It depends on the exact ability's of the monster, for example, a level 200 monster like a steel dragon even level 20's can probably kill, but a level 200 monster like damis, or some other boss monster would be hard. If the ability's of the troll were clarified, we would then be able to judge the difficulty.

Its to late for this. Better off just making combat more "stable" like jagex said they would.

1. Well, its basically a range gmaul pure, and its a relatively good idea, but kinda expensive if you use dragon bolts. 2. Climbing boots, addy gloves, strength amulet, Cbow (obviously) Maul (obviously) Diamond, rune, or dragon bolts, + accumilator. Rest is optional tbh. Don't get a fury, its not really worth it. 3. Death plateau, all the quests for addy gloves, (monkey madness, tree gnome stronghold, grand tree, RFD quests, etc) Priest in peril, and the avas accumilator quest. Its always a good idea to do basically every quest you can that doesn't give pray/defense.

Well for some reason mithril is worth a stupidly low amount, dispute how hard it is to mine, maybe its because its a noted drop from some creatures, in which it should no longer be a drop. Adamant is the same, and the only way to mine it half efficiently is to world switch, and even then its only worth like 1k each.

50 50 just isn't efficient if you haven't got a big clan. You advertise in world 61 for a while, get 4 people, play one game, 1 person leaves, and you have to go recruit more people again. Used to be in a 50 50 clan, but they all seem to have died, regular games it is...

Level 200 does not necessarily mean its uber strong. There are level 40's in p2p (using f2p magic) who beat level 100 monsters, so I'm sure with a bit of prayer most people would be able to do it.

Desert treasure can be done without prayer, but its significantly harder. I would personally get 44, its only one more prayer level but it gives you eagle eye. Death plateaus is worth it, i don't see why you would want to avoid it. Tabs are probably better, just go to the house party world and make camelot tabs, XP+money ftw. Get addy gloves if you can, they not TO hard to get, but the prerequisites are annoying.

So powerminers/cutters/whatever don't complain. If its was instant drop, it would be far to easy to skill, at least making it take 20 seconds would balance it out.
