Good luck with mining all that coal. :thumbup: btw - I don't know if you know, but if you don't want to see all that "You swing your pick...mine some...blah blah...", just right click on 'Game' and change it from 'all' to 'filter'. You won't see all the repetitive action messages, but it will still show you important stuff you need to see. It was one of the best updates ever. :)

I really don't think F2P is going to get "Jagex'd", as D.V. put it. Don't forget, F2P combat is simply lower level P2P combat. If they rework the entire combat system and the bottom half of it is broken, no one is going to stick with it long enough to reach the good stuff members get at higher levels.

Exactly. Ever since the Veteran's Cape debacle they've been very careful about how they word things.

"All members" means exactly that, all members. Non-members won't see it until it gets released in game.

But for now I'm content to just keep playing and gaining the levels as they come. Smithing will be the next 99 I go for, but not with the single-minded focus I had for Mining. The next couple of weekends are pretty busy for me so I'm still trying to sort out when I'm going to have my party. As soon as I get it figured out I will let you all know. :)

Druel, the Top 250 F2P list has a long history dating back to early 2005, with several well respected members of the pure F2P community as maintainers. It gave many of us a goal to strive for, and served as a record of our accomplishments. Our removal from the hiscores last November effectively ended that. Personally, I'm glad that someone has the time and resources to make and maintain a new list (and without the hiscores to check, it will be difficult indeed). btw - you don't have to paste the link to your stats in each post. You can simply add a signature in your profile options. :wink:
