about 10-15 sharks. Don't sweat it too much, if you made it passed the Inadequacy then you're pretty much safe (Though the other ones besides the last can do some decent damage). It's really not too hard, just prepare yourself for the hardest boss fight ever and be surprised ;) .
