Exactly. As long as they don't let him write the new new movies I think this will work out well. It's like the Johnny Depp/Tim Burton problem, they're so big and have been so successful together that no one knows how to say "no" to them (case in point, Depp's work in Pirates of the Caribbean vs Alice in Wonderland). Star Wars and Lucas have the same problem, as evidenced by Jar-Jar Binks. :P

There's really no wrong way to make money in RS. Yes, some are better than others but profit is profit and as long as the bank balance keeps climbing it's all good. :)

Lucky you. I consider myself lucky to have it warm up to -10C during the winter. Although, when it's really cold it doesn't snow so it's kind of a mixed blessing. :P

There's already a whole lot of people who don't want to DG in teams. I really don't think the increase solo rates will be that close to 5:5 rates, it's just going to make it less painful for those who do it.

That does seem to be pretty low gp/hr for members.

I don't see why. The biggest complaints people have about it (arguments about whether or not it's a skill aside) are the difficulty in finding people to team with and the low solo xp rates. The best xp/hr will still be in teams of 5, they're just making it a bit easier for the rest of us.

Come to Canada. The most dangerous thing you're likely to see here are some non-poisonous snakes. That and winter, of course. ;)

I've been solo'ing DG for the last two days. :wall: Guess I'll stop until they increase the xp rates. Glad to see they've finally addressed it. After all, DG has only been out for, what, a little over 2 years? Looks like a great month coming up. Can't wait. :thumbsup:

Unfortunately, I've been home sick for a couple of days which meant that I couldn't take my kids out for Halloween last night. First time ever. :( That's me, the most pro noob you'll ever read about. :P Since I've been home sick, I decided to do some DG and gained a couple more levels and a Crafting level. [hide=61 Dungeoneering] [/hide] [hide=62 Dungeoneering] [/hide] [hide=68 Crafting] [/hide] [hide=63 Dungeoneering] [/hide] I even unlocked a couple more floors. Only 3 more to go. :grin: I also got my fastest floor time yet! \:D/ I'm still trying to balance my desire to get as much xp as possible against my desire to finish floors as quickly as possible. I also seem to be woefully inadequate against a couple of the bosses, Rammernaught and Shadow-forger Ihlakhizan in particular. Everyone else I can generally kill without dying, but those two seem to kill me at least three times whenever I fight them. -.- Oh well, I'm going to do some more today and hopefully I'll have better luck. Oh, and for the first time yesterday I noticed the 'skip' arrow on the floor end screen. I figured it must have been something new, but I looked back over my old pics and it seems to have always been there. All this time, I've been staring at that screen after each floor watching it count off the bonuses and xp like an idiot. :wall: Like I said, the most pro noob you'll ever read about. :lol:

Personally, I always figured it was because my laptop (and it's graphics card) are the better part of 6 years old and the problem was on my end, not theirs. And I'm using WinXP so I can't run the latest version of DirectX. Although it is kind of odd that software mode won't work any more.

That's a lot of levels! :o Don't plan on using lamps to train DG while you're F2P. Now that randoms are gone, your only option would be to get them from the SoF. And they don't come as often as you'd like.

You can report bad ads here. They really try to avoid ads that break the rules (like gold sellers), but sometimes one slips through.
