Abyssal Demons
Yes, I know several people who have left a Dark Beast task after half-killing one out of sheer boredom, only to find out later on their adventure log that they "received" a dark bow.

12-Oct-2010 - Charm Sprite Hunting
Basically confirms everything that I've ever thought about the developers. So you cant make-x with BoBs anymore? Are you [bleep]ing kidding me Jagex? I have an assload of d bones left to do how dare you -.- "I didn't know people were training like that." Shows how much Jagex knows about how to play their own game :wall: Later on in that thread they mention they've been training with ectofungus... I guess that does explain a lot.

I don't think so, but there are rumours of a high Strange Rock rate.

12-Oct-2010 - Charm Sprite Hunting
Finally they may have just fixed the beginning players' problems with Ranged and Magic! That definitely is the best update I've seen this month.

Dungeoneering shouldn't be a skill
It's fun for weekends with nothing to do. Otherwise, there's no discussion here, and we need to stop breaking the first and second rules.

Its not ****ing possible!
Try a Beast of Burden? I'd also upgrade to Rocktails or try Brew/restores

Its not ****ing possible!
Attack the queen with whatever weapon you wish. Only use the special on Korasi's sword when the queen ceases to attack and acts like she's charging a laser. There are 8 archers that will spawn and stand around the queen. Your goal is to keep them alive by attacking the Defilers that spawn. The archers will take care of the healers so long as they aren't being decimated by the Defilers, so attack the Defilers and keep them on you. Once all 8 archers are in place, the healers barely do anything if at all, and all you need to do is keep the Defiler's on you and stop the queen's special attack while killing her.

Could they have picked a worse world for Dung??
They should've made 116 or 118 Dungeoneering-themed too. That way, it would level out some of the mass hoards of people looking to enter a dungeon and then leave 15 minutes in because someone rage-quit. So glad I got 85 and quit Dungeoneering. I don't think I'll ever deal with that again unless they make a chaotic that is really worth having other than my Rapier. :shades:

What annoys you the most in RuneScape?
I hate that it's impossible for me to wear a Construction cape without being harassed about effigy assists. Just because I'm wearing my favorite cape doesn't mean I have the help the first person I see. I have friends who might need that assist cap in the future. I also find it extremely annoying when people are so lazy that they follow you when on your way somewhere. Is it that hard to click on the mini-map in any certain direction?

06-Oct-2010 - The Void Stares Back
Anyone else peeved that they gave us that sword, put 78 Attack/Strength requirements on it for the quest, and yet it still doesn't beat even the whip for training!? Come on... Also, this "elite" set still hasn't persuaded me to even attempt getting any Void armour. I'd love to see some stat re-dos after this update. <_<

200M in all Skills
Goat Cake we had this same exact argument about 3 pages ago, and figured out that this topic is not discussing that. We're simply tracking people's progress and remaining ignorant of any real life situations. So let's get back on topic...again...please.

Aquanties
Don't unlock them. I can't count how many friends have done that only to block them shortly after. The drops simply aren't worth the time.

200M in all Skills
It's not really that. I notice on the RSOF that no-lifer and addiction debates always pop up around Jebrim. No offence to him, it's just something I've noticed since he started his first 200m Agility thread. This thread can recover, it has several times before.

Guide to efficient Frost dragon slaying.
Yea, I have yet to test it using Piety seriously, was just trying to see if the spec bar kept up with my need for healing without spec restore potions, and it does, so next I can concentrate on Prayer flashing.

Guide to efficient Frost dragon slaying.
As someone camping these for money to get Overloads and Turmoil, I highly recommend anyone else in my situation bring the elite version of the Enhanced Excalibur. The spec replaces the need for a Def pot and provides a very decent method of healing for those without SS. I still get about 145 kills/hr with it so hopefully that will only get better as I get money for SS and Turmoil.

200M in all Skills
Can we get back on topic? This thread always seems to go off for 2 pages or so when someone on the hiscores for something posts here. Gaming addiction is real, and most people who are addicted like Jebrim are going to be trying to justify it and not listen to anyone attempting to reveal the truth, though I am certain it is correct to say the purpose for the human race is definitely not sitting in a chair staring at a screen for 10 years. Getting 200m in all skills will be an achievement for Runescape, but unless Runefest is on 24/7, I don't think I can say the same for the person to get it.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
200k tokens is 2m xp on the dot which is about 20k xp into lvl 80. Since you spent on rewards early, however, your token count is offset from that and you're going to need to get a ways into 80 to make it up.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Everyone likes their pixels different, so I doubt this will ever end. The maul seems to be mentioned on every other page or so whenever someone makes the original realization that it's good for PvP. Otherwise this is just Rapier stats being refuted by people who bought the Longsword first without thinking.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
Just got a White Unicorn Mask from a clue. It's a few mil in the GE, but before I do anything is there any street value I'd be missing out on??

Fire Cape for Ice Strykewyrms
The more mage xp you get the worse you are at maging them, y'know? I don't think i get that much mage xp from even a max task. And well, considering you don't even have fire surge(the next best spell would be wave, and that's a huge loss), no, you shouldn't even consider maging. And just to be clear, melee is BETTER than mage without fire cape(with fire cape the figures are 35k vs 40k slayer xp an hour no cannon). I believe Zarfot said with Fire cape it's a max of 48k xp/hr in Slayer. Regardless, even if you don't have the fire cape, as long as you have Fire Surge it is worth it to mage them. A 40 damage difference might go a long way, but when you're hitting them with constant 600's+ they're gonna down a lot faster than if you melee'd.

Fire Cape for Ice Strykewyrms
I can't beat Jad either, yet I still net at least 1m a task, and it's still about 45k Slayer xp/hr. With Fire Surge, you'll be hitting 600+ regardless of a fire cape or not. Arcane Stream helps a bit too, though without it my max hit with 99 Magic was around 580. With the Stream it's well over 650. So yes, it's still totally worth it, and I prefer the Soul Wars cape for the prayer bonus since you'll be praying mage the whole time.

07-Sep-10 Elite Diaries!
Meh, I can't do any of the new ones mainly because Prayer is still insanely expensive. That Jad requirement angers me, but I've elected not to care anymore since the only things worth getting appear to be the Excalibur and Fremmy boots. The Fight Caves creator won out on his or her sissy argument over making it a requirement for something, so really I don't care anymore. I can't do Jad and I'm not going to get in a rage-storm over it. Would much rather prepare for the big herblore crash that I'm planning on dropping 100m or so on.

03-Sep-2010 - Bonus XP Weekend!
I don't think I'll be playing normally like I do for this weekend. That bonus counter really annoys me and I don't like that I'm losing out on any potential experience if I stand at a bank too long. It just bugs me to no end and then I get irritated with other people. This is probably the last xp weekend I plan to be home for. It's really just too stressful, even to ignore.

200M in all Skills
Drumgun, I'm simply curious here. Not trying to criticize you in any way, but why do you play 19 hours a day? I mean, I believe Slayerbelle had some sort of sleep disorder, and Zarfot often pokes fun at his own playing habits. Is it a similar case for you, or is there some other reason for so much devotion? Either way, good luck on the next couple million xp.
