Yea, but there are other skills that are effected by combat. Crafting... not much. Cooking, not much. Fletching, not much. Hunter, not much. FM, not much. Construction, not much. Smithing, not much. Herblore, not much. Slayer. Self explanitory. WC, skillers can't get teaks as easily. Agility, need more food. Mining, some mining places you cant go as level 3. Fishing, Can't barbarian fish. Farming, no special secateurs. RC no abyss, no zmi, no graak. Thieving, need more food, some places not avaliable.

How long did it take for the first guy to get 99 slayer? I'm pretty sure it was less than 5 months... Also RC is pretty slow to. And arguably more boring.

Well it is a very powerful spellbook. If you manage to get it at 50 mage, then you have a big advantage, otherwise your going to have to wait until your a bit stronger.

Regen brace, best defence. Not gonna happen. The level 3 would have to get really lucky and hit 1 like 99 times in a row.

Running around the rocks is extremely effective Your reasonably close to the centre, and depending on your stats and theirs, they might run out of run energy before you do.

If your all around the air altar you click on the opposing side. If 2 people on the sameish side click on the same orb, it still goes inside the altar anyway.

Or bring air strikes or something.

If you have barrage, and your opponent doesnt, and you still lose...
