Raising Stat Caps
You know, that makes me think. Each character starts with level 1 on all skills but HP, why not raise the cap (only on HP) to 109? (ofcourse there are cape problems, but other than that?) not really, just make it so that hp levels a lil faster (a hp point and a bit each level) so by the time you are 13,034,431 exp, you are say, 115 hp or so No, because you DO start with HP exp automaticly...

High Scores Tracks?
I'm sorry, I might have misunderstood, do you mean anyone would belong to any High Scores track?

The Explorer rings USED to log tou off automaticly when they were supposed to be charged. Now you just stay logged in, but they don't charge until you log in a second time. \

High Scores Tracks?
Well, you may be right, but there should be some limitations to the Track High Scores, so we have pretty much no choice but to decide for them ourselves. If we had it the way you said, there wouldn't be much point in it, right?

What level do you think the gods would be?
Who do they pray to? They're the source of all Prayer powers. If their powers are strong enough to share them with millions of players and not even mind, imagine what their power would be if they use it on themselves- Infinite Prayer (and probably a lot stronger than the Prayer powers we get, not to mention that you cannot use Prayer on them...)

Considering Prayer IS a skill that raises Combat, and that is a skill we wouldn't have had in theory if there were no gods, I believe they have infinite Prayer. Which also equals infinite Combat level (even if their other Combat stats are lower than 1, which I doubt :)).

Would you pay money for a useless object?
I guess most just feel like showing off, with something that's not even theirs. However, there are also those that intend to, or believe they will, buy the certain item, and just want to get the feeling of having it beforehand. Much like someone who takes a car they cannot afford for a test drive- For what it feels, not so they could show off.

I still need some feedback on this.

High Scores Tracks?
Well, we all know RuneScape, and we all know that RuneScape, unlike many others of it's kind, has no class choices whatsoever. Every player can decide whether he wants to be an Archer, a Warrior, a Magician, a combination of the three, or even ditch Combat entirely and focus on other skills. However, we also know that players do tend to take their character and put it on a certain track, and keep it there. Whether it is a "Pure Strength" a "Hybrid" or a "Skiller", the player has his very own preferances, which he (usualy) sticks to. So what is my idea all about? How about adding a "Track" option, that could be accessed through your "Options" tab, that simply categorizes your character to the different roles you may have chosen. This will only affect High Scores, and will not affect the game itself directly. For example, say a skiller dedicated much of his work to his skills, and reached fairly high achievements. This player may not get all the credit he would expect from the High Scores, due to other players who did not set a "Track" and be pushed down the lines. I also believe the tracks should be split to "P2P" and "F2P", for obvious reasons. A few clerifications: 1.If your character breached the boundaries of the track he/she may have chosen, then he/she will no longer appear in the High Scores under their specific Track. (For example, if a skiller leveled Combat, he/she is automaticly removed from the "Skiller" Track on the High Scores.) 2.On the High Scores page, on the top-right corner, will be a tab to switch between the different High Scores' Tracks. 3.Each character can appear (and will, if his skills are high enough) both to the main (current) High Scores list, and the Track he/she may have chosen. 4.It is not a "must" to choose a Track. You may decide you want to "stick" to playing without boundaries and raise any skill you feel you want to train. 5.Each Track's High Scores' list, will only have certain skills in it, rather than all of them. You don't expect a Skillers' Track to have Attack positions, now do you? 6.Breaching a boundary means you leveled up a skill you shouldn't have. This does not mean that if you got some exp in it, your character gets "the hook" immediately. (For example, if a Pure Magician has gotten 82 exp in Defence, he is still under the category of "Pure Magician". 7.If you breach a boundary, you should get a message telling you that, the second you have done it. 8.You can withraw your character from any Track it's on at any time. Before, introducing the different Tracks, I must say I'm not entirely sure of how many Tracks there should be. For example, I'm not sure if Hybrids should have 3 different Tracks (Melee-Mage, Mage-Range, Range-Melee), or only one, if at all. I'm not sure whether "Tanks" should have any Tracks, or if they do, have a Track for each Tank (Range tank, meleeier, Mage tank, even Summoning tank, and more). For these reasons, every Track I'm having "mixed-thoughts" of, will be getting a   , and is for you guys to decide. Now for the different Tracks: 1.Skillers- must be level 3 of Combat. 2.Pure |Insernt Combat skill here|- Must not train any Combat skills except for his own "pure-type", and HP, ofcourse. 3.Tank   - Must not train any Combat skill other than Defence, HP, and the skill he has chosen. Not sure of the number of "Tracks" this category should get. 4.Hybrid   - Must only train 2 Combat types (For example, a Melee-Range Hybrid can only train Attack, Strength, Defence, HP, Range, Prayer and Summoning.) Other than that, I'm open for suggestions, comments, and throughts. Support list  : 1.nerdboyxxx

18th August 2009 - Menagerie, Familiar Controls and Butler
[hide=] I'm probably the last person anyone will EVER call a jagex apologist -but your final statement here really annoys the hell out of me. Summoning is - without a doubt - the most useful skill in the game - you are either blinded by your misplaced hatred in jagex to see the usefulness or haven't gave it it's honest shot - I can name very few updates that have changed the way I played for the better - on my hand . Summoning is right next to what I call "the jagex make x macros". You got familiars like the beasts of burden who change how you train slayer , fight boss monsters and gather resources - you got familiars like the bunyip who allow more training - you got familiars like the warped terrorbird who before the agilty update - allowed unlimited running - I have no clue what the hell you expected from summoning considering the game has skills like firemaking that are about as challenging as bashing your head up agaisnt a wall, because I dont see how comparing it to summoning - you can honestly say it's better - same goes for many skills such as say - slayer - it's an extension of combat that just forces you to change variety - so yeah, you can kill some cooler monsters with higher levels for good loot - you can use some awesome familiars for better effects higher up too. The only thing that makes summoning tougher is - you cant buy charms and it's a money based skill too - that pisses lots of people off always - myself included because I like to spend money on xp - but i got 80, so anyone can. Now i've never used a familiar for fighting purposes - in a serious manner before - i found them rather cumbersome - but i've noticed my titans respond much better now and are actually useful - it's like having your own little newbie. Thats my view - From your post I think you're a jaded player who thinks they are elite and trying to shove views down other peoples throat in the most hypocritcal way possible, the "I'm right so you're wrong I refuse to hear your views Bull" fly well with me so drop the hardass act for being anti-summoning - You cant hate it too much - since your level 93. but you know I can name tons of classic players and even *Gasp* RS2 Players who have commented the originality, amazingness and sheer coolness of summoning and most of them quit long ago and came back and that skill kept them fascinated long enough to get hooked again. so to say you dont have a mind because they dont share your viewpoint is shallow , closeminded and downright silly. Tremblake, normally I am calm, cool, and collected when it comes to people who have opposing opinions, but they fact that I find you on every single thread, basically always trying to go against the grain of what everyone is saying, just for the simple fact of going against the grain, really pisses me off. You are quite honestly the only player I've come up against in the near 5 years I've played this game that I can really say is an actual noob. And just so you're aware, just as easily as you labeled us Jagex apologists (which if anyone knows me, knows I am actually really pissed with what jagex has done the past 6 months) we could label you an jagex anarchist. It seems to me you always go against everything just for the sake of being a rebel, and it's very unattractive. Your arguments NEVER retain water. They NEVER hold solid fact. You are honestly and truly just a wanna-be godsend that thinks he's here to enlighten us that we're all wrong. Ugggggghhhh. /rant about tremblake [/hide] You guys are wrong. I doubt trembake meant what he said as much as he wanted the attention that you gave him, as much as myself. I HIGHLY doubt he even read/is going to read what you wrote, and if he does, he'll probably just have a good laugh. He just seeks attention and you're giving it to him on a golden plate with beautiful decorations. This kind of comments shouldn't even be quoted, not to mention referred to. I rest my case.

101 Suggestions, #19 (again), #20, and #21.
#19 (New). I guess it's a good idea, I don't know how possible (or not) it is though. I have absolutly 0 knowledge when it comes to coding etc, so I'm abstained from fully commenting about this. #20. It is a good idea. I guess the Costume room fits better. #21. It's more of a "request" for Jagex than it is an idea. No creativity was required for it.

Luckily no. I went to check and yes I can wear the questcape without beating the wishlist This COULD be a bug though... I believe they'll change it later :S...

#19. You have a point, although I don't know how much it bothers me, or at all. It's more of a "fun fact" rather than an actual update, as it really does not improve the game even a tiny bit.

A use for 99 Skills. [Detail Added]
JaGeX may be able to "guess" better than us, but they certainly cannot KNOW how things would work. Otherwise, how could you explain their bad choices of item releases (Dragon plate is a great example).

Funny Examines!
   ... but at the same time I'm thinking: Wow... and we're the ones who get told to behave and not go around censors! Call me dumb... But I didn't get it :S. Everyone on Lunar Isle is female except those three bankers. Yeah, but why is that a big deal?

Not the smartest thing you've ever said toast. I killed someone with a fletching cape in BH the other day. But I only have 65 fletching... Not the smartest thing YOU'VE ever said...

A use for 99 Skills. [Detail Added]
I see your point, but then what else could you reward 99 Attack if not a weapon? Or 99 Defence if not some sort of incredible armor? I think it's impractical (even though it has logic in it) to dismiss Attack reward only because it gives an advantage to anyone with 99 Attack. And besides, that's the point of these rewards isn't it? Giving advantage to those who own them? I fail to think of any reward related to those skills that won't affect combat.

A use for 99 Skills. [Detail Added]
I think I've got a solution to this problem. Before reading this, I feel that I must ask you to consider this seriously before posting as it would change your suggetion quite a bit. My idea is simple, yet would solve this problem and possibly rebuild parts of the economy. How about rewarding only productive 99s? How about wonderful rewards that would be better than any other abilities certain skills grant you? For example, Fishing could offer a new type of Non-cookable fish that would heal more than any other food in the game. This may sound a bit over-powered, but with high requirements and possibly a hard quest/mini game (I think Fishing-Trawler is out of question, barely anyone plays it as is and it's not hard enough), this could be balanced out. Not only does it solve the two problems mentioned above, but it would also decrease the impact skillcapes brought to the game's economy a few years ago. This idea (if implemented to the game) would decrease most raw materials' prices and may increase many final products' prices.
