  1. If you ask me, price manipulation is fast, easy money, and its because the grand exchange is so easy to manipulate. Why not take the advantage. Its not against the rules, and even if it was it would never be enforceable.
  2. High combat levels are so common people don't even really respect it anymore. They instead look at smexi skillcapes.
  3. Im comparing p2p mining to p2p woodcutting/fishing. To be honest, its great in comparison, the only exception is if your doing mining/wc just for the cape, in which WC might be better. In f2p woodcutting is superior to mining in most aspects, though fishing is still left in the dark. This does not mean its a crap skill. Yes, 60 mining is very hard but if you can make good money at 30 mining and even 1 mining (clay) then who needs a higher level?
  4. I love how every 50+ score has. "a random fruitcake"
  5. 10/10 for firewaving in PVP. Seriously, no sarcasm. Good stuff.

I think its jagexs way of rewarding good reporting players with a status symbol.
  7. I'm not quire sure its EASILY 1 mill...
  8. I wanna know who made Underground Pass. So i can shoot the bastard...

I donno, steel dragons, + fire bolt with low mage level... Also, the maze is so linear its not funny, theres no such thing as getting lost because the game tells you if your going the wrong way.
  10. If there a limit i can't think of a way you could really abuse it.
  11. Plenty of fights people eat above my max hit, but if i stack a hit while they are trying to, or in there prayer menu or something, you don't have time to eat before the 2h comes flying at there face.

5k is 5k, its alot when your starting out, but no one would care about scamming 5k off someone when there is the risk of being banned, unless they themselves were a new player.
  13. In the case of locking your membership credit i think its a good idea. You may make less profit from each individual member because they can conserve more member credit. But on the other hand it may convince some less active f2p players who would like to casually play to buy membership, as paying for a full month of member just wouldn't be efficient if you could only play a few days every week or something, but if you could lock it, some of them would gladly buy membership.
  14. Its not a crap skill, its a hard and inefficient skill, but hardly crap. Better profit at 30 mining than at high 80 wcing and fishing has got to mean something. From an individual players perspective it is BETTER than woodcutting and fishing. The individual player could not care less if mining dose not "serve its purpose" they only care about profit, and ease, P ess is easy, AND gives good profit. While at the same time getting 85 mining and mining rune is hard as hell, but GREAT profit. I think mining has a little from every end of the spectrum. Just because its "not the scope of the rant" hardly means it dosent apply, it is a good skill in general.
  15. Estorrath cause it was a name i stole from another game. Sir Kurity because it rhymes with some word.

I hate randoms more than i did before... Because EVERY random is a teleport one, instead of only some of them, and when you get teleported they go agreesive again. Its been a problem for a very long time, and jagex doesnt seem to like fixing it.

Someone new to the game could only trade 5k, or get password scammed, either way they both arent worth doing. Someone with a worthwhile account to scam would obviously know not to give there password away, even if it was to a "pmod"
  18. I know that, and i agree with that. Mith and Addy are both horridly slow to mine. But i don't think theres ever been a time where i couldn't buy an ore i wanted on mid price. I'm agreeing that mith and addy should have multiple ore per rock, but im sick of people (quelmotz) saying that mining is suddenly a crap skill thats really crap and hard to train and doesn't have good profit until you get rune. Facts are, mining is better on most counts than other gathering skills such as woodcutting and fishing.
  19. Good idea. Works for jagex, and for us.

It's primarily to prevent mod impersonation. The crown means you always know who is a mod and who isn't. Maybe, but its not as if you can scam someone by saying your a player mod. I think its just there so people accept to be a P mod, as not that many people would accept it without the status symbol, especially if they think they might get a little more attention from jagex if they break rules.

If you ask me, the silver crown means that its a status symbol. Pmods could be just as effective without it.
  22. Really? It always got me how the orb slows down even if your both pulling in the same direction.
  23. It helps the people would lose member but have a 99 stat.
  24. I think he wins...
