Duff, trying getting some kinesiology tape, I haven't need to try it yet, but I hear it's great aid in helping your body heal. Other then that, try and keep as much weight as possible off your foot and maybe get some tiger balm too. I don't know how bad your foot is, but there is no reason that it shouldn't be able to heal on it's own. I tweaked a muscle in my knees running, so I stopped running on it for close to 6 months and switched my focus on non-impact activities like rowing machines/swimming, and now my knee is back to 100%.

I think I've decided to go with another nordic crime series, after my last read. Right now I'm debating between The Bat (Harry Pole series) by Jo Nesbo or Faceless Killer (Wallander series) by Henning Mankell. I don't know if anyone here has read either book or an anything previously from these authors, but if you have any input it would be appreciated. :)

I imagine it'll be similar experience (for us non-scientists) as the last rover they sent down almost a decade ago. It'll be fun to watch it movement and any images it might send back. Anyone actually know what it's suppose to be gathering while it's up there?

I just finished the third book of the Millennium trilogy. It's a shame Stieg Larsson had to have died, I would've loved to have read the rest of the series he had intended to write. Part of that is just me being selfish though at the fact that I now have to find a new series or one-off. :( I have a few titles in mind, but I haven't really decided what I actually want to read next. I'm thinking I might just walk into the bookstore tomorrow and just kind of surprise myself.

Are winter Olympics included in that Medals per Capita? I only ask because I found it interesting the top 5 are what I would think are more winter sport dominate.

I really wanted Cavendish to win the road race, but the breakaway ruined the chance of a sprint finish. I felt really bad for him too, he's been so focused on the Olympic road race he sacrificed defending his green jersey in the TDF because of it. If you couldn't tell Cavendish is my favorite cyclist.. However though, ever time I see Tejay Van Garderen race, I become more and more impressed with him and America's future.

I just went on a beer run, and there was a random dude getting wheeled out on a stretcher screaming in agony. At first I though it was small child whining, but then I saw the person while I was walking out. I don't know what happened that could have put a person in that kind of pain but I decided the butchers had a knife fight and he was the loser. Besides that, I've been going between the Olympics and trying out Final Cut Pro X. So far I don't really care for the workflow compared to FCP7 or Premiere. It's just too different.

I imagine I would have enjoying the Opening Ceremony more if I was there in person and didn't have to deal with all the bad camera angles. I love checking my online new sources and finding out who's won which races, etc 6hrs before NBC will let me watch the events on my TV.

The graphics seemed better when it was first released. I turned it on the other week and I was shocked by low visibility/fogginess. I also never played those expansions, I think that had to do with them being xbox exclusive for a while or something.

I only find myself reading Crack articles when I see friends post them in FB or reference them to me. Some are funny, but they're very hit or miss.

I think Albel's analyses of the of two is very spot on. Modern Warfare was created at a time to compete against Halo 3, which it shares some of the same arcadeic similarities and reality probably only surpassed Halo as the number one online shooter because the main trilogy finished and all the games afterwards were in essence extension packs to 3. In a year from now, we'll probably be debating which is a better game, Halo 4 or Battlefield 4 ironically, since I don't imagine the Call of Duty franchise's success last much longer due to Infinity Ward's recent shake up.

You could do fine with either. For video editing, it comes down to personal preference. Either you're an Avid (Windows) person or a Final Cut (Mac) and more specifically FCP7 because everyone currently hates FCPX. There is also of course Adobe Premiere, After Effects, blah blah blah. I'm personally a Mac supporter. You can do almost everything you could on a Windows computer the only complaint would probably be the gaming options but there are plenty of major titles out there that are available for Macs now that developers are more open to the idea and if you really wanted to you could bootcamp a copy of Windows on your Mac too, that's always an option, I've done it, kind of annoying to switch between OSs' when you want to play a game but it's option you can take. But again, you could do just fine with either a PC or Mac, it all comes down to personal preference anymore. My only advice if you do choice a PC is to do your research.

You have to admit, this is a pretty sweet away to get people excited about Runescape and a great way to transition into the new combat system.

Such a sad event, it's a shame it's going to put such a negative shadow over the film though. I even feel weird for wearing my batman tshirt today..

Went on a bike ride this morning and road over a screw about 5 miles in that punctured the whole way through my wheel. The hole was so bad and I had to call my brother to come pick me up. Ended up sitting on the side of the road watching a funeral for like 30 minutes while I waited for my brother.

I've never actually heard of a parent so unwilling to "let go", kind of weird tbh. Orientation is a decent way to meet people, especially if it's an overnight event like yours.
