This equals 81.62 kcal, and I'll generously throw in .38 of a calorie for pressing buttons on the TV remote. 771 kcal intake VS. 82 kcal burned. This is calorie overload, without taking into account other meals you may have had. I highly recommend you avoid sausage mash peas and gravy in the future. That's stupid. Want to know why? People who have larger breakfasts tend to stay slim longer

Well, I did manage to sort of quit, at least my main account. I got banned for something stupid, so I guess I can't blame anyone but myself for that. Before I did get banned though, I was logging on less and less, with most of the time spent chatting in clan chats and opening bank to have a look at the flips. I think that sort of de-motivation causes people to quit more easily than anyone who is heavily addicted. Anyone with a strong addiction won't quit for the world, even if Free Trade doesn't come back, even if they got banned or lost a bunch of rares. They would just start back up again. If I started RS again, I think what would make me quit is if my friends quit too. Hmm..

You guys are lacking basic economic knowledge. There are close substitutes, and the price of Frost Dragon Bones will ultimately effect the price of Dragon Bones. So even if Dragon Bones double, Frost Dragon Bones will still be available and the price of Dragon Bones would have to go down as demand falls.

Both of those videos are fake. I've spent a lot of time watching bank videos and analyzing bank pictures (it's something that interests me) and after a while you can start figuring out the real ones from the fake ones. A couple of points for each one. Video #1: To begin Fairy Yui shows her skills tab. All combat 99's with 96 summoning (clearly someone who likes combat) but only 94 herblore. If you look in her bank, she has been making a few overloads (18 to be exact) but doing this by using stews. Why use stews when you are rich enough to easily train to level to 96 or 99? That is no argument that it's fake lol Next she shows us her skill cape tab. 708 prayer hoods????? Why would you spend 70.8 million on prayer hoods??? She has ~20 pk videos, with prayer capes on in most of them. Do your research. And finally the actual bank. At today's prices (1/4/11), the bank is worth over 342.7 BILLION with nearly 325.3 BILLION in rares alone. The distribution of valuable items to normal items is a dead give away. Normal items are seen in normal quantities (almost "poor-like") while the 35 valuable items (rares, armors, weapons) are represented in ridiculous amounts. Usually real rich people have their wealth scattered throughout their bank in useful items/rares/merchanting junk/etc. Yes, USUALLY, that doesn't mean everyone. If it's too good to be true, do the following; Look at the timestamp. Look at who posted that picture. Look for QFC. Look for spelling/grammar errors. Look for quality of the picture. It's quite easy to guess if it's fake or not. Usually the pixel alignment is off or something like that, it's very rare to encounter a perfect fake.
