No, it wasn't a fun fight....but not because anybody did anything wrong. Big congratulations to Df, although we'll beat you next time so no biggy. (You guys pretty much koed me, made me lag with all the spamming =D> )

In smaller wars, yeah. I have to argue against how much of an impact one person's tanking could make in a large scale pvp runin however :-k Psh, run ins, technicalities.

Aside from the fact that Tk are just beasts in general... I think it's Tk's versatility that got them the #1 spot. They can win just about any kind of war, and they aren't afraid to war with less than favorable conditions. They'll hold the spot until their Ts finally fails for good =P

I'm surprised nobody has brought up tanking yet (or maybe i'm blind). A really good tank can completely change any war, so of course it matters if they're missing.

Really sucks for p2p pkers... Great for pking late at night though! I used to have to wait like 10 or 15 minutes just to find somebody to skull on, but now that's not a problem.

Ok normally I wouldn't go off topic like this, but recent events require a reply. Some df members (understand that I mean individual members and not the clan as a whole) have been continuously taking shots at Legendz and this is just the latest. Implying that Legendz tried to cheat Dh out of a win by adding one of their members!?!?! Can you give evidence? Did it ever occur to you that the Dh member might have wanted to join Lgz and just wasnt taken off the Dh ml in time? I can't believe a TWR mod would allow that to be posted publicly on forums, much less post it himself. Just think for a second, why would Legendz do this? We aren't particularly friendly with Hp, and we certainly don't have anything against Dh. You could very easily have said "clan A added a member from clan B", there's no reason to drag names into this. It's not really even Dfchester's fault, he sent it as a pm and probably never intended for everyone to see it. So why couldn't a TWR mod have some tact and edit out specific clan names in an event that was pretty obviously a coincedence or a mistake in the first place?

All in all an unfortunate day for us. Oh well, we had some fun inter-wars and some good spamming practice.

Fine so you wanna keep your loot, is it worth destroying an entire clan over? And do you really think that NH clans will end when Dk, Vr, and Zh are gone? Somebody else will just step up and fill their place.

If you dont want to be crashed use CWA, you can even make it so you lose your items, that way it's still fun. Don't complain about being crashed when there's a perfectly good alternative. It also seems to me like all Ia does is crash things...so much for the moral high-ground.

People seem to have forgotten the most important part of the Wildy: IT'S NOT SAFE. If you want a nice clean war that can't be messed with then use CWA, thats what it's for. It seems ridiculous to assume that its your "right" to have perfectly clean fights in the Wildy.

As sad as it makes me...I actually have to somewhat agree with sparze. I've been killed a couple times by Dk in my day and I was pissed afterwards.I've fought against them in CWA as part of an "alliance" (I guess you could call it that...). But never once have I thought "wow, it would be nice if these guys didn't exist anymore". Dk and Vr add a little spice to a clan world that seems to be lacking it of late. A bunch of you are running around right now having the time of your lives fighting with Ia, something that will be gone as soon as NH clans are. So before you decide to run NH clans completely out of town, just think about how much fun these pitched fights are. Nobody liked it when there was no Wildy, and I suspect that few people will like it if Dk disappears for the same reason: no thrill.

Gf Cr, couldn't make it but I heard you guys were quite good. Glad to see that it was a clean fight by both sides after all the problems leading up to it.

You can have 60 of the most dedicated members alive, but if they dont want to keep buying multiple rune sets to keep on returning, then you still cant war pvp. Dedication shouldn't be judged solely by wealth.

Couldn't attend, but from what I hear it was a great fight AKEL. A really good experience for some of our newer members to see a clan with as much organization as you guys. GF, hope we can do it again soon.

No Mod members have posted on this topic since the final decision was made, and kudos to them. So obviously this topic is no longer a "discussion" of the war. Right now it's being used to flame us, please close it. No offense meant, but TWR mods usually do better than this when dealing with out of hand threads. There was never any point to keep this after you guys locked it the first time.

Clearly the right decision TWR mods, since no TWR war ever happened, there should be no points. I think it would be in the best interest of both clans to just forget about the fun war. I know that Mod feels like they rightfully won, but I also know that Legendz feel like we didn't take it seriously. Perhaps at some point in the future we can compromise enough to have a real war. As to the flaming, on the positive side it shows that there really is such a thing as clan loyalty. :thumbsup: It's this kind of passion that makes the clan world fun, and not just another w141. Unfortunately some people have taken this way to far. Yes I am biased for Legendz, and so I will only focus on the flames directed against us. Apparently clans are starting to feel like it's a hassle to war Legendz these days, due to rule disagreements. For some reason they have decided that this is entirely our clans fault (and they only realize this after they war us), I beg you all to consider that there is not one single other clan on TWR like Legendz. We are the only clan massing 70+ people, and we have a relatively low combat average compared to other clans. This makes it difficult to arrange wars that suite everybody involved. Remember, WE HAVE TO HONOR THE DESIRES OF OUR MEMBERS OVER THE DESIRES OF OTHER CLANS, just like all of you. Perhaps, TWR mods, it would be best to close this topic after all. I can't see this discussion suddenly becoming flame free, and I for one am sick of seeing my clan flamed to a degree that disgusts me. It also seems that we can't keep people from other clans who just want to take a cheap shot at either Mod or Legendz out of the topic. I would like to personally apologize for any flames leveled by Legendz against Mod members, and it would be nice to recieve an apology in return.

It would be nice if every clan got to have 100% their favored rules for wars. I mean, what more could Mod ask for than matched opts with range off in classic? I wonder what you would have done if we had forced you into fighting us in a full-out range and blasts on in turrets? Congratulations on the win though, sounds like you guys fought well.

Exactly, it's also easier and faster to kill someone when you can run rather than walk. It's going to be interesting to see which clans try utilizing rest, and which clans do the best job. Being able to run longer than your oponent would be a huge advantage.
